My daughter was married at the Stone Crest Venue on May 3. I cannot say enough about the phenomenal experience we had with the Stone Crest Venue. I described the venue to many of the guests and friends who couldn t attend my daughter s wedding that the venue reminded me of a beautiful site in the Hill country. Nicole was a phenomenal host and insured that everything was taken care of. A great wedding begins with a great venue and Stone Crest IS THAT venue. As a wedding photographer, this is one of my absolute FAVORITE venues in DFW! Ive photographed multiple weddings here over the years and the venue space makes for stunning photos. The outdoor ceremony space is so green and lush and I love the area below where we often take couples portraits. The getting ready room has amazing lighting! (which can be hard to come by!) and I love how the grandeur of the reception space turns out in photos. The venue staff always puts on such a seamless wedding for my clients - I recommend Stone Crest to any of my clients still in search of a venue. 10/10 recommend from the perspective of wedding photography! We had our wedding here. It was truly lovely, and I only have one suggestion. I really wish they would work on making this space better for handicap accessibility. My elderly parents could not come up to the bridal suite. My mother could not help me get dressed. And had we had our wedding outside, my father could not have gone down the stairs to walk me down the aisle. Anyway, every other thing was lovely.

We held my daughter s wedding and reception at Stonecrest recently. It was beautiful!! The venue was perfect, everything was meticulous and set up beautifully. The on-site manager for the day, Nicole, was very professional and friendly, eager to help in any way. Out outside caterer, DJ, wedding coordinator and bartenders were very pleased with the support they received also. We couldn t be happier with the venue! Highly recommend.

Want to start off by saying our wedding was great but hectic. Linda is the one that helped us and answered all our questions but apparently didn t seem to explain the contract stuff to us correctly. (Also in nicoles own words)Instead of making sure everything was met to their requirements they waited to tell us once I came into the venue for our reception that there were a few issues. I m not too sure what the lady s name is, she had very short grey curly hair. It might have been Nicole, but I was extremely disappointed in how she handled everything. The first issue was that there was no security on the site like they had mention when booking with Linda. The way she phrased it made it seem like once we booked the venue we wouldn t have to worry about security because they had two. Mind you this was was about a year ago when we booked. We spoke with Linda multiple times, making sure we had everything that they needed. Then Nicole said we didn t have security so she got two to come last minute, we spoke and she kept saying it s going to extremely expensive before telling us the price. Which was annoying because she should have gotten straight to the point. Basically saying the party wouldn t happen if we didn t get them. Then once she told us the price we paid for it but that was another unnecessary charge due to the lack of communication from their end. The venue team literally sucked.Nicole apologized for the inconvenience but that was about it. She didn t really seem to care that it was happening on my wedding day, the day I ve been preparing for. And then later apologized about Linda s lack of communication, which was not our fault but yet we had to pay $1,800 on top of the 9,000 we had booked for the venue for. The second issue I had with her and the team was that when we paid for the venue we add an extra hour. Linda said we could end the party at 1am instead of 12am for an extra $200 and at 12am the bar would close so people would have an hour to sober up which was perfectly fine with us. She said we could still have the reception but at 1am we would end it and start packing up afterwards. This was great for us. Now the time comes where it s 12:28am and Nicole comes up to me and says the band needs to stop playing music in one minute because we re shutting down which confused us because Linda said we had until 1am. This was not including the clean up hour. The band stopped and the venue staff immediately started turning all the lights back on and made everyone leave so we could start packing up and she was just saying she would help with whatever she could and she didn t do anything. She was just standing with the security guards. She was so useless. And to mention the band, I double checked with Nicole about the volume in the beginning and she said it s loud but it wasn t an issue because she had gone out front and didn t hear it as much so we were okay. But by the end of the night made it seem like it was a problem. She then went to explain that the venue only host until 11:00pm and that the extra hour we paid $200 for was for the clean up hour which made no sense because Linda had explained to us when booking that s why we added the extra hour. Well she apologized again for the miscommunication but at that point I was so over her being there and everyone else. I never write reviews but I feel like people should be extremely careful when booking with this family owned business because it seems like they only want to get money out of you. I appreciate her apologizing for the stuff but it literally was on my wedding day, the day I shouldn t be stressed, especially since we talked to Linda a few times before hand. And also to mention that they texted my husband days before to finalize everything with us. And nothing was said about our security or the extra hour. The venue is beautiful but I honestly would stay AWAY from them. And I do not care to hear back from anyone. Just want to warn people about them. Also would like to note that Nicole was eating everything that we had which was annoying.

