Burger and fries was decent. Not what I expected at all from the things I have seen on their Instagram page. It is far from meeting my expectations in regards to that. Small restaurant, you order off a kiosk on the wall. Hardly any human contact. Very limited selections. Taste was mostly there. But like I said, after seeing their Instagram posts, the wife and i were disappointed to say the least. Chicken sandwich was pretty good. Very expensive also....

Quick to order online. Not too much of a selection of burgers. Only American cheese. But the burgers were delicious. They do impossible burgers too if you. Are Into that. The burger was tasty, and the bun was soft. The sweet potato fries and regular fries were crispy and had a good flavor. The Mac n cheese was also good. The staff was kind, friendly, and accommodating. They have Mexican Cola as a fountain drink choice, which is one of my favorites. The only issue is the lack of cleanliness of the place. If the tables and seats were cleaned and more organized, then the experience would have been better.

This place was not clean. The floor was gross and the tables were kind of wiped down. My kid bumped a table leg with his hand and a piece of food stuck to him. You order and pay at the kiosk, but no one brings you food. They put it in the window and call the order out. The music wasnt edited and some of the songs played there had explicit content. The food was terrible. My burger dripped grease and water. The bacon was under cooked, very chewy, and still mostly pink. As a side note, the picture of the sauce on the burger looks like ketchup, its not ketchup. Its more like Canes sauce with a hint of something else. Also, whatever the base sauce is for their sauce, is whats used for their ranch. So the ranch is like Canes sauce without the ketchup, and its not good either. It reminds me of ranch mixed with mayo and a hint of pickles. The Mac and cheese is noodles with concession stand style nacho cheese sauce. The meat is thinner than a McDonalds hamburger patty. The sweet potato fries were average, but I didnt enjoy the large chunks of pepper on them. My kid only ate one bit of their burger. I made it through a few bites. My husband didnt like his burger either, but did say the chicken sandwich was tasty. Definitely wouldnt go again.

Been coming here a while. Food is the best! This last trip was different. You order through a kiosk. Back of house staff ONLY speak Spanish. I was charged for my order but they never received the ticket to make the food. It took a while to communicate the issue. Had to use google translate. That s place feels like it wants to be a dine-in restaurant but when you walk in you definitely do not want to sit on those tiny metal chairs and the fact there are so few tables/chairs does not feel welcoming. Food - The food quality slightly above fast-food average but you can get more food elsewhere for the same price. Ive had the burger once and the chicken sandwich once. The burger was a bit too airy, too salty, and too cheesy for my tastes. The chicken sandwich was on the bland side and underwhelming. Service - They dont speak or understand English. When I was there, there was a guy with an attitude and nice young lady. If you dont speak Spanish you are going to be frustrated. Atmosphere - The seating area is the size of my closet. The music is blaring necessarily loud as you are positioned very close to the speaker in this incredibly small space. As a result, you find yourselves yelling at each other. All of this contributes to a stressful environment. I dont think Wulf Burger wants people eating in nor do they want you talking to their staff given the self-service Kiosk and non-English speaking employees. Opt for takeout if you want to try this place. The red buns are just red-colored buns.

The food is halal which doesnt necessarily matter for me, but I think is cool. These smashburgers are legit. I particularly like the classic sauce and the garlic aoli sauce for the crinkle cut fries. The special burger combo is my go to. The texture of the buns is unique in a great way. The burger patties themselves are something that Ron Swanson would take a bite of and just smile. I love this place! My wife is not vegan, but she does love the vegan burger. Vegetarian options: The vegan burgers are no joke. Dietary restrictions: Theyve got two solid vegan burgers that are worth it.

We had a terrible experience on 4/4/2024, the staff packed a beef patty burger instead of impossible(vegan) patty classic burger ordered on the counter at Wulf s McKinney location. When complained, the counter boy couldn t give any plausible explanation and didn t replace the wrong order. The staff was very insensitive and didn t even offer any apologies.

Pretty simple, straight forward concept. Order at a kiosk, pay at a kiosk, no human interaction from anyone really.. someone will bring your food and drink cup to you, but thats all.. I ordered the Special Burger. It was pretty tasty!! I added bacon to mine which had a nice, smoky flavor... but it was tough and chewy.. so I probably wont get bacon next time.. The fries, though!! Really great smash burger! Patties were thin, had crispy edges, and a good flavor. The bun was perfectly soft and cheese nice and melty! (I wish the sauce was a fry sauce instead of a mustardy sauce but that s personal preference). Fries were crinkle cut, crispy on the outside, and seasoned well. I ve tried to find a good smash burger in the McKinney area and this is it! Prices were also fair. I d probably take it to go next time, the atmosphere was strange with all red walls, tables and chairs, and a kiosk to order from. This restaurant fascinated me. Very disappointed with my visit. My order was given to another customer who opened my order at her table. Once the employees noticed the mistake they took the order from the customer back to the kitchen. I requested a remake of my order. The employees waited approximately two minutes before telling me my order was ready & it was obvious that they repackaged the food items given to the incorrect customer. When asked the employee attempted to show me upside down trash as if he had thrown away the order. There was a language barrier and the employee attempted to use a translation app. I requested a refund. The employees looked at the register and told me no. One employee finally asked new. A new order was quickly made;however, once I got home my patty was still raw inside. I was able cook my patty thoroughly myself. Will not be returning.

