The room is very nice, large enough for 200 people. The bathrooms are clean although some doors do not work.

I went to a quinceanera here & this is what I witnessed. If you have a party coming up & you are having it here, be prepared to be stressed TF out. The owner of this place is awful. she has no respect for anything, not your time, not your money, not your family or friends. She will make your party stressful. If you tell her that only 100 people are coming to your party, make sure that only 100 people come to your party because she will start counting & if more people show up she will lock the doors on your guests & wont let them in. (but according to her this ballroom fits 400 people) she will tell you that she does not want to overwork her workers. She wont allow people to stand, she wants everyone sitting down, if she starts seeing people standing she will hunt the parents down bring them into her little office & make them get extra tables for $250 a table & she will not even bring out new tables, she will make you use the candy or gift table that you already have out LOL. & she also eats your snacks from your candy table that you put out for your guest. I have never seen such a thing. So if you have a party coming up, make sure you fully understand her contracts, or if you are considering getting this place for your future party, DONT DO IT!! SHE WILL STRESS YOU OUT, SHE WONT LET YOU ENJOR YOUR PARTY, SHE WILL FOLLOW YOU AROUND WITH HER LITTLE HOUSE SLIPPERS. SHES WRONG FOR ALL OF IT. THIS IS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE TO STRESS OUT ON THE NIGHT OF YOUR PARTY. SMH. & the inside is alright, I have seen much prettier ballrooms around Laredo TX.

The Mirage was decorated very nice n The lunch was of chicken served mashed potatoes n broccoli with melted cheese. Food tasted real good. The service was great n very attentive. The Music seemed to be enjoyed by all with people dancing away To a variety of songs English n Spanish.

It was very beautiful inside loved the large dance floor and open space.I would definitely like to have my daughters sweet 16 there.The decor was also very nice along with the friendly catering.

I do NOT recommend this place!!! We had our quinceañera event this past weekend and owner charged me $300.00 dlls per every extra table she had to set up with linen. Let me add this did not include a dinner plate for my guests only served them a beverage. The waiters were not very attentive to my guest. Lastly the owner purposely left my son outside him being the main chamberlan. She claimed ppl that step outside cannot come back in. Owner was very rude to teenagers guests and locked them out. I ended up paying $900 extra for 3 table set ups. Those prices are ridiculous. Horrible experience she didn t run the quinceañera as scheduled as she said she would. Everything was off schedule. Also, she did not allow me to order the younger kids pizza as I wanted to. All plates had to be bought from her at ridiculous prices. . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS VENUE.

Attended my nieces 15 here. I was extremely impressed with how beautiful it was inside! The staff were very accommodating & super friendly. Best staff Ive come across so far. Highly recommend this reception hall for any event! Everything exceeded my expectations, from music to food to decorations.

The hall itself is nice and the staff are attentive, but DO NOT EAT HERE. My daughter and two of her friends became very sick with food poisoning caused by under-cooked chicken! I have asked around and found several people have gotten sick eating here.

Our event happened on Sat Oct 4th. Our celebration was our daughters Quincenera. The celebration was magical, and memorable. Everyone especially Lucero Garza was very attentive, the waiters made themselves available to our needs. The reception hall was beautifully decorated, music was lively, the DJ played songs for all ages to enjoy and everyone danced, there was not a dull moment, The food was deliciously prepared. I guess the best part was on Monday when my co-workers said they were wowed with everything, and that we had gone all out. Thank you Mirage Reception Hall, especially you Ms Lucero for making our special occasion one we will cherish for the rest of our lives.
