The Collin County Farm Museum strives to create a better understanding and appreciation of Collin County's rural heritage from its earliest settlement through the 1960s. The Collin County Farm Museum consists of 8,528 square feet in the Wells Building, the blacksmith shop, the granary and the confinement house. We love going to the farm museum for their arts and crafts workshops. Ms. Jenn and her volunteers (shout out LaShell!) are wonderful and there is so much value in attending. Looking forward to learning how to make cheese one day.

Fun class making soap....it was well organized and teacher was helpful. The farm is well maintained and very beautiful ......there was even a wedding in a different building. The only problem was we went to wrong building first....so a few minutes late to class..... and it is off the beaten path....but worth the drive! I will sign up for another class for sure!

Highly disappointed. I was very excited to take my 5 yr old. The timings on Google and the website say its open every Wednesday from 1-7pm. We arrived at 4:15 pm only to find out everything was closed. When we called, all the concerned people were unavailable. We spent a couple minutes at the lake.
