Ive always come here for wings. Great wings esp the fries. Well I placed an order to go on 9/8 . I got there for them to tell me they ran out of food but I would receive a refund in 3 to 5 business. I patiently waited. Nothing happened. I keep calling and no one picks up. I even left a feedback online for someone from corporate to call me back. No dice. NOW it says they are temporarily closed. People please watch yourself before you place an order. I had to call my card company to dispute the charge.

I ordered Lemon pepper butter buffalo fries. The service was on point; i was greeted when I entered, acknowledged and told how long the wait would be the staff was pleasant and courteous. The food was prepared well but I do feel like it could use more seasoning in general. They were a little stingy with the drizzle, I expected the fries to be wetter. I d check them out again

The food was very good. It took awhile for the order to be completed and given to us, but thats probably why the food was very good - freshly done. I did ask for half lemon pepper and half mild but only received mild. It was take out so.... However, our shoes were sticking crazily to the floors - theres something there that needs a deep steam cleaning because thats an awful first impression hearing and feeling your shoes sticking as you walk around.

Ordered a large order of the famous fries with extra protein. Two employees on a Saturday night. The floor was so sticky that my sandal stuck to the floor. I asked for a rag to clean the table. The employee actually told me to give it back when I was done instead of asking what table needed to be cleaned. Food came out in order of order placed. Relatively quickly. BUT the chicken was room temp at best, the warmest chicken was what was on hot fries. Will try it again and see if it s different just one more time

Food came out cold. Front end blamed cook for not sending it out. Excuse was waiting for rest of party. JUMBO TENDERS WERE SMALLER THEN THE WINGS. Those shouldn t be advertised as jumbo wings. Place was dirty with very few guests. Looks new but ran down. Music was poppin though.

Disgusting, went there today, me and my friend are not feeling good, the server Lucky J didnt even take our order until 20 minutes we went in, gave me the wrong milkshake, Garlic Parmesan 10 piece wings takes 2 hours to cook?! Ordered about $50 worth of wings online, they only seasoned TWO wings and left the rest plain. So I tried to give another chance and call in a to go order. The employee told me since my order is over $40 I have to pay over the phone by reading my card number aloud when I said I wasn t comfortable with this, can I just pay when I get to the store? they said yes you can but your order will not be made until you pay Very sketchy. I ve worked in restaurants for years and have never heard of such thing. The poor employee over the phone was very polite, the manager on duty was the reason for this. So I ended up ordering somewhere else because this interaction made me not even want to give them business.

How are buffalo fries Not Available?! 1 star because Staff is nice. 4 stars Original: I spent a little time looking at the menu and slightly mentioned that it was my first time eating here. Micah was very friendly and willingly provided an overview of the menu for me, answered my questions, and offered me the option to try the flavors. 4 stars because I was hoping the chicken wouldve been crispier, as I requested it be cooked well done. More seasoning on the fries wouldve been nice too. I will visit again.

Was our favorite spot but sense the shut down just not the same.The staff clearly hate there jobs and it shows.Waited little long for the box but in pat it was well worth it....The soda machine didnt work and sold us drinks when I told her she said she already knew and told manger .I asked why did you sell us cups then she smiled and walked off.I was going to asked for refund but she walked off so I couldnt . Apparently they no longer use sauces eather because we got dry Frys with very little chicken crumbles no sauce just the few crumbs that had been setting all day dry as a bone...Lesson learned should have known better sense the place was empty at 6:30 on a Wednesday night ...so disappointed there definitely going to be out of business soon doing customs like this...no worries lesson learned wont make this mistake again should have threw a fit got my money and went elsewhere but lesson learned I usually support smaller business but this one clearly cares less if has success or not...Not even angry just hate for anyone else to waste there money $46 for a bunch of dry Frys and a cup is a little crazy...

Avoid this place at all cost. Left 25mins after my order was to be ready. 20mins of that was waiting for my food (which was cold), the other 5 was waiting for a lid for my drink. Do that get a drink from this place either unless sealed and I would still be cautious. Half of the drinks are out, a couple of the other drinks have small black dots floating in them. 2 starts for food only because it actually exist and I did receive it but of course my order was wrong even though extra money was paid for add ons. This place needs to be shut down and hire more employees. 2 employees, 1 brain cell.

Now I understand the time it takes to cook an order of chicken but this experience was just so lacking. From the time I walk into the door and stand at the order station, I had watched a decent amount of the game airing. One worker at the fry station and no one else present...at 6pm. Then someone speaks up from the back asking why the other worker says he can handle it alone. Minutes later the second worker appears and, without diligence, makes their way towards the front to take my order. And heres the wait Im not complaining about, cooking the order. I received my food from the fry cook but in a tone the could be interpreted as they just didnt want to be there but was forced to endure it. I returned to work to enjoy my meal and opened the order of fries only to find soggy fries. Worse than that, soggy, sparingly sauced chicken. For $22 I could have gone to Raising Canes, or cheaper....QT, for better or equal to this place.

