I usually go to the location in Edinburg but we were close by. The pizza is always good here but today an employee named Javier was extremely rude to other employees in front of customers. Anyone that asked him for anything had him acting bothered. Extremely disrespectful.

Being a transplant from NJ. I have a high standard for my pizza. All things considered its a good substitute for anything from the north east. Thin crust is good and the ingredients were nice and fresh, cooked to a nice crisp and pretty good service. Sometimes some of the staff can be a bit indifferent depending when you go. But all in all not bad and the atmosphere has a bit of a fast food vibe, almost like get in and get the hell out . But okay.

The Craft Your Own Pizza is great for those of us that are particular about their toppings. I am lactoseint intolerant and appreciate a pizza place that offers not only vegan cheese but vegan sausage and vegan meatballs, as well. I also love that you can add up to 14 toppings cuz veggies are my thing! The dough is ali very tasty and they also offer dough alternatives. All in all, a great placeuf you like pizza. Dietary restrictions: Offer vegan cheese, gluten free and cauliflower crust and vegan meatballs and sausage.

Great experience. We were charged incorrectly last time but we called and manager Cris made sure to offer a free pizza in return without question. We came back 2 weeks later and were afraid he had forgotten but he quickly said he remembered and kept his word. Great staff great atmosphere. Definitely recommend for a weekend treat :) thank you Cris and Pieology employees.

Rude staff wouldn t even wait on me and there was not anybody else in line-one guy was playing on his phone, another prepping and wouldn t acknowledge me waiting to order. Place was hot and smelled like an old high school locker room that hasn t been cleaned ever. Gross place, rude people and horrible attitude. Plenty of other local pizza places that are far better!

Tea had mold in it. After informing them, they didnt throw it away. Sending Health Inspectors over here. Its extremely cold outside and cold inside the restaurant but according to the cashier they couldnt turn on the heater because the owners are the only ones that can come in and change the thermostat. You have to eat your pizza while in a refrigerator. Terrible

First time at the 1400 E. Expressway 83, McAllen location. Ordered curbside. Very disappointed. Order 3 pizzas and all were burnt. They forgot the barbecue and the buffalo sauces on the pizzas. Don t type anything under the special requests section because it seems they don t even bother to check that. Ordered a Macadamia Nut Cookie and was not given to me. They almost forgot to give me my drinks until I reminded them. It s better to save your time and money and not even bother with this place.

As an educator, I love to see the young generation working and learning the ropes of the industry. However, tonight when I went in, I ordered a pepperoni pizza and the young lady making my order was new and didn t fulfill the order to the liking of management on duty. I, however, was okay with they quality of the way she made the pizza. I was at the location in Pharr, in the plaza, and I did not appreciate the management on duty to scold her as opposed to teach her how to correct her mistake. Ana O was the manager that I witnessed scold her in front of us. Ana, you were made a manager to TEACH and mentor these young individuals to work at this location, not to put them down because they didn t get an order correct on there first week of work. How does one expect to make great workers without teaching them correctly? Very disappointed in management at the Pharr location, food was great, but people need to also be reminded of being humble and human to teach our upcoming generations.

This place and the Edinburg location are like day and night. This location is the day. Completely different vibe, the workers here are very nice and humble. At the other location (Edinburg) except for maybe 2 workers, they look and act like they hate to work and they dont want to be there, just miserable vibe. This establishment has several choices from the crust to toppings. Have tried the pie rise crust, but my go to is the Cauliflower crust. Its a healthy choice and is a thin and crispy crust. They have a variety of toppings and you are able to choose from as many as you like. You pay for the type of crust you choose and the toppings are endless.

We had ordered 6:10 and was told to come in at 6:40 so it can be ready. That was fine, so we had arrived at 6:40, but they hadn t even put in the pizzas yet. We had to wait 20 minutes for them to finish it, and they had forgotten our salad. The pizzas were lackluster, almost a worse equivalent to Mr. Gatti s but the price of the buffet there is the price of a single pizza here. Nothing was offensively bad until we had the churro pizza where it felt they over-mixed the dough, so it was tough and chewy which isn t really expected when having a churro pizza. The garlic cheese bread had barely any garlic and barely any cheese. Little Caesars tops them in this aspect. The worst offense was the deal we got, which was the family pack. It was my mistake for not doing the math, but you lose $10 doing that pack than just ordering individually. The price of the pack is $50, but with what you get, it should come out to around $35-$40 if you don t get anything premium. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone based off this experience. Two stars for edibility.

Heard from someone these pizzas were good, and read some positive reviews so decided to give it a try. Heard that from the Trenton one, but decided to go to this one since it was closer to me. That was a mistake. I will say the taste was good, but the raw chewy dough ruined every bite. The thin bottom part was a bit crispy, but the rest was raw. They left it how I leave those HEB stove pizzas. Crispy from the bottom, but raw from the inside lol. Which is why I buy them from places who are suppose to do a better job than me. Next time Ill trust my instincts. If someone hands you a pizza 3 to 4 minutes after ordering it you should know somethings up lol. Ill still give the trenton one a chance, but definitely will stay away from this one.

If you do get cheese get the vegan it will be a dollar more but at least it doesnt have mold. They dont throw it awat they just throw out the mold and serve it. In the past week or so we have lost almost have of our staff. If we request days off u more in likely wont get it. He threatens you that u will be fired if u dont sign a write up. Which u dont have to sign. The managers that worked here in the past would spent at least an hour taking pictures of us working and send it to him. Will never eat or work from here again.

I ordered food to go over the phone and noticed everyone in line got there food before my call in order. Then when I went inside to ask for the order they said they just put it in because the prioritized the people inside before the call a heads. I literally waited 10 minutes outside for the order that I called in 10 minutes before I got there. The pizza was good, experience lacked.

Imagine a subway style pizzaria. with better trained staff. A manager always seems to be ready . And the food is actually good. We have yet to be disappointed. Its easy to go overboard on toppings. But dont.... Because your pie cooks better . They dont seem to mind adding all the toppings you want but I noticed a better pizza is better when not over loaded. A pizza is good enough for 2 or 3 people. But get one for each person. Very good deal IMHO....