This place is stunning. Everytime i visit it surprises me with its view, both inside and out. Amenities are superb. But.. However... I had a wedding here and Miss Karen was a literal Karen. She pulled my drinks out the commercial refrigerator because she thought it was going to overwork it. She negated my cheesecake and tiramisu mini cakes (cold deserts) from going into the same commercial fridge because, it was going to over work it. She scorned the DJ upon arrival (like went all the way up into his trailer) to reafirm not to bring sub woofers, which I had already told him about. She shut the DJ down whilst he was checking for sound, threatening him with the 100 decimal noise meter and how theyre are neighbors nearby. (Still skeptical about that but I obliged) She yelled (freaked out) that we were using the front door to bring in empty coolers for bar use. (As bar has no wells) She kept yelling at my guests/family after being repeatedly told they didnt speak English. (They came from out of country for wedding) to abide by her commands. She was honestly a grinch. And I do sincerely apologize for saying that, but please please pleaseeeee ask for Nicole or Linda to be your on duty staff. Absolutely everything else was PHENOMENAL. Would rent again if I had another wedding haha. (Hope not)

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with StoneCrest Venue. The owners, Linda and Ryan were readily available and always replied quickly to my many emails and texts and answered all my questions about the venue. I made a few stops to the venue with my mom while we figured out our decorations, and there was always someone there to answer our questions or help us. The day of, the doors were opened early, as requested and the tables had already been set up. There was a day of attendant that worked with my coordinator to ensure the evening ran smoothly. We got so many compliments over the venue and our guests were in awe of the landscape and the view surrounding StoneCrest. If you want to impress your guests with a beautiful venue with a breathtaking landscape and attentive staff, you wont regret booking with Stone Crest.

Stone Crest was the venue of our dreams! The view behind the ceremony space is beautiful, the hills and trees made it feel like we weren t even in Texas anymore. The natural wood and large windows to allow for natural lighting was amazing. Besides being a beautiful venue, they were easy to work with and accommodating. We had tree stumps we wanted to use along the aisle for the ceremony and they worked with us to figure out the logistics of getting those set up. So happy we got to celebrate our love in such a beautiful space!

Having viewed a few venues , we decided with StoneCrest the minute we entered the venue. The ambiance of the venue is serene and classy that hardly any decorations were required to make it more beautiful. All wedding guests were mesmerized with the locations beauty. The StoneCrest team was very helpful and highly flexible to all our needs. Our wedding was postponed from 2021 to 2022 and they were very understanding and supported us in picking the right dates in 2022. Also, since ours was an Indian wedding, they allowed us to had the sacred fire ceremony which many other venues were reluctant to support. They also ensured we had additional chairs last. Overall, we recommend StoneCrest 100% for anyones wedding!!

We got married at Stone Crest Venue on 4/8/22. From the moment we walked in on the day of our tour, we knew that Stone Crest was where we wanted to get married. The venue is beautiful, but the land and breathtaking scenery was what won us over. It truly feels like you have been transported to the Texas Hill Country one you walk outside. We absolutely loved the various outdoor areas for guests to mingle, the fire pit, and the lounge (which we used for table games!). The bride and groom suites are also spacious and newly-renovated. One of the biggest selling points was that we were able to bring in our own vendors, which allowed us to have the exact wedding of our dreams as well as save some money in the long run. We received so many compliments on this venue!

We looked at so many venues and while so many were gorgeous, none stood a chance against Stone Crest! One of the problems we were having when booking a venue was so many of them did not have the date we were looking for, available. Stone Crest did not have it available either, but after touring the venue we knew we would rather sacrifice the date than the venue. Its absolutely stunning! The staff is so kind and friendly. My husband and I asked them a million questions and they always answered and were willing to work with us. We received so many compliments on such a beautiful venue and I honestly believe we wouldnt have gotten all of those comments had we chosen a different venue. We always tell people about this amazing venue and we will continue to do so. 100% recommend!

WOW! This venue was amazing! We were impressed when the shuttle pulled us up to the massive western-style building. This was before we even saw the phenomenal outdoor area around back. The view behind the altar was breath-taking. You could see trees for miles and the sunset was incredible. The exposed wood and décor of the building reminded me of a high-end lodge. There was plenty of room for guests and a dancefloor.

Our wedding at Stone Crest was incredible! The venue is beautiful on its own so you really dont have to do much to decorate. Its the perfect level of rustic that fits so many different styles. We knew right away this was the venue for us! I really wanted a mountain-esque wedding but thats just never going to happen in super-flat North-Texas, but the different elevations and the scenery at Stone Crest really give you that vibe. The staff is super nice, let us tour the venue multiple times, and overall very easy to work with.

Stone crest is the most beautiful venue. When touring, it instantly reminded us of the hill country and we were hooked, we couldnt believe there was something this beautiful right outside of the city. I love that stone crest lets you bring in all your own food and alcohol with the vendors of your choosing so you dont feel trapped into vendors you dont want. They were so helpful working with me reschedule my date due to COVID-19 and kept me in the loop of how the venue would be effected and kept their facebook up to date with any changes. I would 100% recommend this venue, our big day was a dream.

