Ok so here s the deal. If I wanted frozen pancakes, I would go to the grocery store. 48% vegetable oil spread is NOT butter. That is cancer and you serve it with pancakes. None of the food was seasoned in the slightest, and canned mushrooms are NOT it. The bacon in the scramble is gaggable. Very small portions.. server didn t come back to check on us until we were almost done. You also need to add a BIG breakfast, for the hungry men who have been in the field for weeks and weeks (this is a military town, after all.) Work on your ingredients and service. Coffee is stronger than ihop, so that s good. I expected more and was excited for a good breakfast and super disappointed, honestly. 10/3/24 Kid-friendliness: Don t get the pancakes, they are frozen & warmed up so they crumble like crazy. The butter isn t butter, it s 48% vegetable oil spread. That is NASTY.

We were in town visiting our son. We went out for breakfast before we headed back to our state. My wife got biscuits and gravy, I got the farmer s skillet, and my son got an omelet. The service was good, food was good, and when we visit Killeen TX again we will be going there for breakfast. It s been few days since we ate there, my wife is still talking about how good the biscuits and gravy were.

The family and I are there for lunch today for the first time. Our waitress was great, gave us time when we needed it and honest recommendations. The food was good. We had pancakes, waffles, skillet meals, and hot chocolates. Everything turned out great. Nothing was missing. The bacon was top notch. The hot chocolate actually looked like the photos and were piping hot. We ll be visiting again for sure.

This was our first visit and definitely wont be our last. JJ was our server, and she was excellent, very efficient, friendly, and professional. The food was awesome, and everything here deserves kudos. The guacamole was BETTER than most Mexican restaurants I have been to! There was not a single thing we ate that was not top quality. The value of the meal is perfect , you receive a good amount of excellent food for a fair price. I encourage everyone to try THIS Jimmys Egg. I also enjoyed the Carmel ice coffee as well.

The iced coffee was the best part of the meal. We ordered the Almost Healthy Skillet. Their seasoned home fries are not seasoned at all. The whole main course was bland. I even added hot sauce, and it didnt help. Our waitress was sweet. The restaurant was loud. The restrooms needed attention.

Had the opportunity to eat at your Killeen establishment. My wait staff JJ was excellent, smile, conversation and a since of humor. My rating is strictly directed towards JJ. I ordered 2 meat omelettes, biscuits and gravy and pancakes. Found a piece of hair in my gravy when I was halfway through it, and found out the other omelette that I ordered for my sister was cheese omelette. I told the server and she went to talk to the manager in front of me, the manager didn t have the nerve to come and address the situation, and relayed a message that since we ate a little bit of it she can t do anything about it. I will never come back again and I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone! Never again!!!

Went in today after 11am waited for a bit just to be asked what to drink no problem it s the 4th of July! When the server came to the table an older lady with short hair and glasses she was extremely rude and obviously not in a good mood. A customer that was across from us left their cell phone on the table and when she was asking the bus boy was it his phone he ignored her about it so I guess maybe sparked her mood. When we told her I would have a sprite and my wife told her sweet tea she slapped her black booklet closed and walked off we were like hell no are we paying for bad service and told the hostess she was getting our drinks and that we were leaving that we aren t paying for this kind of service and left!! It s your job and we are paying customers that keep these establishments going so treat people better! No need for it what so ever!!!

There are not enough words ro say how amazing Jimmys Egg is. The staff are the jewels of the business. They always have the best attitudes and they just really know how to make your day a little better. We really appreciate them and look forward to saying hi when we visit. Now to the food. Priced fairly and you usually realize it once you take your first bite. The consistency is applauded, the flavors are rich, and the presentation is flawless. If you have not had the pleasure to eat at Jimmys Egg, plan to check it out tomorrow morning. Get there early to avoid the lines. (Even when there is a wait, its worth it) THANK YOU JIMMYS EGG!!!

I just ate here for the first time this morning and the service was fantastic. There was a mixup due to the app I was using to order my food online prior to arrival not only was I accommodated but treated very well. Service was prompt and staff were all smiling and kind, food was delicious. I don t always do reviews but truly wonderful experience. Compliments to the waiter who assisted me and the Kind manager that fixed the mix up and went above and beyond! Kid-friendliness: They were also very kind to my daughter and even gave her a juice while we waited for the order to be fixed!!

