No matter how much praise I could give, it would not do the unparalleled service from Burress Law justice. After experiencing a life altering car wreck, my wife and I were recommended Burress to take care of the legal side of things. No one in our family had experienced something like we did before, so we had no one to walk us through the process of recovery and the legal process. We were nervous to go forward with legal representation, but we took the leap and met with Kyle, our lawyer, and Christina, our paralegal and case manager. The folks at Burress Law have been great in handling our needs with the car accident that my wife was involved in. The woman who caused the head-on collision had no insurance and, thankfully, we had Uninsured/Underinsured coverage (if you dont have this, get it now) but as we all know, insurance companies do not care about you or the coverage you paid for...what they offer is insulting and barely scratches the surface of the medical care needed. I was hit head-on by another driver and it totaled my vehicle and sent me to the ER. I sustained some injuries that will remain with me for the rest of my life. I tried to deal with other drivers insurance and handle the crash myself and I got a very small offer for my very serious accident. A recommendation from a friend led me to Burress. I felt comfortable from speaking with them the beginning, meeting with two attorneys, Rachel and Brian, and their paralegal Izzy. They handled all portions of my case, ultimately getting the max from the at-fault person and the max of my underinsured portion of my own insurance. And importantly, they negotiated my medical bills and drastically reduced them. I dealt with Izzy 99% of the time, SHE IS OUTSTANDING! Her communication was excellent, frequently updating me, always available when I had questions, and has an all around pleasant demeanor. Had I not decided to hire Burress, I would have ended up with almost nothing. Their fees are worth it! They got everything settled in about 9 months when the average for all attorneys is about 18 months!

I had a car accident with my wife and had been referred to them by another person. When I reached out they were able to get us in quickly. The longest, and hardest, part of the process is actually recovering. Lots of doctor appointments, physical therapy, etc. My car was totaled, some broken ribs, etc. Burress Law helped me recover by finding specialists to deal with the pain and working with the doctors to delay payment until the claim was settled. My husband was in a very serious head on collision in April of this year. He was very badly injured and care flighted to a downtown Ft. Worth hospital. I had a great experience!!! Ive never had been in a accident or needed a lawyer for that matter. I was afraid and intimidated by the other insurance company to the point where I never sought medical attention that I needed. Brian took over completely and handled EVERYTHING. In February, I was rear ended in the ice storms that plagued Texas. The following week I was in such immense pain that I was performing poorly at work and I decided to turn to Burress Law. They participate in fundraising for local charities, as well as provide scholarship opportunities to aspiring college students. This is a great group of people that I cannot endorse highly enough. My family and I got into an accident and didnt know who to turn to.
