Dont ever eat here it always takes forever to get your food. I decided to do a in-store instead of mobile order and the guy at the cash register tried to charge me $10 for a large fry which is $5 and change through carryout with taxes

There s absolutely nothing wrong with the food, it s always been great! However, I ve had way too many experiences with the workers being lazy. They open at 11am, and are already ignoring and hanging up the phone at 11:14am. No answer after 2 phone calls, and the third one got hung up on. I m not sure how they expect to keep business when they ignore customers. I ve worked in restaurants, you at least answer the phone with hi im sorry we re busy right now, ill have to put you on a brief hold

I ordered 2 dinners. $41. I asked for flats on the mild they said I had to get mixed or all the order the same. I got mixed they gave me 2 flats out of 15. Not mixed. They were so over cooked I threw most of them away. I asked for one of the fries no season and the other regular. They have no spice on either (usually love wings top fries, not today) waste of money!

Its wingstop. The food is what you pay for but the ranch is the money maker. Be warned if you dont order online ahead of time youll be sitting there for a good 30 minutes before you get your food because its always busy. The tables will always be grimey and the floor sticky, but at least the bathrooms are just as dirty.

You would think if you went to one wingstop that theyre all the same. But this location actually has really good customer service. I feel like they take their time to prepare your food as well. Sometimes the weight time is kind along. But for me its not necessarily a deal breaker. This is definitely. Not go to spot for wings in galveston.

Good evening. I went to Wingstop today to finish my last two orders from last week. I did Uber eats orders and they forgot to put my brownies in the order. So tonight I finally went to collect. The manager, I am sorry I dont know her name but she was so nice, friendly and customer service oriented. Gave me no problem. The problem I had was the Cashier Maria. When I went in and asked for the manager or Beatriz .......oh my!!!! She third degreed me about why I wanted to speak to the manager. Spent ten minutes explaining I needed to speak to the manager about two orders that were not completed. I explained after my conversation with the manager, that the young lady needed to mind her own business and do the job she was hired for. She was not MGMT. She was a FOOD SERVICE WORKER, no MGMT. Position. So I believe ....this is the young lady who works on the orders and does not know how to fix orders. Maria, stick to Cashiering, and learn to RESPECT your boss and mind your own BUSINESS. IF a CUSTOMER asks to speak to MGMT. Please get the manager and go about your business and your job. To the manager: THANK YOU for helping me, finishing the order and for your professionalism.

I m going to use my past experience with Wing Stop to help with this review. The food was good. Not great. But OK. The front counter girl was courteous enough. But the amount of time it took for us to receive our food was way, way too long. About 10-15 minutes. There were at least 5 people working. Another couple that came in after us ordered to go. They sat and waited for their food, and when we were finished eating for a few minutes, they finally received their food. I asked the guy walking out how long? He said 30 minutes. It wasn t that they were busy with customers. I did see a few DoorDash people go in and out. But it was just us and another couple. But here s the problem: this group of workers were just laughing and on their phones while they waited. To put it another way: the employees just don t give a flying F. That couple looked angry, and I don t want to come back here if there s not a better effort from the employees that were there that night.

Horrible experience, where can i start??(came at 10 left at almost 11) First off ,when we tried to order on the phone, wouldn t answer, came inside the store and saw the phone ringing and they wouldn t pick up either. I really couldn t even put a one star. I came into the restaurant with intentions on sitting down and ordering some food. While I was waiting I went ahead and went to the restroom. The men s restroom had me at a lost for words. The restroom looked like I t hadn t been cleaned in a while. Someone went in the restroom and obviously puked in the sink. There was urine all over the floor. The toilet was so bad I decided not to use the restroom but exit the restaurant as soon as I could without ordering any food. Have not seen a restaurant restroom in such a bad condition in awhile.

Ladies bathroom is out of service and the mens room has no towels. Trash can next to the counter is overflowing while she just stands there watching it grow. Why have a phone there if they don t pick up? Ordered food through the website so I m not sure of what exactly goes on the wings. I called upon placing my order to see if they could sub one of the sauces to hot since I have a dairy allergy. Knowingly telling the lady right after I placed my order she checked my order before it was even cooked. Then I received my delivery and cheese on one of the wings. Very friendly people working there. The place was fairly busy. Tables were getting cleaned off quickly. The food was good. We were told 18 min for our order. It was ready in less than 15. Good value for the money. I read another review that complained about the treatment they received when they tried to place an order at 10:40 pm when the closing time was 11. They were upset because they got there at 10:49 and the doors were locked and they were told the kitchen closed at 10:30 etc. If you have any consideration for the hard working people at restaurants and retail, you know that closing times are not the same as last chance to order times. They are customers out of the building times. The staff needs time to clean up. Enjoy your food. The flavors are delicious. Update 04/22/2022. First bad experience in 5 years. It was almost an hour wait for food. NBD. The food was still delicious. Only problem was being told our order just got put in the rack when it had been sitting there. It was cold. We had been sitting right there in the restaurant waiting and our order was never called out. Then when I inquired, getting told it was just prepared was ridiculous. It was barely warm. Room temperature by the time we got home. The chicken was delicious but the dip was supposed to be 2 honey mustard and one ranch. We got blue cheese. Not exactly the same thing.. I cant even express my disappointment. I hope all the other orders went out while they were edible.

came here on a lunch break 12/23 and ordered ahead since it was a larger order. We put the option for extra seasoning on our fries for the order and both large orders had little to no seasoning and we asked for a side of seasoning so we can at least do it ourselves and were CHARGED extra. The girl at the front also looked like she absolutely hated her job and was not friendly in any way. Definitely was the worst service I ve received here.

Takes way too long to prepare a meal. I ordered online and arrived to pick up my order after the app said it was ready. Still had to wait 20mins for my food because the fries weren t done. I didn t even order fries..

Online ordering experience was terrible. I only have a 30 minute lunch break so I ordered my food ahead of time so I wouldn t have to wait in line, but for whatever reason the staff waited until I got there to start making the food yet they had another customers food ready for them immediately.

Every time I go to pick up my orders its like pulling nails to get a parking spot at the front of the business. For being a business that mainly does to go and take out orders you would think that the employees of this establishment would not park at the front of their business taking away parking from guests to come in and pick up their orders

We just walked in at 1052pm the sign on the door clearly states closes at midnight!!! There was a young African American who was very rude and they are not taking walk ins only pre orders. We said the door and online clearly states midnight she said it doesnt matter!!! She was on her phone when we walked in. Terrible service and there were clearly 3 other employees there!!!!!
