Update 5/14/24: Ordered a family special and it was hot and fresh. Yummy yummy yummy. Thank you for your amazing service and I hope y all have a beautiful evening. Ordered here today and it was so damn delicious . They have a special where you can get 2 two toppings pizzas for $20. I got spicy Italian sausage with mushrooms and then I got meatballs with Philly steak. It got to my door super fast and it was hot fresh and very good . Thank you and shout out to the Beltline Crew! Two basic pepperoni pizzas both raw all through the center, and it s almost certainly cause they don t care enough to proof the dough correctly before piling on sauce and toppings or they re just rushing them. Either way terrible experience and unfortunately not the first one from this location, but definitely one of the worst

Placed my food order in after a long shift at work, I didnt really have the energy to cook and papa johns is the only place that delivers to me. The approximate delivery time came and went but no driver showed up, so I checked my tracker page and saw that it was still on making. I reloaded the page and was greeted by a page that said that my order was cancelled. Ive worked in pizza places before, both as driver and in shop, so I understand that stuff happens and some orders cant be fulfilled. However, in that case, it is the duty of somebody at the store to call the customer and notify them that their order isnt come for whatever reason. If this was an isolated incident, I wouldnt be writing this, but this has happened on multiple occasions and not one time was I called about the issue.

Very poor toppings on my pizza when I had ordered extra cheese and paying for other toppings that they did not put enough! Delivery was the worst! The doordash driver got lost he kept calling to complain and tell me he didnt get paid enough for this he finally found me and said he was sweating, and if i didnt have money for him when i had already paid for delivery fee PLUS TIP FEE! This location was very dissapointing!

Wish I would have know before I just spent $30, reading the review everything makes sense. I walked in, employee was eating pizza in the food area chilling. The young lady who gave me my food had a I m over it attitude. Most importantly though, you come to papa johns for the pizza and mine sucked. Not enough sauce on the pizza and overcooked and super chewy almost gave me a left overs vibe. Crust was to brown to even eat and that s our favorite part. Spent over $70 on an order just to receive terrible quality food. The crust was so over cooked and hard it was unedible. Wings were cold and drowning in too much sauce. What made it even worse was when I called to ask for a refund I was told no and all that could be done was 50% off my next order. When I decided to give them a try again and use my 50% off it wasnt in their system so it could not be honored. I then proceeded to call the corporate office like I was told to do. Corporate representative said someone would reach out to me in a few days to resolve the issue. I still havent heard from anyone, its been over a week now.

Let me just start off by saying DANG I WISH I WOULD OF READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I CAME HERE. So I have only had Papa Johns once 10 years ago and I didnt like it at all but my husband loves it so I decided to give it a second try and man-o-man am I passed at myself for doing it cause its still nasty as ever. This location on Beltline also has the worst customer service ever. There were four employees there and every last one had a funky attitude which leaves you wanting to turn around and walk out the door. We purchased a med 1 topping pizza which looked like a 5 yr old made it, papadea that was made by the same 5 yr old and wings that were cold which I dont see how when I had to wait an extra 10min after a received a message that it was ready. I tried to give it a second try and after reading other views on this location I know for sure I wont return. The management and owner seriously need to do something about this!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION. Ive had nothing but problems with this store since they started using Door Dash for deliveries. When something goes wrong, both companies blame each other and will not accept responsibility. Several times, I have only received half of my order. I havent ordered from this store in some time because of this but I decided to take a chance and boy do I regret it. Tonight, I ordered through the app and on the app, the delivery driver claimed I was not available and took my order back to the store. I never saw a driver or even got a phone call from the driver. I called the store and they said they would make my order again. After 2 hours from my original order time, I called to cancel the order because it had not been delivered and they would not cancel it and kept telling me they would not give me a refund. I then spoke with a manager, and she could only tell me that they were waiting on door dash. I asked her about a refund and again all she would keep telling me was that they were waiting on door dash. I asked her who I could speak to about getting a refund and she couldnt tell me when the lead manager was working next or even who the owner was for this location. I asked her if there was someone I could speak to such as a district manager in corporate and she said they didnt have anyone in corporate I could speak to. I finally got half of my order 2 hours and 30 minutes after I originally ordered. Got the second half of my order 30 minutes later after I called and complained again.

Ordered two pizzas for pickup. We all noticed the lack of toppings on the pizzas. My slice of pepperoni/Canadian bacon pizza had part of a pepperoni on it. The grilled chicken pizza had a good amount of toppings on half the pizza, on the other half it was hard to find the toppings. It looked like some of the slices were just cheese pizza.

