Its alright if you like only beer, they make they do NOT carry other beer other than theirs. I was not a fan of the beer. I tasted the one of their lightest and was nit thrilled called the Blonde. I gave it away. They should carry other beers, but I guess thats why its a brewery of their own. I mean, everyones taste buds are different, yet mine couldnt adapt. Yet one thing that would be helpful if they had small samples just to see if the customer likes it. If not, it is a hit or miss and money you would hate to lose and not drink. And be upset that you spent it on something you disliked. If youre a regular well obviously you know what is ir was your cup of tea. But if youre a newby, it is a hit or miss. In my case, I didnt like the taste. So I will go for events but not to drink.

Awesome place! Enjoyed trying all the different beers from ordering a flight and there was not one I didnt like. Although, I did have a few favorite picks. What really got me was the fact its Gluten Free! Having celiac disease, I am always excited to find new places that offer something I can have and for it to be so delicious! Highly recommend!

5 x 5 Brewing Co., pretty cool to have a local brewery of this caliber in Mission, TX. The Valley is better for it. Ordered a 6-flight, bartender s choice, with a request for the Pumpkin Fubarr. All amazing. For eats is your choice of taco truck, 3 present, 1 open at time I was present.

Props for putting on a jalapeno lager (extra spicy, but an uncommon treat). Juicy IPA wasnt trying very hard. Theyre the sole on-tap beer at RGV, where they had several that werent at the brewery. Militaristic decor will probably turn on some and off others. Disjointed staff, but on-site owners were trying their best.

We have been here several times. Each time, we feel as if the beer on tap is not chill enough. The decor is great, pays homage to our Vets. Limited seating inside, but great ample picnic style bench seating outside. They don t have a food menu. But no need, there are plenty of food trucks around the area where you ll find something great to go hand in hand with their craft beer.

1st time visiting 5X5 Brewing Co. Went to see the band, Vinyl Spin. Didnt know what to expect. Liking lighter beers I opted for their blonde ale, Moore Field. Had a pleasant flavor and served from the tap. Outside seating to see the band with additional picnic tables further from the stage where several food trucks provide the only food available on site. Friendly crowd with a mix in ages enjoying the show. Perfect for pleasant weather outdoor fun.

This brewery is truly one of a kind in all of South Texas....the staff have a passion for what they do and that is to brew some amazing beer....the price may be a little steep for some but know that you are paying for quality beer not your typical gas station beer. The Food Park and live music on weekends is the cherry on top. Always remember, support your local business always!

Supercool place to hang out with friends . This is an open air venue , picnic benches throughout . 5x5 brews its own beer and has plenty to choose from . They have a nice beer garden area with shade and fans , also very clean restrooms . Live band made it for me , great atmosphere . There are food trucks parked right there and each one serves something different . So , good food , great beer and music . Probably best to arrive late afternoon as the day starts to cool off .
