I was a motor vehicle accident after being sideswiped on I-69C in Edinburg. I could have died and had to be taken to South Texas Health System Edinburg in an ambulance from the car crash site. I called several different law firms around McAllen and found The Patel Firm searching map reviews. Once I talked to him I knew he could handle my injury case and get the best settlement possible. Minesh and my case manager Amanda Moya took care of everything. He settled all my bills, negotiated with the medical insurance, got the limits from the other party s insurance company for liability and property and also got the limit from my own uninsured auto coverage. I was not even aware my auto insurance covered me too. In the end I got the most I could have hoped for given the insurance limits and my expenses were significantly reduced!

I personally never write reviews, but I felt I should but because the accident attorneys at Patel Firm helped me after I was rear-ended by an local delivery driver in June 27, 2023 and it was 100% their truck driver at fault. Minesh helped me with everything on my case and made sure all the hospital bills were paid. I even got paid for the time I lost from work at the McAllen Miller International Airport. When it was all over, I got a great settlement and I was able to buy a new automobile and get my home expenses caught up. I moved to McAllen last year and was hit by someone. (rear-ended on I-2) An eye witnessed helped me stay calm until the first responders arrived and suggested I get into the ambulance. Once I got to the hospital, I called Minesh Patels Firm in McAllen. My nurse mentioned her family had used them every time they needed a personal injury lawyer.