I placed an order for delivery. They called to tell me my order was canceled because they didnt have any drivers. They never asked if I could possibly pick it up. I reordered and made it for pick up. Before we arrived at the store, I received a text that my order was ready. I sent my granddaughter in with the money. She paid and waited. After about 10 minutes, I called her to see what was taking so long. I went in and asked if the order was ready or not. They took an additional 5 - 10 minutes looking at boxes trying to locate our order. While standing there waiting, I observed the guy making pizzas and not wearing any gloves!!! I was about to ask for my money back when they came with the order. This was my first time and will definitely be my last time ordering from them!!

The service here has gotten worse over the years. This last order made me decide to switch to Pizza Hut. I ordered online. I guess they didn t feel like doing my only 1 pizza order. I got notified by email that my order was canceled. I tried calling to see why they canceled my order and I was put on hold for 15 minutes until I decided they ghosted me on hold. I called this morning to order a thin crust Garden veggie pizza. The young lady said it would be 27 -37 min which was fine. Ordered pizza & wings. The wings had no sauce & the stuffed crust pizza was no where near being stuffed. The chicken poppers had something green on the inside. Pretty cool team. They fixed my pizza on the wrong crust. Thankfully I looked at it in the car and was able to take it back in. They immediately fixed me another one on the correct crust (not shortening my ingredients). Took about 8-9 minutes and they brought it to my car maybe because I wasnt peed off or irate about it, I just went back to the car to go through some emails while they redid it. Then they gave me the other pizza back as well. I didnt need 2 of them but I knew my grandkids would gladly accept it--and demolished it! I am done giving Papa Johns a chance. EVERYTIME I get pizza delivered it is like it has been sitting around forever. Delivery time said 36-42 minutes it took an hour and a half. 2 large 2 topping pizzas for around $35 delivered with 10 pieces of pepperoni and 5 small meatballs. Won t be ordering again from Papa Johns. Love the pizza when it s made right but they re so inconsistent that it s not worth the gamble wasting money. Sent us the wrong pizza. We called them about it and was told it would be an hour before they could bring it out. We are only 2 miles away. I even offered to come get it and was told 45 minutes for takeout. It was their mistake. It should have been pushed ahead. Every time we we come to visit we get pizza from them. Not anymore.

I would give it two and a half stars, because half the time you got a good chance at getting your order done right. Today they was in rare form. I dont normally give bad reviews, usually try to be more personal. The pics say it all. Slid to one side and rolled up. (Supposed to be square cut)

Very disappointed and grossed out today I went to the papa johns store this evening at mesquite and ordered pizza I payed the cashier than sat down to wait for my pizza to be ready then I saw the guy who was making the pizza sneezed and wiped his nose and he even had the nerve to touch the dough and the toppings without washing his hands. Never going to buy pizza in this establishment the manager should be more strict to his employees.

When you order online and they send you an email saying your order is ready for pick up and you get there for noone to acknowledge you greet you and top of all that they place your pizza by register but still have to wait to pay while your pizza is getting cold is a no no ...... i will not spend my hard earnings at this location ill drive to a different location before i go to this location again even though its right up the street from my house ..... who cares 1 customer lost gains another i know .....

Just had worst customer service experience dealing with the manager Crystal. Called in and placed our order and questioned the fees and taxes which didnt add up which clearly irritated her. Once we got the price situated she hung up on us and failed to ask us how we were paying. When the driver arrived (btw his cs was impeccable) he was very patient and tried to do his best to fix the situation. When we called the store to pay for the pizzas (one pizza was wrong) she preceded to tell us that WE should have told her how we were going to pay. When we tried to explain that the pizza was wrong and that she should discount the order for the inconvenience and for her error she said again that it was OUR responsibility to tell her how we were paying and that they would need to take the pizzas back and we would then need to place another order and wait an additional 30/45 minutes for them to be redelivered. Considering this is a school night and that was going to be our kids dinner that wasnt an option for us! Papa Johns you need to do better with how your employees handle problems like this!

When we lived in Richardson we would order from the local Papa Johns ALL THE TIME. Papa John s is our favorite! Since we just moved here, we ordered a few pizzas for game night from this location. Order confirmation said it would be delivered in 39-49 minutes. After about 55 minutes it showed delivered, yet we didn t have any pizza. So I called the store to let them know what was going on in case it was delivered to the wrong house, and they said it wasn t delivered to the wrong house, that the driver is on his way and to call back if it wasn t there within 5 minutes. 10 minutes pass by and still no pizza, so I call back and they guy said the driver is pulling up right now. So I hung up and waited another 5 minutes. STILL NO PIZZA. I called back and he promised the driver would be there within 5 minutes. I gave up calling & just continued to wait. Finally after 1.5 hours it finally arrived. My husband asked the driver so what happened dude? Did you get lost? And the driver said no . So my husband said okay and asked how much it cost, and the driver had no clue. So we looked up the order, paid the guy, and then sat down to eat with everyone and THE PIZZA WAS COLD. Will never order from this location again.

Order the new cheeseburger pizza. very little meat only cheese alot and, plenty pickles. Very disappointed. Dont order it. Better to a plan cheese pizza
