The steak taquitos with avocado and cheese are delicious. and the place is very comfortable, but if you take into account that being outdoors it feels a bit hot and you can get mosquitoes, which is normal from then on everything is excellent, the place and the concept are very original. . ive come here three times. once i got the fish tacos, next time a shake, and last time, a juice and a quesadilla. the tacos were good, the shake, tambien. the quesadilla wasnt worth it and the juice was more like a smoothie with a lot of ice blended. vibe is cool, but bring bug spray.

It has potential, but it lacks. Although the atmosphere is amazing outside (outdoor patio eating area with lights) being eaten by mosquitos wasnt on my bucket list to enjoy dinner there. So Id recommend bringing off of you come. Now the staff is amazingly sweet, but they did get our order wrong. The food was ... okay. The sincronizada was the only decent thing we ordered. (We ordered hot dog, sincronizada, baked potato, birra tacos) It feels as if they try to be uppity and prices are a little steeper than the usual taco place, which I dont mind paying more for, but there isnt much love in the food.

Tacos al pastor dont taste or look like al pastor, its just seasoned meat. The steak tacos have a lot of fat and they dont chop it well, you get some pieces of fat. The service more or less. The place is nice, but I wont return.

First time here at this wonderful modern-ish restaurant. Past by this restaurant several times and finally dove in. Was definitely NOT disappointed. Absolutely great food, really great service and absolutely amazing atmosphere. Truly tasteful food, absolutely incredible flavor in every bite. Amazingly fresh food for the hour of the day that my wife and I went. I truly can not brag enough about this place. Reasonably priced as well.

First time here. We had found by accident a few weeks back and decided it was a MUST to come try their food! Container Taco Factory did not disappoint!! Cute place, plenty of outside space, friendly staff, and AMAZING food! Only downside would be the flies and mosquitoes. We had to leave sooner than we had wanted to. But all in all an awesome place to come and enjoy good food and a relaxing environment! Parking: Limited parking spots. Get there early! Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly options. Vibe is great and the people are friendly. The food however was a bit disappointing. I had the Panchos the panchos consisted of store bought tortilla chips (think santitas) and what seemed like ground beef. This was very disappointing. My wife had tacos and there were ok. The only complaint was that they charge for onion and cilantro??? Not a bad place but obviously stay away from the Panchos and bring your own onion and cilantro if you need to.

This taco restaurant is a good place to go out with friends and family. The outside sitting is big and pretty, they have trees with shade and a small water fountain. Love the vibe here. Only wish they had adult beverages to hang out a little more on the patio, but I think theyre working on making that happen. The food was delicious. Tacos and chorizo fondido was tasty. Being able tonwrap your tacos with lettuce instead of tortilla was a unique option that also felt like a healthy choice. I had a smoothie to drink which was also very tasty full of blueberries, strawberries and mango. I wish their hours were earlier so I could grab a smoothie in the morning. Others tried the lemonade mixes they had but stated that they were too sweet. Overall it wasnt a must-try dish that made this review, but the ambiance of hanging out on the patio with the neon lights, fire+water fountain, and great service. What a quaint little venue! I got a tornillo which was awesome! Drinks are Mexican taco stand style, meaning not fountain drinks. Tacos also had a good flavor and the homemade cheesecake was fantastic. I only wish they served alcoholic beverages as well. 4.5 stars overall. I honestly cant find a negative thing to write about this location. Theres a few negative reviews on here but...its about my experience right? First things first... practically all the seating is outdoors. I loved the ambience of the place...theres different types of chairs/benches to sit on. Whether youre on a date, with your family, or flying solo, they have a spot for you. Some people have complained about the wait...we went when no one was there and the food came out within 10 mins so no complaints. We ordered the basics...tacos and tostadas; the menu is fairly simple. We started off with their charro beans... delicious! The beans were flavorful and the perfect start to whet the appetite. The tacos came next and I dont know about the local food trucks down the street, but save your gas. If you read that maybe chicken tacos take longer to cook...maybe order something besides chicken tacos...just a thought? Not to mention their bistec tacos are well worth it! The tacos LOOKED appetizing and tasted just how they looked... amazing. They provided us with 3 different salsas...the perfect complements to the tacos. They also have aguas frescas....I ordered the cucumber mint and it was refreshing with just the right amount of sweet mintiness. I high recommend it.... Our service was also good...you place the order inside and they bring you the order wherever you sit outside. Only possible downside to this place is its outside...so itll be affected by the weather, so go when its a beautiful night with your loved one and youll enjoy the perfect tacos with them like I did.