So I took my family here to try food for the first time yesterday. We order our food he says 15-20 minutes so I we sit and wait I watch pretty much a whole basketball game its been about 30-40 minutes and theres nobody back there cooking just the guy at the register and I asked him about our food and turns out IT WASNT EVEN STARTED. The wings are average but the thing that will make you question this place is the service. It s not rude, but definitely lacking. Cashier charged us ranch but did not bring. We showed the receipt. My coworker orders Garlic Parmesan but the cook brought naked wings so the brought the sauce out. I got Cajun but they brought buffalo wings instead. I didn t feel like correcting the mistake. Truth be told my food was absolutely fabulous! I had the buffalo wing fries except for without Buffalo I had garlic parmesan and a strawberry cake. It was well seasoned nice sauce everything about the food was delicious. However I went with some coworkers and their food was not right. When asked, Larry went back to correct the mistake but a woman who we later found out to be the general manager was very upset. She was in the kitchen yelling loud enough that we could hear her. My friend asked Larry to ask whoever was in the kitchen yelling to come out and speak with us. When asked who she was she said she was the GM and that she did not care if we filed a complaint. She was very rude talked over my coworker. my coworker was trying to tell her what was going on and she really did not offer a resolution. As if thats not bad enough she goes back in the kitchen and continues to talk about my friend even to the point where she said she could go eat somewhere else. I suggested that my friend kindly explain to her that as a general manager if she wanted to talk about one of her customers to do it quietly. My friend went up to the the counter and ask Larry what was the womans name and she said her name was Shay. My friend quietly said hey I understand youre upset however as the customer I hear you out here continuously talking about me and Shay once again got loud yelling dont lie on me and you can make a complaint I already told you you can make a complaint. My suggestion as I suggested before is that customer service training is essential. I hope the owner of that establishment reads this review. You have a good thing going there with the food but customer service will certainly drive people away.

Had the small buffalo fries. Staffer recommended the mango habanero and it was pretty decent. It wasn t too spicy. I also had the Cinnamon Toast Crunch shake and had to send it back. It originally looked nothing like the ad on the window and they said yeah I forgot to add the whip and Cinnamon Toast Crunch topping. I asked for a spoon because I thought the cereal would clog the straw but they didn t have any and it did. I used my fork to finish it up. Tasted a little like banana not sure what it was but flavor came together at the end when the whip mixed with the ice cream and cereal topping. I expected more flavor, service and value for the price you pay. I had to do a double take because one the employees made themselves a shake before they made mine and the had the straw in there mouth and was like I hope that isn t my shake. I worry about the hygiene because I worked food prep before and we were never allowed to eat in the kitchen. I was the only one there when I order and felt like it took a little to long to prep the food. A customer that came after wait over 30 minutes and was asking for a refund because he was worried about being late to work. Was there around 3:17pm and you wouldn t think that is peak time for a restaurant but if you make food for yourself before the customers that could be why it took so long.

First time being here, I asked what the best item was. She suggested the buffalo fries. Its fresh fries with chunks of breaded chicken covered with your favorite wing sauce and their special sauce. I ordered a small, about a handful of food. It was great! It was hot, the chicken was moist and the sauces were tangy. 1 star Sign posted that food is made to order which I didnt see that until after I ordered so after waiting about 10 minutes I asked the lady how long does the chicken take to cook she told me 15 minutes so I waited 15 minutes I got my food and went to the parking lot. I took a bite of each item. The chicken wrap was cold the fries were barely warm. I THOUGHT THIS WAS MADE FRESH?????????. Even once you make the wrap with the lettuce tomato and sauce I would think that there would still be some kind of warmth to the chicken that you claim is freshly fried. its not like my order had been sitting waiting for me to come pick it up. I was waiting right there and I remember thinking as Im waiting for my order I dont hear nothing frying and sizzling so I feel like this chicken it been sitting the fries definitely had been sitting. As I ate right outside in the parking lot I got more and more annoyed. Chicken way oversauced and they forgot my ranch in the wrap. I was pretty darn hungry and didnt feel like dealing with the hassle of trying to go back in wait for them to make a fresh order so I decided to just call and voice my complaint over the phone. No one ever answered I was sitting right outside there were no customers waiting theres no reason they shouldnt have answered the phone. Very disappointed as Im a first time customer. Oh I added 1 more star for the shake. Best oreo shake Ive ever had.

DONT waste your time!!! I placed order online, went to pick up food with receipt and was told order was not received. With proof in my hand it was nothing they could do... I even showed proof funds was taken from my account. They were very unprofessional and had an U DONT CARE ATTITUDE... SMH. I ordered a large buffalo fries and a drink. This was online and an hour before they closed. The fries were not made the way I asked and did not get any of their special sauce. I also paid for a drink but did not get it because they were cleaning the machine. Who starts breaking down equipment an hour before close? Cleaning the soda machine is simple and shouldn t have been the excuse on why I didn t get my drink. They were just being lazy.

