Love this place. Its beautiful, theres a few manmade lakes, grassy areas, parks, exercise equipment along the walking trail. There are a few food trucks. They have a farmers market on the first Sunday of every month. There are two dog parks, one for small dogs and one for larger dogs. Theres an IDEA school and a Texas A & M campus. Great place to live or just to spend time Playground: 2 playgrounds Toilets: 2 restrooms Dog-friendliness: 2 dog parks Picnic area: Large picnic area and a few pi nic tables around the walking trail

Restrooms need attention. Overall playground equipment is adventurous walking trails are long enough to add your steps, being able to fish is a great option and green spaces are clean and manicured enough to picnic. Playground: Good condition many options Toilets: Need attention to cleanness and some repairs are required. Overall running water and soap available. Wow! Such a pretty park. There was a quite a bit of people there but the park is very spacious and there was even a couple of food trucks there. Parking was a little tight.

People that use this park are slobs, leaving trash all over the place, and Tres Lagos doesnt maintain the park grounds, the trees OR even the bathrooms. The bathrooms were mortifying: filthy, broken toilets, no toilet paper. I had to drive home to use the restroom and then return to the party I was having at the park. Wont have my friends over to THIS park again!

Some of the areas need some repair but over all its a relaxing place to go with the kids to get some fresh air and relax with a picnic while the kids play. Playground: Lots of spider webs and some ropes came undone. Needs a simple power washing and ropes repair. Toilets: Needs some cleaning

Great park for the entire family. Everyone welcome (just please clean up after yourselves and respect the property). Great for a fun day fishing, kayaking, playing beach volleyball, basketball, enjoying the playgrounds, and BBQing. The soccer goals and field need more maintenance because the goalkeepers cant even dive properly for the reason that theres very big holes right in front of the goals but other than that they have basketball courts, tennis courts, bathrooms, a track around the park for walking or running or cycling and big parking spaces for cars.

Excellent trail for walks, runs, or biking. The day we went out to bike ride, there was also an adorable farmer s market with local vendors offering handmade goods, food, drinks & live music. It is a great little family friendly area.

The park is filthy, trash is everywhere. The restrooms are nasty. The park benches have food and trash all over and around them. When we moved into the community we were promised a clean park and a pond that had thriving fish that was restocked every couple of weeks. We are not happy about the pollution in our park.

Its a beautiful park with an awesome scenery. Theres tons of picnic area , great play areas for the kids,basketball courts,volleyball area, soccer field,BBQ pits & fishing allowed for catch & release. The park is very clean & there is also some food carts available... nothing like a cold refreshment on a nice sunny day. Over all best park Ive ever been to.
