Worst location Ive ever been to sat at the drive-thru speaker box for like 15 minutes called out no response there was a car ahead of me at the window he got taken care of and pulled off I continue to sit at the speaker box for another 6 minutes no response pulled off the line this is not the first time this has happened so I left

Ive been buying a bag of ice here everyday for over 2 years never had a problem, Today I went to get ice the car hop placed my bag of ice on the wet ground, I asked her not to put my ice on the ground she picked it up and tried to give it to me I no longer want that bag because its now muddy she took it inside and I watched her and another coworker wipe the bag of with napkins, again I told her I didnt want that bag of ice I want a fresh bag they poured the ice into another bag now the ice has mud on the inside of the bag. How hard was it to just give me a fresh bag of ice . Ice should never be placed on the ground at any point its very unsanitary. I left with no ice they rudely give me my money back

The food is good and the staff is friendly, but if you stop here to eat outdoors, be prepared to share your food with a couple of very unhealthy looking stray dogs that the staff actively feeds. I dont know why the manager allows this, and this might be commonplace in Mexico, but I cant think of anything less compatible with a safe eating experience, than having two potentially diseased and aggressive stray dogs on the premises.

1 star is an understatement for this place. The food is not so bad but the customer service is The Most Worst! The girl at the drive-thru window was so rude and nasty, literally eating a shake or something at the window, with two headsets on and not even wanting to answer the speaker. This was so nasty and unprofessional. Please think twice before going to this sonic location because she really gave it a bad name. She acted as if she wanted to fight me. This was unreal! My first time visiting this location. Got the usual, Sonic burger combo #1 w/fries & a Cherry Slush (its HOT out here). Drove hm while munching on the hot fresh fries. Wanted Onion rings, but Ive already got HB/Indigestion. Fries are absolutely delicious! 2 Sips of the Slush... Brain freeze. Got hm & I noticed just how plump/thick the meat on the burger is. The meat is usually very thin/flat. Thinking what kind of meat are they using, hmmm. Anyway I decided to eat it & to my surprise its delicious too! Thanks Sonic, Ill definitely be visiting this location again.

Came here to get a quick delicious breakfast but I left with an upset stomach and regrets. Normally my French toast stick breakfast combo with tots is yummy. So Idk if the oil or the tater tot s were bad but something definitely had me nauseous after the meal. Customer Service was horrible at the drive thru my order was 20.86 I gave the young lady 25.01, first she asked me why did I give her a penny? I told her because I didnt want any pennies back, so when she gave me my change back of $4.15 she gave me 4 dollars a dime and 5 pennies back, I asked her for a nickel instead of the 5 pennies, she trys to go back and forth with me about the nickel, I asked for the manager, but she stands there and tell the manager something, before she opens the drive thru window, for me to speak with the manager, when she did open the window, I said to her maam just give me my money back Im not about to go back and forth with you over a penny Sonic lost a $20.86 sale over a penny! I have come to this Sonic for years but today was the last day. I purchased a slush that had a fly in it. When I took it back the manager tried to explain that they did not have flies inside. So instead of apologizing for the mishap, she chose to look at me as though I put the fly in my drink myself. I did not only drive 1.5 miles back to Sonic for a measly $1.65 refund. I just wanted you to be aware of the situation so that you could make corrections.

My great grand- daughters and I visited Sonic on North Dallas Avenue, and they didnt get our order right at all. When the order came out after repeating the order two times and asking questions they repeated the order and still brought to me incorrect. They charge me for two sodas and it should have been one charge for a sprite. One meal came with and the other didnt. I didnt mind paying for one but one shoulder been included with the meal.
