Had a work accident burned my leg chemical burns 1 and 2 degree with no safety barricades or anything and the guy I spoke with was frustrated with me on the phone and left my messages on read. They have never gotten back to me wouldve only gotten help if I had a chopped off leg or if I was dead. Their office didn t see enough money for them. Don t recommend

I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. I WAS IN AN ACCIDENT ON EXPRESSWAY 83, HIT FROM BACK WHILE TRAFFIC WAS COMPLETELY STOPPED. MID SIZE COMMERCIAL TRUCK HIT ME, WHILE DRIVER ATTEMPTED TO STOP TOO LATE. FIRST THING THEY DID WAS TO SEND MY CASE TO A HOUSTON ATTORNEY. THEY RECOMMENDED THAT I FILE A CLAIM FROM MY OWN INSURANCE FOR MY TRUCK, SO I DID. ALL MOST OF THE YEAR I NEEDED THERAPY AND ALMOST A YEAR LATER, THEY TELL ME THAT THE OTHER COMMERCIAL VEHICLE HAD ONLY 30,000 DOLLAR LIMIT. I WOULD THINK THAT THE LAW FIRM SHOULD OF GOTTEN THAT INFORMATION FIRST, BEFORE MOVING ON, OR TO GO AFTER THE COMPANY THAT WAS AT FAULT. SO MOST OF THE COMPENSATION WENT TO LAWYER FEES AND DOCTORS. ANY NEW ATTORNEY WOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER.

They never did anything with my case, I spoke on the phone with them almost a year ago and they said they were going to sue the other party already and fast forward to now talking to them in person they still have not sued. They never tried or moved anything foward, they blame my social media because i go to the gym but there s nothing wrong with going to the gym . worst service ever, its already been 2 years almost and nothing has been done. they even said it might take 2-3 years to get in front of a juror because of other cases which is bull . if they wanted to they would ve done what they said they were going to do a long time ago .

I had a bad experience The insurer did not plead guilty and my car was unusable. Now I have debt with all the medical expenses, I lost time going to therapies, leaving my work schedule (Hours that I was not paid for) and with a broken car. Apart from the fact that my spine is all hurt, but hey, I hope this review helps people to think twice about which lawyer to hire.

FEB-MARCH 2022: By far the worst law firm I Have dealt with! Avoid at all cost! Especially when I was being helped by VANESSA, she released me without verifying with me first. After an entire year later of the accident we have no solution and I was forced to go elsewhere (another law firm). My medical bills are through the roof because of them and after requesting the medical reduction letter I was told they would send it to me in a week. I am 50 thousand in debt and they seem to not care about my case at all. Telling me ma am I have many other cases I ll try to send it in a week. I told them I needed them now to reduce my bills since law firms work with a particular physician they can do that.. anyways I m in debt and no solution was made and I was thrown to the curb to deal with it with another law firm. Don t take these people word they don t help you at all other than put you in debt. Worst experience of my life. I don t know how I will be paying for these bills.. (they lie when they say they are the best). Please don t waste your time here. Take my word for it! MAY 2022: UPDATE^^^^ from this: J GONZALEZ LAW FIRM TAKES their surveys very serious. I was able to get a response from someone else after putting my review out for one star and my experience. Someone reached out to me and fixed EVERYTHING! Cleared all my debt with their physicians, and the rest was done by me. I appreciate the person who reached out. still doesnt change the fact that Vanessa did what she did. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not go with this law firm If they don t see a high price tag on your case they won t treat you well. It s been a headache dealing with my case I got injured and they couldn t help me. I believed them when they said They would take care of me and nothing it s almost 3 years we finally reached a settlement to get this over with and I have not seen my part of settlement. The staff won t return my calls or messages I have to contact Mr Gonzalez so they can respond to me. They are so unprofessional. My mother had gotten injured at the plaza mall! She was backed into with a Segway from that the police use inside the mall! They tore her knee and changed her life completely! She is limited! They told her it was her fault even though there was a video of an employee that clearly hit her and he was at fault! Some of his employees were rude and were not helpful. He was never available and would send his minions to help my mom even though they were no help. She was only given 5k. I don t recommend this law firm!

Horrible experience. The JGonzalez Law Firm dismissed my case after months of going back and forth with the other drivers insurance company. By the way. the driver ran a red light hitting the passenger side of my vehicle as I crossed the intersection. He did not bother to get the video tapes from any of the 3 businesses located at the place of the accident. I would contact his firm and they kept giving me the run around. I had to text his personal phone on several occasions since I never had any responses or call backs from Laura. After I would text him Laura would magically appear. Every time I see his ads on TV and on the radio my heart sinks to my stomach as I remember all the trouble I went through with this law firm after experiencing such terrible car accident.

Had an accident a while back, and they took care of my case, and always kept in touch with updates.. the staff is always nice and make you feel welcome. if I would ever need an attorney, I would definately go back to them for help..