On my first visit, I ordered a classic cheese burger combo, it was excellent, good flavor, fresh, special sauce is good. The fries are crinkle cut, which I am not a big fan of, but they were good. I wasnt expecting it to be primarily a takeout place with emphasis on app and kiosk ordering. So, I was taken back when I walked in. But now I know. However, the food was good, and that is whats important. Id eat there again. Parking: A large amount of spaces out front are dedicated to Tesla super chargers.

What a stark difference from frisco. Frisco location is superb. Walked in here though and they had 2 tables. Store was dead. No special ketchup on the tables! Tried to ask the employees questions and none of them could even speak English and looked at me with a look of confusion. I walked out. What a horrible experience! Needless to say I won t be coming back to this location. It s a shame too since it s the closest location to me. Well the Allen location was close but they weren t even open long enough for me to try it! I wonder why!

My first and last visit here. $60 for three burgers three fries and a drink. Bidenflation is bad but not that bad. The burgers were okay. They were absolutely nothing special about them. The fries were like the fries you buy at the grocery store. $4 for fries. If you go into the store, the Ambiance is absolutely Stark and uninviting. They should have just made it a to-go without a dining room. I would not choose to eat here again.

Went here and ordered burgers. The ordering process was very fast and easy on the kiosk. The burgers tasted very delicious. We also ordered sweet potato fries. The meat is juicy and cooked very well. The buns are soft and fresh as well. This location is in a shopping center next to the gas station. My dad had the Junior and I had the special. They cook the onions into the patty. The hamburger is made with grass-fed ground meat and it tastes wonderful. Fries were great as well nice and crispy! But I would take it to go because theres only like maybe four tables in there and you have to order through a computer. I walked in it was kind of weird and there was nobody there and say hi to me except for the cook behind the counter that just kind of stared at me. Overall great place.

A mediocre Hole in the Wall burger place. There is no cashier and have to self order on a terminal only with $11-13 burgers- very pricy! Flavor on burger was fair to very bland, fries were over fried and too salty The Chickz was also burned and inedible. When I looked in the hole to find any workers, there was nobody there. Not impressed ,not able to use cash to pay, and will not return.

I was not impressed with the hype of this place. I really thought it would be much better. It seems like no one is there to keep the place clean. The menu was very confusing. The ice machine for the drinks was horrible. You hadnt called your cup under there for quite a bit. I do not know if it was out of ice or not.. will not be back.

When we entered the restaurant no one greeted us. It s 96 outside and there was no air conditioning in the building. The sodas in the machine were all flat. The hamburgers we got I think we re just about see through. But it was impossible to tell because they were so burnt the whole burger was black. I couldn t actually taste the advertised grass fed beef as my burger was season with propane and depression. I ve never thrown out a hamburger before, but this was a first time experience for me. All and all it was unforgettable but not for the right reasons.

Ordered pick up, got the Vegan Wulf Special it was good but only problem was that they used a cardboard box to place food in and it held all the moisture from hot food being put in it. Thus when I picked it up 5 minutes after it was done food was already soggy and cardboard wet. I had to bake the fries once home to get crispy again. Vegetarian options: Vegan patty tasted fairly good

The burger was really good. The fries are just your every day type of fries. The problem I had with this place is they messed up my order. I just wanted meat and cheese only. Very disappointed in this place! The amount of flies (dead and alive) were unbelievably gross! Looked like no one had cleaned the seating area the whole day, or maybe longer. For how much the food costs, the service and cleanliness is unacceptable. The staff never greeted us, they were not friendly/helpful and were on their phones sitting in the kitchen in full view. Did I mention the flies? We will NEVER be back!

These reviews saying they actually got service are fake. There is literally zero interaction with a human here. You order through a machine, pick up your food, and clean up after yourself yet you still tip?? This place gives mixed signals bc they charge restaurant prices, but give less than fast food service. Burgers were pretty good, but not worth the price. I also don t like that you are forced to give your phone number to place an order. This is even when you re at the place. Stealing our data. Also, the ordering kiosk is not user friendly. This is sad given the fact that they don t even have many options to pick from. Heard others complaining about this too while we were there.
