Was here recently, food is basic, dine in is basic, its your typical place you see in the first toy story movie, kids running around unsupervised, parents not caring, games are a bit of an upgrade but still some are down or not working properly, the place could honestly be a lot better if there was better management

We came here for my nephews birthday. As we were setting up centerpieces and small candy bags, we were told by staff that they will refuse to bring out the pizzas (that were already paid for) unless we put away the candy. She also demanded very rudely. We complied anyway. We also had 2 pinatas, but when it was time to hit them, the staff told us we were only allowed to have 1 and made us remove the candy from it. Then, they caged the children 1 at a time as if they were animals so they can hit it. Lastly, the staff came as we were still eating and ripped our tablecloths out without asking us if we were finished. They ripped them out with all our personal belongings on top (phones, party favors, cake, etc.) We will be celebrating our kids parties elsewhere from now on.

I had my sons birthday party for the first time here at Peter Piper. Lets just say, it will be the last!! As I was setting up in a rush, for my guests, the manager came up and rudly informed me that I cant have any goodies on the table. Apparently it is in fine print on the website, however I saw no such thing. If its stated online then fine but it was the way she told us about it. She wasnt advising, she was demanding that we remove the items. Thats fine if they werent allowed, but it didnt seem like she cared much because the party that set up after ours had many goodies thrown on the table. If your are going to ruin my sons 2nd birthday party, than be fair and ruin everyone elses. Because apparently, no one read the fine print that goodies on the table werent allowed. Its a shame because we love Peter piper pizza. Food was delicious, as it always is, but the way I was treated from the MANAGER, that was NOT okay!!!!