We fell in love with this venue from day one - this venue is so modern and elegant along with the rustic feel. Linda & Ryan were so accommodating with all of the requests that were made by us. This hidden gem, is just that, A GEM!!! When we first met Kathy for our first visit she was just FABULOUS!!! Starting with the tour she gave us and explaining all the different options we could have for the wedding. Plus her willingness to share the vendors that she has seen their work at the venue and which were reasonably priced and their quality of work exceptional! She was truly THE BEST TO WORK WITH and then not to mention the GORGEOUS SPACE THAT THEY HAVE AT STONECREST!!! Sooooo many compliments on the venue and that it was the BEST that many of our friends, the parents, had been to! Loved to hear that the wedding was such a treat for ALL THE GUESTS...along with our Son and Daughter in Law!!! Everyone fell in love with Stonecrest the minute we stepped inside! The owners were simply wonderful to work with and met all our needs. Day of wedding, everything was setup and ready to go just as planned. All of our vendors were very complementary of the venue and staff as well. There for a wedding. Menu printed by the venue indicated Caesars salad. No Caesars salad. It indicated vegetable lasagna. No lasagna or any other lasagna. Indicated rolls and butter. No butter. My wife asked what was in an Indian dish. Was told cheese by server. Turns out it was tofu. My wife is allergic to soy. After a couple of pieces she realized that it was tofu. Became very ill that night. Why publish a menu if you do not stick to i Est? Why have servers that are not familiar with a dish? I was not impressed.

This venue was absolutely perfect for our wedding. We comfortably held 210 people. The owners of this venue are fantastic people that will do anything to make sure your wedding day is smooth and perfect. The setting outside and inside is gorgeous. The view is unbelievable. We walked into this venue and knew it was the place we wanted to be married.

I am so, so glad I choose to have my wedding here. The basics of the venue are top-notch: reasonable price, allows outside catering and alcohol, has space for an outdoor or indoor ceremony, is beautiful, and is easy to get to from DFW. In addition from the very beginning, the staff at Stone Crest has been kind, responsive, and willing to work with me. Linda and Ryan responded to my emails incredibly fast, and helped point me in the right direction for wedding issues that werent even their purview (like where to find wedding insurance). They also remained calm when I panicked the week of my wedding over the rain forecast, and reassured me that theyd help me arrange the chairs for an indoor ceremony, and flip the room if need be. And, they let me come in a little early to ensure I could get hair and make up done in time for my bridal shoot. The attendant the day of was so sweet, and received my flowers because they showed up earlier than my day-of coordinator! And after the wedding, when my family realized the marriage license had gone missing, Linda met me at the venue in the morning to let me look for it. She kept an eye out for it, found it later in the week, and sent it to me! Im astonished by the level of service Linda and Ryan provided. They are amazing people with an amazing venue, and I wish for nothing but the best for them.

I am going to start with the amazing family that owns Stone Crest because the venue speaks for itself with how gorgeous it is. Linda, Wendy, and Ryan are some of the nicest people in the wedding industry (we checked out a million venues) and were instantly drawn to how kind and friendly this family was. They made the wedding planning process so stress free and fun. The venue itself is jaw dropping. The moment you walk in you are are blown away by the interior and how gorgeous it is. The ceremony sight looks like nothing I have seen in North Texas. All of our guests were so surprised with how beautiful the entire place was. we got so lucky to work with the stone crest team! I cannot recommend this venue enough. Thank you all for helping us create such a memorable day!

Linda and her family were all great to work with! Their venue was beautiful and welll maintained. Every time I went back they added extra upgrades to the venue. They worked with us with multiple visits, responded to emails in a timely manner and accomadated our every need. I would definitely recommend the Stone Crest Venue for any special event!

Rustic beauty! Stone Crest is chic and gorgeous, both inside and out. The huge windows and wide open great room bring the feel of outdoors to the inside. The views of the rolling hills are breathtaking. I love all of the outdoor spaces--porches, fire pit, sitting areas, walkways, and ceremony areas. Stone Crest is a perfect place for a party, wedding, or event.

This hidden gem is full of charm and grace. The moment my husband (fiancé at the time) and I drove up to their lot, my body was immediately covered in chills. The warm and fuzzy kind, of course... and my eyes, a well of tears. Tears of this is it, this is the one. The emotions and thoughts that ran through me were truly indescribable. Ms. Linda was there to welcome us with open arms. After touring the venue, being in absolute awe, we knew it was the one. Ms. Linda, Ryan, and their team are so genuine and the beauty of the venue was absolutely perfect for us. Stone Crest (especially Ms. Linda and the team) holds a special place in our hearts. We are so grateful to have found them and to have began our journey as husband and wife there.