This place was recommended. So I drove out of my way to come eat here. I was eager for breakfast and wanted to eat. So I ordered the classic breakfast. I order , get my food and to my amazement. The hash browns on my plate looked like a sample of hash browns. Then my pancakes were stuck together. They basically fell apart. Couldn t even put butter on them. Look at these pics. I ll never ever come here again. I wouldn t recommend this place to Anyone. Ruined my day!!!! Had high expectations because of this place was recommended . My main complaint is that I had more egg than hash browns! Very very dissatisfied. And the manager didn t even have the nerve to come and address the situation. What a coward!! Never again!!!

My order was estimated to be ready by 12:05, but I had to call at 12:35 to be told that my food was sitting there waiting. No one texted, called, or emailed me. By the time we drive over to get it and got home, the food was cold, so my over medium eggs ended up with solid yolks after heating the food. They charged me for whip cream and none was provided, and the berry waffle consisted of tiny cups of berries. The menu choices are far fewer than IHOP, but the food isnt much better than IHOP, and is way more expensive.

My family and I have eaten here numerous times. Its kind of hit and miss and really depends on how busy the restaurant is compared to the staff on duty. Minimal staff, busy = longer waits, cold or soggy food, etc. More staff, not as busy = fresher food, faster, and it obviously tastes better. The atmosphere is similar to Dennys or Ihop. Hashbrowns = cold, small, bland, fries = cold, soft, bland, and a very small quantity. Waffle hit or miss, French toast, bland, it looked and taste almost like regular toast. The biscuits and gravy, the BBLT, and the omelets are good.

Flavor was okay but dry and after paying for only one sliced strawberry for $2.29 and a 2oz half filled cup of whipped cream for $1.49. I would not recommend. Had a great experience here before and decided to revisit while the dogs are getting groomed. The place was packed so we went with 2 bar seats which gave us a good view of the kitchen. I recommend doing that to understand what your server goes through to get your food. I ordered a meat lovers omlette with mini buttermilk shortstack and country potatoes. The wife went with the country fried steak, bacon, hashbrowns and eggs. I dove into the omlette and stopped to take the picture...so it is normally bigger than that. I would say that all of our items were good. Chicken fried steak was decent. Sadly, I finished 2 cups of coffee and my omlette and potatoes and waited for the shortstack to arrive. Being so close to the kitchen, I heard the waitress ask for it a few times. We will definitely give it a chance again.

Visited this establishment yesterday, and, as usual, the service was impeccable! Upon entering, we were greeted by the Hostess, Ashley, and seated immediately. She was also our server and did an outstanding job in providing quick service. She was quick, fast, and efficient. This review is dedicated to Ashley. Thank you! btw: the food was delicious! I enjoyed the Meat Lovers Omelet with a side of pancakes and fresh fruit. Their full sized coffee mugs fit perfectly. I would like to suggest that a small green logo on the side of these coffee mugs indicate DeCaf to difrenciate between cups. Last but not least, the wait staff should make sure there is a Spoon included in EVERY napkin-wrapped utensil bundle. On more than one occasion, weve had to stir our coffee with either a drinking straw or a knife. Jimmys Eggs is better than that. Vegetarian options: The vegetarian omlet, along with plant-based sausage, was an excellent choice. Parking: We were lucky to get an open parking space right in front of the entrance!

Food was good .had to ask front seater to get the waiter after being seated to take order ..second time this has happened same waiter what s the odds went to speak to an acquaintance at another table came back FENDI sunglasses was GONE asked who cleaned the table busboy swore he didn t see the glasses spoke to manager who blew me off.. didn t ask for name in case they showed up .. didn t care or know the value Make sure you have all you valuables before leaving table not a honest bunch Done with coming here Parking: Plenty

Food is delicious, service is great. My only complaint is how packed this place gets which turns the experience into a rushed one with them trying to get you out fast for the next customer. If you dont mind being rushed to finish this is the place to go.