I had to try The Buffalo Spot since hearing good things about them. I went in around 6:10PM and was excited to see that I could actually dine-in as Wing Stop has had their dining rooms closed due to covid. The staff was very friendly. They were running a 60 cent special for bone out so I gave them a try with original hot. I was very impressed and will be going here now instead of Wing Stop.

Just tried this for the 1st time & once I made it home to eat I m actually frustrated and want my $25 back. 10 tenders, 1 small shake & 1 fountain drink was $25. The guy even offered fries for a quarter, which should have actually been included. Why are 10 tenders even $16 with no side included. The tenders are over cooked and chewy, the Asian chili sauce is good, but too bad it was poured on horrible tenders. The so called jalapeño pineapple sauce is non-existent, because those tenders actually taste like crispy nothing. I m disgusted that I waited over 12 mins just to get home and have to now go back out to buy a meal, because the Buffalo spot is an epic fail & more like The Buffalo NOT

Did not taste good. Ordered two take out boneless wings for $0.80 boneless Tuesday. My wife and I are glad we didnt pay full price. The two flavors we got were parm garlic and bbq, both did not taste right. Almost like you had someone from out of country create what they though American food taste like? It just didnt taste right, I mean how do you mess up those flavors? Even random sauce from a Walmart bottle would have been better. The chicken itself was over cooked and chewy, the breading was not even slightly crunchy. I also had gotten a chicken and fries burrito call the Cali, it was extremely salty, I had to throw it away after a few bites. The side order of fries was good. Service was great, we walked in and ordered takeout. 10 min. later we had our food. We ate half our food and ended up throwing the rest away. Overall though we will be going elsewhere.

I come to this place often. I can see the decline in customer service. I asked for a milk shake 1 hour before they close and they said we already cleaned our machine sorry. The employees do not know what customer service is and act very lazy. The food is okay but the lack of management being able to stay on top of their employees is upsetting. Also they love to argue over a $0.30 ranch. I hope management actually does something with reviews instead of just apologize.

I d give this 0 stars if I could. Was really looking forward to trying the food here for the 1st time but it turned out to be a horrible experience. I placed an online order and promptly walked in a couple of minutes after my designated pickup time. Checked with the cashier and he told me the food wasn t ready yet. In my mind I thought it would take no more than 10 minutes to get my food and I was cool with that wait. 30 minutes went by and I checked in with the cashier again. Seemed like they had still not started my order so I asked for a refund and left. The cashier did not apologize or even try giving an explanation as to why it was taking so long for the food to come out. Won t be coming back to this place. Don t recommend it simply based on the bad customer service. Wings were overpriced anyways. Take your money to your local Wingstop instead!

The Customer Service was horrible. Me and my fiancé s first time there and he ordered the 10 piece BBQ boneless wings we received our order and they gave him the Original Hot boneless wings, he can t eat spicy food so he was even willing to pay for all new wings and they told him it would be 6 min until his order was ready well 6 min turned into 20 min. Last night I ordered a 5pc buffalo tenders and a side of fries through Uber eats. I was pleasantly surprised with the portion size and the taste. My tenders was huge with the perfect amount of hot sauce and was piping hot when I got them. The fries were hot and cooked to perfection as well. Ill be ordering again.

the wings here were superb! I ordered the garlic parmesean and honey bbq wings. I also ordered the buffalo fries, and they were fresh and crispy delicious. the sauces they were tossed in tasted fresh and made in house. the only thing i would say is left to be desired is how long it took for my food to be made, even though we were the only customers in the building, it took 25 minutes for my food to come out.

It was okay. Bone in wings were chewy. The cali burrito is a nice concept but the sauce wasnt too good to me. I didnt try the Buffalo fries but I seen other people get them and it looked like a really good value. The taste just wasnt for me, sauce tasted sour imo. I like my wings crispy, theirs are chewy. It was packed though, so I guess other people like it. But wing bucket is packed too and I dont like that place either. So I guess its just depends on what type of wings youre into.

Buffalo fries are way too hyped. Service is horrible. Guy taking my order was not in a good mood. Also received an extra order on our tray by accident. Too expensive for the quality. The lemon pepper were a wet lemon pepper but it looks and taste like seasoning with gravy on top. Not good so my husband asked to switch out for Buffalo and they were butt hurt. I guess the manager came to our table and was trying to scold us for taking someone s order but we didn t even realize there was extra food. Question is why are you putting someone else s order in our tray to serve us? It s decent food but way too expensive. And to have people serving with an attitude. I wouldn t recommend or come back.
