New to the McKinney, Texas area from Huntington Beach, CA as of last summer, 2023, I needed Trader Joe s for the huge transition after 4 decades in O.C., CA. Several things pleasantly surprised me @ my new locale: many similarities to O.C. especially the O.C. of 40 years ago per all the development happening everywhere!, nice, chill people everywhere I go (southern California is very similar, O.C. in particular NorCal? Not s much ) and the array of amenities and offerings includes T.J. s So happy that I get to shop there again & so I do, often. I also love TJ s floral selection and the beautiful potted orchids and fresh roses! I gift them often and use them in my art (below is an original painting I created featuring one of my favorite white TJ s phaeleonopsis orchids, ever!). The McKinney location is another great one, with a sweet, helpful & knowledgeable staff Thanks for making my new life here in McKinney really great, really appreciate it, y all!

This is my second visit to Trader Joes. It is nestled in the North- West corner of Eldorado Parkway and 75 in McKinney, Texas. My youngest son is on a healthy diet. We didnt buy anything, so we simply browsed around with his list. We found the staff to be extremely helpful. 2 of them were willing to share dietary recipes with some of the foods he was looking for. We plan on going back Saturday to purchase some while he decides on some of the options. They are fully stocked at this location, even filling one blank spot with to fill the area. One associate spent at least 30 minutes with him answering his questions thoroughly. I would recommend this very thorough establishment at minimum for their due diligence with us. I will be seeing them again this week.

Specialty foods that you can t find anywhere else. The quality is great and a lot of it is good for your health. I have been a fan of TJ for quite a while now. They are always clean, they treat me well and I am seen leaving with a smile. I usually buy ground turkey from my local grocery store, but for whatever reason the quality is very poor. I chose to try the same from TJ one day. Not sure what they do different, but my buying of ground turkey will be here to stay. Although prices are high no matter where you shop. I can at least tell that their prices aren t too hot. Thank you TJ for remaining super special and true. You will always have my heart and I will always come through.

All kinds of good stuff here. Some of my favorite treats, such as unique varieties of ice cream, baked goodies, and their sparkling juice, Strawberry delicious but during summer months watermelon is my very most favorite!! The best from their bakery, imo, would be their hand pies, blueberry #1, various muffins but brookies are the very best, 1/2 cookie 1/2 cookies. The only way they could be any better is if they had pecans but theyre still most awesome!

I will be forever shopping at Trader Joe s, I didn t have enough money on my card to cover my groceries and I asked the cashier if I could take off a few things and was embarrassed that I didn t have enough- but instead of doing that she paid what was leftover for me with her own money.
