I m writing to express my tremendous gratitude to the Patel car accident law firm in Laredo, Texas. Mr. Patel and the team gave me a peaceful, professional and informative experience going through my car accident case from the very beginning. Working with my injury lawyer Minesh Patel, was a smooth and stress free experience. Well as could as it could be after injuring my neck and lower back, but Minesh was very informative, flexible, time efficient and transparent with everything involving my case. I was rear ended in July of 2023 by a delivery truck on FM 1472/Mines Rd. by the Green Ranch. I went through a period of physical therapy and Minesh won us a settlement from the insurance company. Everything was settled and paid out in less than a year! I would highly recommend this law office if you live in or near Laredo. You would not regret it, Minesh will make sure you get the best medical care and compensation as quickly as he can. I could not have found a better, more thorough or knowledgeable attorney. They are the best of the best attorneys for car crashes in Laredo. My Traffic collision was horrible but the injury lawyers here helped me in every way possible! I wanna thank the team at Patel Law Firm especially my personal injury attorney, Minesh Patel. I had an excellent experience with this law firm and I am very happy with the outcome of my accident case. When I called the Laredo office I wasn t sure but the whole legal team rallied behind me, from the paralegals, managers, and the accident lawyers. They all carefully guided through the process and even recommended medical treatment and physical rehab facilities near my home in Las Lomas. The Doctors they referred me were specialist that provided comprehensive medical care with injuries from car accidents. Also, not having to go to the office, and E-signing the retainer paperwork was quick and easy. I didn t think I would get much from riding in an Uber and getting hit with a rear end collision personal injury claim. But was I wrong. The Patel Firm has the best attorneys in Laredo for car accidents, truck accidents, and personal injury cases. I was hit by a car crossing the street on foot in a construction zone. This caused a variety of injuries and forced me into years of physical therapy, doctors appointments, and medical treatments. The lawyer handling my case, Minesh Patel, did a superb job negotiating my settlement with two defendants, a construction company and the Uber/Lyft driver who hit me. Minesh offered terrific counselling and insight into all legal matters regarding my case and took the time to get involved in when I had my deposition and also was very involved in helping reach an excellent settlement. Best experience ever! I happened to need advice on a car accident and magically stumbled across this law firm s phone number. Was involved in a pretty bad car accident in Laredo, needed a good car accident lawyer that was local. If I can give this office 10 Stars I would! They did a phenomenal job in my auto accident claim and Im so grateful to the law office of the Patel Injury Firms team. Last year in April 2023, I was involved in a share riding motor vehicle accident in . Right after the accident, I was taken to Laredo Medical Center in an ambulance. After I was discharged from hospital, I came to the conclusion I should probably look for a personal injury attorney because I would need ongoing Medical Care. These Laredo car accident attorneys are the BEST in Texas! I got rear ended by a 18 wheeler semi truck doing about 70+ mph through a construction zone on the Monarch Hwy. It felt like I was impacted HARD. It was instant pain upon impact to my lower back. I had very painful injuries. I contacted Minesh Patel because the insurance company of the at fault driver was impossible to deal with. The at fault partys insurance company was very SLOW at everything they did. Very uncaring too. In fact, they were so slow, that if they were any slower I would think the adjuster was working aginist me. When I called Minesh I told them what happened and they Immediately went into action. First getting me the medical help I needed, then contacting the at faults insurance company. And that changed their tune when they found out I had Minesh Patel on board as my personal injury attorney. Before the insurance company would not even get me a rental vehicle. My Ford F-150 truck was totaled from the impact. But Minesh had them get me a rental right away. No questions asked! The main thing was Minesh Patel saw that would get the medical treatment I needed. They called periodically to check to see how I was healing and progressing. They updated me with the status of my claim as things progressed. After my wreck, I had to rearrange my schedule and make room for chiropractor appointments. On top of that, dealing with the insurance company from the person who rear ended me and coordinating with my insurance, figuring out what would be covered and if I would be compensated for time lost. Patel injury law firm took my case and did not guarantee they could get me enough to compensate and might have to drop my case but they kept constant communication and helped with the insurance companies in the mean time which took a lot of stress off of me. After reviewing everything and following the end of my rehab, they were able to continue with the case and got me a fair amount for the time and injuries. I would highly recommend to anyone, even if you think you might not have enough for them to take on your accident case, it is worth doing the consult and letting them take a look. I was very skeptical and am glad I went with them. They would call me and email me and make sure I was updated and resolved the case quickly.
