The line can get long, but its Starbucks, brand new, and the only drive through coffee in a mile or so. They are quick, kind, and accurate with your orders. Give them the same grace you would want if you were just figuring things out also!

The place is short staffed but they make great coffee and give the best service possible. Keep that in mind when ordering..and tipping. Short staff is making business ruff but those that work... are great... employees. The customers need to be grateful ...

Never again at this location. Ive had the worst experience from any Starbucks. And it says a lot because Ive never had any problems. I understand its quicker to do a mobile order, reason I didnt was because I wasnt planning on going.I just happened to pass it. I went in, wasnt even greeted. Ok whatever. Didnt realize until after 5 minutes that I was standing near the mobile order sign. Social distancing is at an all time high. However, the lady behind the counter could have at least said hello and made sure, it is her job so after about 5 minutes of being ignored, I ended up realizing that i needed to move and obviously wasnt going to be treated like a guest. lady who took my order was ok, wasnt spectacular. It took 15 minutes for 1 drink. Mind you, there were 3 people working the counter. Ridiculous. Wont be back

I had a great frappuccino (Triple Mocha) and the Barista (Kyra) was very nice and friendly. I also watched her help another customer that came from a different Starbucks to get their drink fixed because the other Starbucks made it wrong. She was very nice and made that person very happy! Nice to see and receive awesome service. Great experience!!

Usually have great starbucks experiences. This however was the worst starbucks I have been to. The coffee tasted like it had been out all day. They forgot the vanilla in one of my orders (it was a vanilla iced coffee). When I asked a question no one knew the answers. When I asked to replace or be refunded for the messed up order they refused. Keep in mind today is by one get one free day, and they didn t even apply that reward to my order.

Always disappointed in this location. Brought our own Starbucks cups to reduce waste. They even have a sign here that states to bring your cup to reduce waste and you also get 10 cents off. Handed my cup to the cashier and she still proceeded to write my order on my cup, since they supposedly have to measure out the drink In the plastic cup then pour it into the reusable cup. Which makes no sense because its their standardized starbucks resuabke cup. This basically defeats the purpose of the reusable cup in the first place. Not to mention they got the order wrong and didnt add the 10 cents off discount
