This is the second time I ve tried calling Wing Stop to place an order, only to be sent to voicemail, which was full both times. I initially thought it was an error on my end, but when I walked in to place my order, I realized the phone had been deliberately taken off the base so no calls could come through. This is a clear lack of customer service and very frustrating.

The food is really good, but they can never ever have it ready at the time that they say. Youre lucky if its 5-10 minutes later but in my experience its typically more like 20. The moral of the story is, dont waste your time. If they say something will be ready at 12, get there around 1215-1220 and MAYBE then it will be ready.

The only thing good about my order was the DoorDash girl. Food tasted like dirty grease The BOGO Chicken sandwich was so bad with grease and a cup of sauce over bun and container I wouldn t recommend if it was Free. Wrote to corporate and took survey with no one calling about ordered or what they could do to fix issues. Had to miss work next day due to stomach issues Maybe food poisoning.

Fries and partial of my boneless wings were not even room temperature. The other part of my order was hot and fresh. It they took the fries from yesterday and gave it us. Horrible. Called and the guy argued back with us staying everything was fresh and he bagged the order himself. We showed up as he was bagging the order. No one can answer how more than half the order was cold and the other part hot. Not only that but the ranch dressing was spilled at the bottom of bag.

WARNING, DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION! The workers DO NOT CARE about paying customers. I am an Uber Eats Driver & picked up an order from here; I discovered that the entire bottom of the bag was wet & I went back inside requesting for them to make sure that there nothing is leaking inside the bag. Two workers REFUSED to check inside the bag. As a driver I am not allowed to open the bag. They said It s probably fine. It s not fun explaining to a customer why the bottom of their bag is wet. These WingStop workers need to start caring about their customers! This is absolutely unacceptable!

I ve been to several Wingstops in my lifetime, but this one is undoubtedly the quickest, not only that the food was served HOT. Which is something I ve never experienced in a Wingstop. Update! I had previously given a 4 star review, but no today I went there for a second time and it was the WORST Wingstop experience I ve had. Waited 15-20 minutes for our order, was given that order incorrectly made and asked for a remake. An hour later, I asked for an update on that remake and was told, with an ATTITUDE, that I ll receive the order when it s done. Waited 5 more minutes and asked again. Was told the same thing with the same attitude, so I asked for a refund. The person that processed the refund refused to give me a receipt to confirm the refund and told me she could only show me her copy. Was shown nothing but a copy of the kitchen receipt voiding the order. I contacted my bank and they told me no refund was initiated. So I m sincerely DONE with Wingstop. Never again

We come to this location because we dislike the lack of customer service in Melissa. Janelle was at the register and she is always so courteous and friendly. Over all a good experience but during the busy hour, tables aren t cleaned until later. It s un derstandable tho since they are busy with doordash orders and take out orders too, people don t seem to understand that sometimes they can t clean immediately because of orders so just keep that in mind when eating. Good music and they play baseball, football, soccer, etc, games on the tvs. Bathrooms are clean and don t smell bad so don t worry. Also, the food is delicious, the wings are to die for! French fries are good but sometimes a bit too salty.

I live in Anna and drive an extra 15 min to go to this Wingstop. They are always solid. I order extra crispy and my wings are exactly the way I ordered them. Between this location and the Plano one Jupiter, I m scared to order even order from a different Wingstop. The Melissa one almost made not order from wingstop but this one is always a solid pick. Especially on a Sunday! Shout out to the Sunday Crew!

Wing stop mckinney is the worst resturant ever! Two weeks ago, I went to the resturant in person to order food for my kids. The man who took my order (the manager) was very rude and concided. He told me the wait time is 35 minutes and I jokingly asked 35 minutes, he said this isnt a fast food resturant. If you dont want to wait that long, then you shouldnt come here. Today, I ordered food from the same location via uber eat. The uber driver informed me that he was unable to deliver the drinks because they told him they dont have cap holders. When I asked for a refund, the driver informed me that I need to call uber customer service. Unfair!!

