I always ask for extra crispy and this is the 4th time in a row that it is not. Fries were soggy, again. I live close to this locationI would rather go to the Slide location. They do get it extra crispy anytime I ask.

I would love to give this location a huge shout out!! We ve order from them on a couple of occasions for our business luncheons & both times they delivered great service! The first time we ordered a catering meal, & by human error, they forgot to give us sauces, we called them back & they corrected it immediately! This last time we placed an order for two of our drivers and our drivers ended up getting a little behind on work and didn t get to get their food in time. Not only did they call our director to give a reminder about our food, but they also put those two orders back & remade our drivers fresh orders when they got there! Highly recommend this location for any catering needs or just to feed a small office! Thank y all Canes for the AMAZING service! VRC loves you!

Highly doubt this rating will affect this canes business nor do I think the owners will care but in the event someone actually reads these and by some miracle does care I will relay my experience at the drive thru today. First I would like to say Im not exactly a huge fan of canes chicken I think its highly overrated the sauce is a no for me. Over priced small baby pieces however the Cole slaw is top tier and I will go through the drive just for that as I did today I usually swing by if Im cooking fish or something that needs a good slaw and usually Im the only one that eats it but today I was doing slaw chili cheese dogs for a crowd I also wanted a couple pieces of chicken for my dogs. I pulled in the drive was a Hispanic and a white kid outside both welcoming , I told them what I needed a large size Cole slaw maybe two chicken strips and asked if would it be cheaper for me to just do a kid meal or a big meal and order a large slaw with it. They both stated it would be better to just order a la cart and it ended up costing me 8 bucks. I could have ordered the big meal! With fries slaw and a drink. I asked the young man TWICE if he had me down for a large slaw he said YES TWICE. I get home and AGAIN second time now its the baby cup. Two times I have went through the drive to order a large slaw and both times I have got home to a baby cup. Extremely frustrating especially when it was a ingredient I was using to go with my dinner plans. So now. That entire trip was a complete waste of time and money and I still have to leave my house again to go get slaw. This time I did call because I thought I was over charged and didnt get the large slaw and I was told they do not have different sizes. Now why wouldnt that kid say something so I could atleast order 5 baby cups? How hard would it have been to say we just have one size? Instead of lying to me about my dang order TWICE! Well now that I know finally ! I will not be back. I mean 8 bucks for a sample little 2 ounce slaw and 2 extremely sad looking strips nothing else Jeez the large slaw would probably cost me 25 bucks lol Please educate your employees. This was silly.

I like their fries and toast. I am not that crazy about their chicken, and there is not much to pick to drink. The place was clean. The staff was friendly. Never been to this location before, but will return. Slim Chickens and chick fil a are down the street but Raising Canes taste way better. The guy taking our order was very friendly and acted like he actually wanted to be there. Box Combo is the best value. Nothing else really makes sense to order. Their sweet tea is the best. Inside the building is an unique and inviting atmosphere. Only complaint is parking. This probably needs to be fixed. We almost left until a spot opened up after circling around a few times.

Kid-friendliness: Very friendly, helpful and fun Wheelchair accessibility: I had to use my cane . The drive thru was full l had to be dropped off at the door and nearly got hit because of the existing car. Drive thru lanes that make pedestrian s have cross are very inappropriate for dine in patrons. Seems to be common practice for drive thru s to be more important and dangerous for inside diners.

They always forget something in my order. The last 4 times they forgot my extra sauces I paid for and the extra bread I get instead of coleslaw. Its always one or the other. After having such terrible experiences at the Whataburger across the street, I was pleasantly surprised to receive such wonderful service at Raising Canes! They literally restored my faith in Fast Food restaurants in Lubbock. They had a line wrapped around the building, yet they were courteous, professional, and fast! The order was correct and the food was great! I literally cant say enough about how pleased my wife and I were. There was no rudeness from the drive thru, no fear of our order being deliberately tainted by unethical employees. And there is no need to deal with an uncaring manager pertaining to poor service! Thank you, Raising Canes, for restoring my faith! At the end of the day, I guess I should have been visiting here instead of that burger joint across the street anyway!
