Bought a GT Bike on Saturday at a Great Price. Really appreciated the helpfulness and knowledge from Lupe, took a 15 mile ride the next day without any issues. Bought a seat and kickstand, Lupe promptly installed it. If you are looking to make a bike purchase, definitely visit this location.

Just want to give my honest complaint about my last purchase at their McAllen Tx store. I recently acquire a pair of UA Rock gym gloves and paid $45 for them and only used them twice and they keep causing me pain and blister on my hands. I reached to UA and they advised me to reach out for a return to their store. When I called the store, they right away state that although they have a 90-day return policy, gym gloves are not returnable. I will definitely will take my future businesses elsewhere.

Nice enough place. Large and eclectic selection, prices are exactly what I would expect for a full retail shop. Lots of employees, many of whom arent terribly interested in helping the customers, while the store simultaneously doesnt provide a way for the customers to self-service. So, buying some things takes longer than is necessary. We go here for basketball shoes and soccer cleats. The expanded selection of merchandise is the only reason to shop here. There are better venues in all other categories like price, service and location.

Great service at the Golf department. Very informative and patient staff. Great experience today as Jeremy helped us in selecting the correct golf grips, changing the grips and getting the correct figment for my daughter s driver and 3 wood. He went the extra mile to help us and educate us on golf swing weights and the importance. We bought a new golf bag as well. Highly recommend.

Paid fully for a treadmill including shipping which consisted of room of choice and assembly. They delivered then left it in the room. No assembly $480 of shipping down the drain. Customer service called the store they tried to charge another $80 for assembly when I said I ll assemble it myself customer service said no due to if something goes wrong the company will not honor the warranty. So no I have a treadmill in a beat up box sitting in my house ..I can t use it

The gentleman in the golf section was awesome.. unfortunately I forgot his name but white/silver/blondish hair and middle aged. Great advice and service, not condescending or indifferent regardless of your experience level or budget. They have a incredible selection of clubs, bags, accessories, etc, from beginner to experienced level and low to high end budget. I only went to the golf section. The best golf shop I have ever been to and best service too. The very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful gentleman rushed a job (re-grip a dozen or so clubs) for us upon finding out we were wanting to go golf that day, without us even asking and at no additional charge. I cannot say enough to do justice, wonderful place for golfers. Five stars isnt enough!!

Very nice store. Very clean. It seemed as if there were no staff on the floor. Also several items throughout the store seemed to have no price. I mentioned this to someone that was a manager of some type. I also mentioned that I would of purchased mote items if this wasnt the case. The cashier apologized for the wait, & then again for the system being slow. Seems their system wouldnt pick up my info. A solution for IT. This will dramatically shorten line times.

Terrible customer service. Went in last night to return a pair of $150 Brooks because they didn t fit me right. I had just purchased them Saturday. Cashier was rude. Manager said the best he could do was offer me 75% off a new pair of shoes. Pfft. Took my Brooks to Dicks in Brownsville and returned them with NO hassle. Cashier at Dicks in Brownsville was super nice and she even gave me a coupon for $10 off $50. Definitely worth the trip to Brownsville.
