Salad bar was lacking ingredients, running low on most and flies all over the dressing. Cashier seemed annoyed and frustrated when asked about senior discount, snapped and said we don t have that here! (manager had never heard of this either), tables, booths and floors were filthy and manager was out cleaning windows. Oh, did I mention this was all at 11:01 a.m. just upon opening, we were in fact the first customers, not much of a Welcoming experience. BAD to say the least!! . I have ordered a Large pepperoni X cheese last night around 8:30 to 9:00 Pm And the pizza it was to salty but really to salty that was something very weird like the person whos prepared put salt on it... We had the buffet, and it was ok. I feel that this location is not quite the same as the north 10th location where the general manager Willie is there to welcome you. Stay on top of the buffet, keeping clean and stocked with fresh pizza and salads. But in all fairness, Leonard, the manager, was there at the buffet line adding pizzas and conversing and attending to the customers needs. Its just a different vibe. This location still gets 5 stars for every category.

Kid-friendliness: This is a great place for a childs birthday party. Sad to say, parents are limited to bringing in their childs goodies. Only a cake & gift baggies are allowed. They dont allow any extra side goodies, wrapped cookies, or any wrapped pretzels, etc. Parents pay for these things for their childs friends. Does Peter Piper Pizza offer anything in their packages?

The manager Ester was extremely Impolite and unfriendly during our visit for our daughters birthday. During our visit, Ester made us feel very uncomfortable. We were there to celebrate our little girls 8 birthday and spent around 300 bucks. We were simply attempting to partake in a great time since we love the pizza from Peter piper, and we are standard customers and love requesting the New York pizza and have used Peter piper for our childs birthday celebrations previously. We requested wings and needed them extremely fresh and when we saw they werent cooked extra firm we inquired as to whether we could kindly have them somewhat more extra fresh to which she Rolled her eyes like we had requested excessively. She Gave us trouble to partake in the atmosphere and our girls birthday. Ester made it truly challenging to appreciate 2 pitchers of beer being consumed by 5 individuals. At the point when I returned to arrange the subsequent pitcher, she felt like we were misleading her since she asserted, we had used my id yet per TABC guidelines and anyplace buying alcohol you are expected to show ID of the person who is paying for the alcohol. When I inquired about the limit on beer pitchers, Ester replied, We can figure that out later. We are extremely aware that Peter Piper is a family-friendly establishment, and our goal was not to consume alcohol excessively but rather to have a good time celebrating our daughters birthday with our family and friends while enjoying delicious pizza and beer. On behalf of Ester, one of her team members apologized to us and stated that ester is just like that. A customer getting a to go order over heard our discussion to which she settled on how inconsiderate ester was being since ester was impolite to her too while she was attempting to get her request to go. We requested 2 pitchers of brew while devouring food and made it truly awkward to try and return and request an extra pitcher. The food was fantastic, and the staff was excellent. We dont know whether she was simply having a terrible day, or she loathed her shift since it was a Sunday night. We frequently encounter issues in that location. Esters rude demeanor and lack of professionalism are bad for business. Never returning to that location. Esthers work ethic is inconsistent with Peter Pipers core values.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I arrived at 1:00 my party was for 1:30. I looked around for my girl s table reservations and I didn t have one. They told me my tables would be two tables and staff pointed them out. I waited a few minutes for them to clean before I started setting out decorations, but I started getting annoyed because staff has no sense of urgency! Half of the girls were standing around..finally at 1:15 I told them guys my party is for 1:30 I ll just clean it, give me a rag. The girls looked annoyed and told me only one worker had the rag and pointed him out for me to go ask him. Then another lady told me ma am he ll get to it right now .uhhh You guys don t have more than one rag to clean? Oookay. Then they told me we would only be getting one table since two tables are for parties of 50 or more.. my whole party of 30 had to cram in one row only. Meanwhile I looked around to the parties next door and those people were all spread out and taking up 3 rows. So why couldn t I get one more table when we were shoulder to shoulder? hmmm. We ended up using booths for our gifts and cake and no one used the table next to us for our entire party. When we ordered pizza for our party, they seemed bothered that we didn t have a party host. What does it matter? The host never does anything. We were treated rudely the whole time. If we went up to front counter to order or add items they would ignore us and then take party hosts in front of us. ENTIRE STAFF IS RUDE! Staff does nothing to solve simple issues and they rather give attitude than find ways to better serve you. Go to another Peter Piper! Won t book here again!

The tables and floors were dirty, I asked twice if a table could be cleaned. The pizza tasted pretty bad, someone else might like though. One of my children was approached by an adult Mexican man who suggested he go as a clown to trick or treat because of his hair, an afro, my child is 13. That man was attending a party at around 5:30. To top off a terrible day my husband saw on of your employees talking, pointing and laughing at my autistic teen with another employee. Check the cameras we were there at around 5 to 5:30, when this took place. It was my kids birthday and the employee was Angelic or Angelica and she goes to achieve .

Now sure who he is but he is slender male in his 30 s wish I would have asked for his name but please acknowledge his professionalism and work ethic. Most people I know would say Peter Piper Pizza is the best tasting pizza. The sauce, cheese, and crust are all perfection. We get extra sauce to avoid any dry spots. I always get the Chicago Style Veggie Pizza. They do have Coke Zero. Plenty of games for kids, similar to Chuck-E-Cheese.

Rarely leave negative reviews , whoever answered the phone at 8:59PM needs to work on her attitude and customer service. I hate to be that customer so I called in advance to place an order to be picked up at 9:45 since my father leaves work at 10 and to be considerate of their closing time. Whoever answered gave me the ugliest attitude when answering the phone and hearing my question. What kind of worker answers with an obviously bothered attitude and then ALSO sighs when I ask if it was okay to pick up at that time trying to be considerate. Instantly changed my mind and ordered from the one on Conway which were more than happy to help me with my simple considerate request, just wanted it warm when my dad arrives home Love the pizza but the worker needs some work on her attitude. Whatever, I hope she gets to leave on time since it s such a bother to her that I wanted it ready and picked up 15 mins before closing time.

I had my party yesterday, before everything i went in Monday to get everything arranged manager was super helpful & explained to me everything that i needed since it was my 1st time. As per host we got a girl named Valeria, horrible experience. She was in the back room just hanging out while my husband and I did her job. We didnt even get our family picture that came with the package! Also she didnt even put away my cake that they say they would so it wouldnt get ugly. She was super unorganized , im so disappointed in this experience. I didnt even get to eat nor my husband.
