We waited 3 hrs to be seated, we ended up going to the speakeasy section in the back to wait and have a beer not a lot of costumers in there, The bartender Samantha was a bit rude, and completely disregarded us, we had one beer and waited for ever to close our tabs we were about leave when they finally sat us down well at this point our experience was bad and poor, of it wasn t for our waitress Calista, she took good care of us had our orders ready and our drinks came out pretty quick she was very respectful and apologized for everything else that happened throughout our night, very nice girl high recommend asking for her as your server on your visit.

Update: 9/21/24 went to the movies with my buddy Leo to see transformers one. It was good I really recommend it. Anyway went to Twin peaks again. Its was I think better then before. Our server Calista (employee of the month June) was very helpful and nice she made my meal enjoyable. Food was great and so was the eye candy My friend Leo Avila went to Twin Peaks resturant to try it out. He said it was good and they have a 4.8 rating on google so I had to try it. It was a great place, food was ok a bit salty to me but it does help to see the ladies there. I wonder why it has a high rating lol, j/k. Anyway food was good service was good and atmosphere was great. Would go again. We had Brittany serving us and she was good, had Tori Erika & Jocinda at the bar. The ladies at the front desk ( didnt catch there name ) but they were nice and polite. Would go again!

I have been to Twin Peaks McAllen Since it first open and each time, service has been great! Food quality 10/10 and the atmosphere here is always a great time! My recent visit I had Monse as my waitress and she was excellent so kind and friendly and always checking up on us. I definitely recommend to try this place out at least once. Very disappointed! Our first time here at this location . My family and I had lunch there. I left my wallet on the table Before we could even leave the table, the busser was picking up the trays so when I called to go pick up my wallet, they said nothing was turned in I spoke to the manager, Javier He was so dismissive sounded like he didn t care or interested on helping me I asked him if he could check The cameras , He stated the cameras are corporate that they don t have access to it or speak to the waiter or the busser , And he made it seem like it was hard to even speak to the waiter or the busser about a missing wallet that I know in fact, I left there , Overall, my experience there I give it to a one star due to the fact that the food was cold and dry, are wings were cold no flavor My soup was cold no flavor, Then the waitress literally spilled her drink all over My wife Overall, it was a bad experience If you re coming just to listen to music and watch the games, the vibe is good, but the food is terrible. The service is bad and managers don t care and anything

This might be the perfect Twin Peaks location. I was in town for 2 days and I ate here 3 times. All 3 times were awesome. The food was delicious. The service was great. And the girls were super friendly and beautiful. They all made me feel welcome and important. Just a well managed and run location. And the cigar bar is just so cool. I dont even smoke cigars but it was fun to go in there and check it out. I didnt even smell like smoke after being in there. Just a great time and location. I wish all Twin Peaks could be this good!

The ladies were divas, I was sitting at the table for about 15 minutes and no one attended to me, there were very few tables occupied but it seems that they preferred to be flirting with other diners. Finally I had to stop a waitress to take my order and when it came time to pay she simply never brought my change and I never saw her again. He assumed he deserved a large amount of tip. Bad taste. The food and drinks were all excellent. Service leaves a lot to be desired.

We were there on a Saturday so needless to say it was packed. Our server, Jamie was very attentive. We did notice our order was taking long but we just figured it was because the place was packed. The manager, I didnt get his name, soon came over and explained that they had a bit of trouble with the order but that our order would soon be out. He sent over some appetizers and our order came out soon after. Jamie never once skipped a beat, constantly checking on us.

Received the WORST SERVICE from main bar on 8/14/24 1 hour before closing time. We had been regulars up until this experience. This particular server Raelynn, treated us so disrespectfully that, all she had left to do was throw drinks at us. Her behavior towards my husband and I was completely unexplainable. We were in such shock and disbelief as to why she was acting in this manner. We have been there once or twice a week since it opened. We order the same drinks and almost the same entree each time. The bar staff has often stated how fond of us they are. I could not see her name tag when she would serve us, so I asked one of the other servers this particular night for her name, I was given the name cherry. Which obviously was the wrong name. She (Raelynn) then mustve over heard that I was asking for her name. She can be heard from a distance because we were near the doorway, what did she ask ?. Thats how loud she was. It came off as being confrontational, so My husband and I chose to ignore her question/comment at that point and continue to exit the establishment. This server has a spider web tattoo on her chest. Her name is raelynnmarie according to twin peaks IG stories.

to start the food was great got what we ordered no complaints, only down side was it took maybe 35 mins for us to even get a waiter to get drinks then she said she was off at 12 (it was probably 11:50) and for the next 30 mins we couldn t find anyone to bring us our check nor did anyone check if we needed anything, stopped the manager asked for our check we ve been waiting on and 5 minutes new waitress brought it with a snarky attitude tossing the clipboard on our table with the check not a single word spoken, have been to some better locations

Met an amazing person named Monse, very kind, very cool, made me and my friends feel welcomed and gave us a good customer service. She was always asking every couple of minutes if we needed anything. Over all I would definitely come back. THANK YOU MONSE !
