I recently bought a property with the help of Mr. De La Garza. He was very knowledgeable and provided meaningful information. In todays extremely hot market, you need an agent that will respond to you promptly to be able to secure the deal. The transaction did not go smoothly as planned due to some lender requirements; however, Mr. De La Garzas experience proved very useful in solving the needed issues. I look forward to working with him again in future investments. He is definitely the right person you want on your team.

So thankful to Juan for helping us with the purchase of our home. We have been at our house for 2 years now. The day we called about the house listing he posted that morning he was very busy and the house had 5-6 offers already by lunch break and we called him to ask if he could show it to us and he made time from his busy schedule to show it to us. He had about 20 minutes before his next appointment. Lol we really liked the home and he submitted the offer for us that had a deadline by 5pm same day. A couple days later he told us they accepted OUR offer ! He was very attentive with the entire process, always letting us know of any details about the house (seller) letting us know everything. Overall without a doubt we 100% recommend him based on our experience. Thank you Juan!