I love the food here cabon! Minuteness and quality of the place. The property is small but very nice, the parking thing doesnt worry me so much; The food is all tasty, the waitresses service is very slow, they already arrive with the food not very hot, the tacos need double tortillas, they break when you add their accessories, and I understand it, the double tortilla can be optional, but I think it would also give more flavor to the taco, the service inside the container, everyone with a very friendly attitude, and attentive to the customer, thank you.

Its a novel presentation on a taco place, with friendly staff offering courteous service. However, the food is not exceptional. Some items are less than lackluster. If youre looking for a nice setting outside just bring bug spray because the flies make it hard to enjoy the experience. The food wont make you sick but I doubt anyone will be impressed. The taco meat/steak is heavy on pepper and looking very pale. The torta looked like one but it was cold and tasted nothing like any torta I had ever tasted. The salsas needed salt and whatever makes a salsa more than blended up peppers and water. The choriqueso was mozzarella so it was bland and not totally melted. The lemonade was cheap at 20oz for $2 but it tasted like tap water.

This places atmosphere is amazing I would love to come back and unwind either by myself or with friends and family, as long as it is a fresh night(so 5 stars there). And I am only giving this place 2 star because for one the tacos of bisteck are not as good as they say it is and well the beans were good but you can tell they are canned beans with a few veggies added to make them seem authentic. Although I will go and eat a hot dog cant go wrong with that. But other than that it is a really nice place, I will go back to try other items on the menu. As per the prices I would not worry about it, the price is fair here compared to the mile 5 taco st in mission.

Me and my husband have been wanting to try this place for a long time and we finally did! We ordered the Sincornizada and the loaded potatoe. The first thing we noticed was the sincornizadas were HUGE! The meat to cheese proportion was equal throughout the order and to my surprise the tortilla was not greasy! (Which is a huge plus in my book) The one thing I have to say is to my preference the meat was not seasoned enough. But with a little salt it did the trick. The potatoe was really loaded and the atmosphere was super cute at night. We only did curve side however the place had a lot of sitting where people can be six feet apart. Staff where really nice and the menu is not over whelming. The price was just right however I don t mind because it s helping out a local business. I highly recommend this place and I can t wait to try the other items on the menu! The protein shakes and the tacos are next on our list! Highly HIGHLY recommend!

Rate it a 1 star bc it s required but I rate it -10000/10. They ask for tip before even getting the service, and the service was horrible! The table was dirty and took forever to bring us our food I had to get up and ask for our papa asada and drinks and the employee was just leaning against the counter. After I got up and asked for the rest of the order they still took like 10 min to bring the things. Had really high hopes for this place but i ll never go back ALSO the table next to us had just left (a family of 8) and of course there was a lot of trash but the employee just looked at the table and said oh no , went inside and wiped down a clean table with no trash ????. Anyways save your time AND money bc it s not worth it!

Sorry. Too expensive for me. I paid for 3 tornillo tacos, which are burritos, 37$ . Dollars not pesos. No did not get one cup of beans. The beans , the last time I had them were very good. I was thinking it came with the taco but...no, nothing.

Great place to grab some grub, I was very surprised to find they were different from everybody else. Bistek is actually Beef Steak haha. Meat is seasoned and cooked well with low grease. Corn tortillas not oiled before serving, beans were excellent and the baked potato requires at least 2 people Ample outside seating! Only lacking brewskies.. maybe more parking

The bright red Old Chicago neon sign is like a beacon guiding the hungry to this restaurant. A bit off the beaten path but well worth checking out. Get there early since their parking is kinda limited. We tried their Beef/Bistec Syncronizada and it was really tasty. The beef was soft and juicy. The melted white cheese was portioned perfectly and complemented the beef flavor. The HUGE flour tortilla was toasted just right. We also had their loaded Baked Potato. Both items were delicious. We ll go back and try other items for sure. Definitely recommend!

I rated them with 1 star so that I can leave a review, other wise in my opinion it would not even rate. The Matamoros Taco presented on their FB page didnt look like what I received. They used what appeared to be mozzarella cheese instead of fresco. The tortillas were stale with a cardboard like taste. Reminded me of packaged tortillas. The bistec was soft but lacked flavor. They did have a decent amount of bistec and did not over load each taco. The included beans lacked flavor but where not over cooked. Definitely not worth $8.25 an order. These tacos are no where close to a traditional taco. First and last time ordering from here, left me with an upset stomach. El matador has better quality then this place, but will continue to make the drive to Brownsville to eat better tacos. If you havent already try Mr. Taco.
