Food was absolutely delicious. We tried 2 different burgers, chili fries, and buffalo wings. Wings were crisp and ranch was great. Burgers had so much flavor and chili fries were loaded. No complaints, would definitely recommend giving them a try, we ll be back!

Great choice for a quick bite in New Braunfels. You can t go wrong with the Cali Smash or Daddy Issues, and their fries were so much better than I expected! I was pleasantly surprised with seasoned fries and left no crumbs compared to traditional salted fries. +10 points for the great, friendly owners that greeted us, too:)

If you want a great burger shack, look no further than Smash Daddy Burgers! Chris and Amber are knocking it out of the park! I have had some really good burgers at various food trucks, but honestly, this ranks at the top. I believe they are doing something special here. The chili is spot on. Then, to have it served by down-home, friendly people, puts this place over the top! Located between New Braunfels and McQueeny, I will gladly travel for this food truck gem! Highly recommended! *Note: During the heat of late summer, they are opening an hour later at 6pm, until it cools down a bit. Parking: Located within the parking lot of The Palms. It is a large area with plenty of room.

This is an absolute hidden gem! I ordered the Cali Smash Burger, Texas Melt, Flappers and Thirst Trap. They were all delicious. Cali burger was fresh and balanced, the fries are homemade and amazing, wings are crispy and well seasoned, all for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic food. Just ate there tonight and had high expectations. Expectations were met and then some. Only complaint is the location. It was far, but worth the drive. The parking lot was full because of the hopping lounge it shares the lot with, that was packed on a Friday night. Also, there are no tables to eat at. Just go already. Can t wait to go back.

In town for a little staycation, and we found the perfect burger on the side of the road! It was so good the first time we came back again to try more of their vast menu! Great seasoning both on the burgers and fries , Onion rings are perfect . On our second visit, we tried a little bit of everything, and they didnt disappoint . Original smash burger, Daddy Issues burger, Texas melt burger, Buffalo wings, lemon pepper wings, Chili, Mac n cheese, we had our little buffet so we all(4) tried a little bit of everything. Chili was great on everything we put it on, like fries , Mac and cheese, and the burgers . On top of all the great food is the great customer service by such a down to earth cool couple! I wish them all the best, success and a lot more customers than what we brought on our two late night visits! Definitely will stop by when visiting again and passing by New Braunfels!

The owners were very nice and held good conversation with us. The burger was absolutely amazing tender good quality meat crispy edges very flavorful the chili cheese french fries had the perfect spice to go with. The cheese is very very good and the onion rings had a very good batter that was very delicious, we will definitely be back

The burgers and fries are FANTASTIC! Im a professional driver. I travel nationwide, and eat out almost nightly. Ive eaten A LOT of birgers! Definitely among the best I have ever had! The service was great. The owners are very friendly, and care about their business and customers. I 100% recommend the food, and highly encourage everyone to support this business! They are doing everything right!

Stopped by Smash Daddy on my way from San Antonio to Austin, and I must say, it was a delightful surprise! The smash burgers here are simply phenomenal perfectly crispy edges with juicy centers, just the way a burger should be. The buns were fresh and slightly toasted, complementing the well-seasoned beef flawlessly. The service was quick and friendly, making the short wait an enjoyable part of the experience. Our new favorite burger place! We stopped in last night after my husband declared he was cooking dinner. We ordered a lot, everything looked so good, it was hard not to! It definitely tasted sooo good too. Which was good, bc we had leftovers for lunch. The burgers were seasoned well and made well, the chips and fries were delicious. The chili cheese fries are what stole the show for me. The guts to fry ratio was on point not a dry fry in the whole box, absolutely perfect! The price was decent too, I feel like we ve spent just as much at other burger places but definitely got more food here. And the couple running it, is the sweetest. Like getting a burger at friend s cookout. We travel full time and this is going to be the place I miss when we leave. We will definitely be telling anyone coming to the area to stop by. Parking: They are located in the same parking lot as The Palms, in a silver/gray food truck/trailer.

I definitely recommend, SMASH DADDY BURGERS!!!! Food is SUPER DELICIOUS, the burgers are freshly made and extra juicy... who doesnt love that?!
