I was already receiving child support, but I needed an attorney to help fight for my daughter s rights. Her father was trying to end child support by terminating his parental rights along with doing a modification. This was heartbreaking and an emotional rollercoaster for me. Kimberly is very knowledgeable, she guided me, and helped me not feel stressed out. I appreciated the time Kimberly and Taylor would give me to respond to all my emails and answer my questions. Kimberly and Taylor did an amazing job in my divorce. Unfortunately mine was very nasty and very complexed . I highly recommend hiring her for all your family or criminal law needs . It finally got finalized after 5 months of arguing back and forth with my now ex wife. Kimberly was able to get us to agree without having to go to mediation. She is one of the best in Denton county hands down! She will make sure she fights hard for all her clients and to get the best possible outcome for all her client s!

I used Kimberly Shanklin for a modification to my divorce decree. I had previously used another attorney for my divorce. The difference was night and day. I believe that if I would have used Kimberly for my divorce, I would have fared much better. She really knows her stuff. If you find yourself needing an attorney, do not hesitate. Call Kimberly.

Kimberly and her staff were very helpful and informative during my emotional process. They simplified all that legal wording to where I could understand it. It can be confusing and overwhelming to someone not familiar with it. I appreciate everything they did for me and at an affordable price.
