After the shock of a serious accident and the ambulance ride to the hospital, I got home in pain and without a vehicle. This was my first accident, and I had no idea what to do next, so I contacted my auto insurance company to report it. They werent willing to get involved. Loncar, Lyon and Jenkins intervened on my behalf and from that moment on, I had nothing to worry about. They took care of me first, with a licensed therapy doctor. The insurance company for the person who caused the accident was that much more accommodating and cooperative with compensation for my vehicle once Loncar, Lyon and Jenkins became involved. Then the most important issues that absolutely must be taken care of by professionals began: My case was assigned to the Mcallen office and to my lawyer Ruben Ramirez and his legal assistant Anna Zambrano. They not only secured compensation from both auto insurance companies for medical bills, but Ms. Zambrano spent hours working out price reductions from the hospital, emergency room and my health insurance company for myself and my passenger. My sister has a hernia on her spinal and has been struggling with pain. He has NOT solved a thing for us. We call and leave voice messages and just ignores us. DONT even get this company to represent you. They re the WORST ever!

Worst attorneys office I have ever had to deal with my case is over 6 years old and yet to settle. We did Mediation on April 26th and was supposed to be settled 30 days after that. According to attorney Mr. Robert Perez. Well guys and gals it s August and guess what I have yet to been able to get in contact with Mr.Perez and I have left multiple voicemails still no response. Very unprofessional and lacking. I would never recommend this law office to anyone. 6 years and still no settlement let that sink in. It was the other person s fault by the way .

Worst attorney office! My husband and father were in a car accident. It was the other persons fault. They kept telling my husband and father they were going to help them. Even sent them to physical therapy and to have MRI and cat scan. From one day to another we were told they couldnt represent us anymore. We were stuck with medical bills and no vehicle. Would not recommend them at all!!

I only put 1 star because it will not let you put anything less than that. This office is so unresponsive. I have called several times about my case. It s been well over a year since I started my case and have yet to hear anything. The last time I was able to get in contact with *Robert Perez* was about 4 or 5 months ago in which he said everything was taken care of and we would get results in 60 days and he would call me. SIXTY DAYS! It s been double that and he has been avoiding my calls. This is ridiculous. On a scale of 1-10, I give give them -12/10 they are the worst and don t deserve to be on any grading scale. I do NOT recommend them. If you re thinking about doing it, don t. You re better off with a monkey using a typewriter.

My case took a little over 4 years to get settled, not the easiest. Many changes happened through out that time that were extremely frustrating. Until Ms. Ashley Cedillo and Ms. Ana Zambrano got a hold of my case. I can t say anything negative about that dynamic duo. They communicate, they are so easy to talk to, and have no problem explaining anything (legal jargon can be confusing), honest with everything on your case, everything you need in a legal team they have it. Amazing amazing ladies, I would totally recommend you that duo any time! Because of them I got a settlement way more than I expected. Happy with my outcome, the team, and the fact that it is finally over.

Two years for resolving our case. That doesnt bother me a lot. It really depends on the insurance, but they dont answer your calls and when they do they never call back like they say, it is really stressful to deal with them. Paralegals take the wrong documents during the meetings and give the wrong streets and info of our case. This is a no no for a law firm. The negotiation process was absurd and the fees for copies are ridiculous! Btw They say that i am not on records to dismiss this review, shame on them.
