Rekha and her staff were timely, responsive, and Rekha especially, helped keep us sane. We had a year long battle with a builder that she eventually led us to a resolution that was satisfactory and validated our unpleasant experience we had with the builder. This firm is very knowledgeable on builder law and how to best navigate the consumer thru legal rights that are weighed more to the builder s favor. Rekha Roarty is the lawyer you hope you never need, but are glad to have when they are on you side. I had an issue with a leaking roof, where the builder refused to honor their own warranty. After months of no action, I hired the Roarty group, and wouldnt you know it, the builder started responding! I received extremely practical advice, and while she worked extremely hard to settle, I ultimately ended up in small claims court. However, thanks to the preparation and advice I received from the team, I was able to prevail, and won the suit. Thanks again for the help

We used Rekha s services to review a contract for a new home build we were purchasing.
