Service and food was wonderful from Rod and the team. I would not give up on my desire for waffle house so we came by one close to our hotel. Had to leave the one on Dowlen (Bad Service with a attitude)! But this makes up for such a bad experience. The atmosphere and people were nice and warm. We enjoyed our food that was prepared with care. I do not eat pork or some seafood items, they made sure to cook it on segregated stove surfaces not to cross contaminate food. I believe the cook name was Jade. Thanks for a wonderful experience. See yall next when come to Beaumont... Dietary restrictions: No pork or bottom feeder seafood..

Dont waste your time. Travel about 2 miles down the road and find another one. Never got everything we ordered. Entire staff completely disappeared and our waitress had to be hunted down so we could get our ticket to pay. Then she acted totally inconvenienced by it.

Dont go looking expecting healthy options in a quiet, cozy setting. But it is an American icon for a reason. The servers are always friendly and the food can satisfy that certain craving. For me eggs and a biscuit and the hash browns covered (the slice of American cheese on top always got the spot. Be prepared to wait at peak times, esp on the weekend. Watching the servers call out orders to the cooks is fascinating to me. The servers and cooks are always friendly starting with the collective hello when you walk in.

Went to get food and when I arrived I went straight to where the sign says order to go. It was busy but not super busy to say that I should of been ignored for 30min. Not to mention I told a worker I would like to place an order to go. She said sure give me one moment. Next thing I know this other man comes up says hes Ready to pay and this other worker cashes him out before I am able to even order. All I get he was here first. When he wasnt..after that I was still ignored luckily after 10more min I was able to order. Bad service do not recommend and they are all rude!

We had been in town all weekend for the bike rally and this being our last day and we were gonna be heading home we decided to go to Waffle House. Of course the food was great, service was with a smile. The employees were complimenting us and thanking us for bringing all this to their town and we told them that we appreciated them having us out. Spoke to a few customers about riding and that they should get out there and try out a motorcycle. Upon receiving our check from our waitress the manager walked up and told us it was on the house. We were so very grateful for his gesture and kindness. He expressed his gratitude for us coming out and showing the town something allot most likely have never seen. Highly recommend this spot for some breakfast, the staff are so welcoming and upbeat.

You want some down home greasy , clog your arteries food that will make your toes curl. Then Waffle House it is in my books. Just something about this place thats as American as apple pie. Cant beat a patty melt with hash browns , covered and smothered. Was my go to spot back when I use to hit the bars and clubs and was omw home at 230 am now its my anytime of the day spot. Only got half the food I ordered. Grits were clumpy. Eggs were rubbery. Toast was meh. No idea how the hashbrowns or waffles were cause they never brought them to me. Waitress was not friendly at all and never came back after she brought food so couldnt ask for the rest of my food. Atmosphere was loud, homeless people coming in and out, staff seemed disorganized. Would not eat there again.

Just left the restaurant and it was very filthy from the counters(before we sat down) the floors the entire place to be clear. The air conditioner was leaking on the food. The health department really should give this place a visit and I guarantee they will be shut down immediately. I do not recommend this place at all and to just think this is one of the first restaurants you see coming into Beaumont from Houston. I LEAVE YOU WITH THESE PARTING WORDS SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN.

Service was slow and food not coming out at the same time. Waffle got cold waiting on butter and syrup. Eggs and grits got cold waiting on bacon and butter for grits. Was brought dirty utensils. Syrup dispenser filthy and sticky. Told a waitress it wad leaking and she just srugged her shoulders. SUgar dispensers dirty and clogged up. Overall experience wad horrible. They have went down hill. Now Isee why two other locations in Beaumont, Texas has shut down.