This place is always so dirty. Came in to have a nice lunch but there was soda dried all over the floor that my shoes are sticky as gum. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. We placed an order for delivery from work 10/20. The order was supposed to be delivered by 11:45 am. About 45 minutes goes by and no food. Placed a call to the store where we remained on hold for an extended period of time. Staff member then answered. We explained that we have not gotten our order yet and staff member just states yes. it is here, they have not picked it up yet. Staffed member informed that our order was supposed to be delivered at 11:45 and there for the food has been made, and sitting out for over an hour.... Staff member states yea..... staff member informed that we would like for the food to be remade and we would like a refund/credit added to account for the inconvenience, as we will now have to drive to pick up order and we only have a limited amount of time for our lunch break. Staff member stated that she cannot give a credit. the only thing that she can do is give us a credit for the delivery fee. Staff member informed that we are very dissatisfied with this service. Phone number given to staff member to be contacted by her manager or corporate office. We then pick up the order and get back to the office just to find out that THEY DID NOT PUT ANY RANCH IN OUR ORDER. We paid for extra ranches as well. We were told that they were going to be remaking the order, but everything tasted as if it had just been sitting out for hours. VERY disappointed.

I came to this location, I did not get acknowledged when walking in, the first cashier was to busy gossiping with another customer, I waited almost five minutes to finally speak to a employee, and for my luck he was the rudest person. I gave him my order name, a order I had made 6 hours ahead of the pickup time, he informed me they lost my order but failed to call me, I was furious after having to wait so long, my order was supposed to be ready for pick up by nine and it wasn t till 9:40 I revived my order. To top it off the second cashier Kelechi, rudely and I quote said wtf do you want to drink, it s not my fault we lost your order, it s my managers . I responded with don t be rude, I m a customer I m paying for my food, he rudely said if I was being rude this conversation would be going somewhere else . I can not believe this location is still in business with these type of employees, the least I was expecting is to be treated this way. I hope nobody ever has to go through this.

Our order is usually right at this location but they re consistently out of several beverage options. The younger male working the counter was as nice enough but it wouldn t kill them to force a smile. The biggest thing is, on this past visit they were spraying degreaser and throwing buckets of the floor cleaning/water mix (carelessly) directly below where our food was being prepared. Coming from the restaurant industry as a gm, I understand that when it s slow, you want to try to knock out some cleaning early to avoid keeping anyone on the clock longer than necessary after close, but there s no reason that they should be splashing chemicals near food at ANY POINT in the day. If they re willing to do that in front of customers, it makes me questions what other potential chemical/cross contaminations could be present at this location..

We love wingstop and have been loyal weekly customers to the company for years, we moved from Wylie (GREAT location over there) and started coming to this location and the service is just awful. I just placed an order and heard the employees cuss under his breath, and I always feel rushed when I m ordering. It seems like they never fully pay attention when I m placing an order as well. And when we pickup the food, it takes 10-15 minutes just to pick up our ready order because the employees always seem all over the place and they can never seem to get it together. The only reason I m not giving this location a 1-star is because the food quality is always good. Can t diss the cooks when it s the cashiers who don t do a good job. Y all need to do a re-training or get rid of the dead weight and hire new staff. I expect more from such a well regarded company.

Good wings and helpful staff. I took off a star because they forgot my fries, but when I drove back they immediately apologized and began my fries and offered me a drink while I waited. Besides that hiccup the food was fresh and the order was made to my preferences. When I orginally came to pick my order, it was sealed and ready for me. Again missing a item but overall still a good experience. And I would return, maybe just check my bag before driving away.

You were very quick to take my money for the order placed but slower than a sloth to give my food. No acknowledgment to my son when he had a question. Our food was finally ready at 3:21pm to which the bag was still half open and not secured as the tape says. The young lady called our name and placed it on the counter. I checked my order, closed it and secured the bag and immediately asked for a manager. His excuses for the wait and unsecured bag was that the Cowboys are playing and them being understaffed. Wingstop always has great wings and today was no different. We were very disappointed having traveled for over 4 hours today to find we couldnt dine in or even use the restroom. All restaurants need to be back offering dine in service by now. Our fries werent even put in a foam container just in the paper trays used in the dining room. Im not sure if these were corporate or franchise decisions, but either way it did not make our experience a positive one.

Good Food and prices, This one employee kicked me out for trying to order a 3rd set of fries. I am in tears of joy, because of the drunk driver driving into this particular wingstop. Still today the staff is rude and unfriendly.

My husband works 24hr shifts at the fire station and i have 3 kids. It s hard to get in and out of the car with them all on my own, especially getting all 3 out of car seats just to go in for 2 mins. The man working was amazing! He accommodated us and helped me. I love the food and will definitely continue using this location.
