Was in a rush to find a place to host a celebratory dinner for my client and his team. Mr. Crabby was the customers request and it was the best decision. Our server Shantell pulled everything together and gave us the best service we could ask for. All 12 orders were correct, drinks stayed full and she gave us non stop attention. The best dinner meeting Ive had with my clients. Shantell played a big role in making the dinner celebration a special one!

I just had the worst experience with Mr Crabbys... I brought my family there for a great dinner and was sat next to another family with a baby carriage. There were no babies, after we sat down there were 2 Chihuahuas in it that started barking and whining! I couldnt believe it. They were not service dogs, if they were, they wouldve behaved differently but they were bedazzled chihuahuas! Everyone was looking at them and management did nothing! Even the bartender was flirting with the family and their dogs! Inside! I was so embarrassed to take my family out... I shouldve left. I also had to ask multiple servers to take our order, check on our drinks, ask for silverware, PAPER TOWELS! What a joke of an establishment! I asked for a shot of tequila for my wife and I and guess what... they only had enough for 1... I cant believe I paid for this meal. Heres a copy of my receipt. IF YOU WANT TO EAT WITH DOGS with POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE... GO HERE.

We waited like an hour for our food and once we got my daughter food it had a cockroach. We told them and it took another 20 minutes to get it. So by the time they brought it I had already gave her some of my food so she didn t eat it and was still charged for it. And when they brought our bucket at the beginning it had a dirty rug that is use to clean the table with our utensils inside. Since the beginning things weren t going right for us. Wished we could have had a better experience.

I like the set up here as you enter, it feels like seafood restaurants. Staff is always friendly to me. I enjoy their crab legs here, and their sauce and everything, I think is the best in town. I will continue to go there for their food

First it took 20 minutes for our waiter to approach us then my husband platter was missing items. When we asked to speak to a manager, The manager didn t show to our table. As we were exiting my husband walked up to the manager and asked why the bad service and all he said is I m sorry. That apology was so fake like he didn t care. The place is filthy from the chairs in the waiting are to the chair you sit on. So disappointed. Bad management on their end.

Cesar was our Server today and was super helpful and attentive! He recommended the Calamari and it was delicious, not over seasoned and had the perfect crunch to it. We got the Weekend A Special. It was served piping hot and we inhaled it immediately as any Big Back would. Definitely need to come more often.

Our waiter Cesar was amazing, great service he was on top of everything outstanding service brought out everything we needed to enjoy our meal even though the restaurant was full during our visit the food was hot and delicious the drinks were flowing enjoyed our visit well worth the experience

This is my first time coming to here , the place it s pretty nice and the food it s awesome! So delicious . The only thing I feel upset it s about the service, not in general just our server. I been watching around me and all the servers they are pending on their tables and the one who was on our table he just show 2 times on our time on the place. He didn t even gave us all the necessary what we need to eat , it s ridiculous that i was calling to other guy so he can look for our server.
