Service was professional and friendly, and my windows look great. We are moving into a new home and knew the windows were terribly dirty. Received a QUOTE beforehand and when paying, the price was $100. more than quoted because of extra labor and acid to remove hard water stains. We were never informed or asked if we wanted to pay this extra. Again, it was a quote, not an estimate, so we felt we should not have been charged extra. Spoke to Chris and he, although apologetic that we were not informed, would not credit us the money. He offered a small percentage off on our next cleaning as compensation. So just know that a QUOTE may not really be a QUOTE with this company.

Yes, I could have bought the equipment and done it myself for a similar cost but I haven t had a need and don t see one in the future. They did a great job. I asked for an estimate for pressure washing but they actually did power washing which is more intense for concrete. I highly recommend them. I got there info from a client of my wife s. Let me start off by saying that I have never left a negative review for any company until now. Today was the third time I used Christopher Manfreda Window Cleaners. The past two times I had a great experiences but unfortunately today was anything but. A crew of three guys came out. I asked specifically that they please clean the inside windows before cleaning the outside as we just had our hardwood floors replaced and they are not even 24 hours old. I left for work & I came home to a huge mess. Not only did this crew move all of my patio furniture (obviously they had too in order to clean the windows.) Completely understandable. My problem is that they moved nothing back. They pushed our fire pit, lounge chairs, doormats, and pillows all to the side. And did the same for everything upstairs as well. While our windows look clean, the three guys couldn t be bothered to move any of it back. Nothing. Not only was the furniture moved, but they tracked mud all throughout my house. All the way up the stairs, through my media room, down the hall, in my bedroom, there was dirt everywhere. I m not sure if it was just lack of work ethic, not enough experience, or just pure laziness. But for $600 I don t expect to come home to mud all over my brand new hardwood floors and another job of moving all of my patio furniture back. I contacted the owner and he apologized. He told me they are supposed to wear booties inside which of course these three dingdong s did not. While the owner did offer me $100 off to get my carpet cleaned, I declined his offer as we are replacing the rug. I honestly don t care. But what really frustrates me is that they left my place a mess and disheveled. I have referred this company to many friends, and tonight I find myself sending them the after pictures and telling them to not call this cleaning company after the experience I just had. Very sad. I think the owner could do better by either offering me a deduction off my next cleaning (to ensure I come back,) OR refund me some money. Needless to say I will be finding a new window cleaning company that can be less messy and more respectful of our stuff.
