Much less crowded than the other Cinemark Theaters, a forgotten gem. Love this place. Great place to catch movies that you may otherwise miss because all the other theaters are SOLD OUT! I wish they would upgrade to recliner seats... It is not the newest facility, but it does have Theater Style seats, ensuring a clear view of the screen from every seat in the theater. Its still a hidden gem amongst the Cinemark theaters in the 956.

Nice theatre! So glad to be able to purchase tickets outside instead of at the concession counter. Very nice staffers, all whom I came in contact with were very friendly and helpful, even the ticket taking guy! I was disappointed that the chairs in our large auditorium werent recliners but they rocked a bit, were newer and very comfortable. We even found a parking place in the shade! All good.

Not a good place to go with children with disabilities I went with my family and my disabilities nephew (2yrs old) he has autism adhd and anger issues so we were trying hardest to control him during the movie we went to the movies so we can get him out the house but some lady didn t confront us or anything went to complain so the worker got after us so I decided to take him out the theater but while I was walking I noticed the worker giving me and my nephew a very judgmental stare but it was uncalled and I personally think they should have meeting about respect their guest no matter what

If you are used to cinemas in Mexico, this cinema disappoints you. In the candy store they dont have a variety of popcorn, they dont have sauce, only butter that looks more like oil than butter, very expensive appetizers, very expensive candy store in relation to the portions, they charged me 3 times for the same product and without receiving a refund, already in The seats are comfortable, thats why I gave it two stars, but the room is very small and the screen is also very small. If you want to enjoy a good movie and in a good movie theater, there are no better theaters than those in Mexico and the candy store is still much better in Mexico. I dont like leaving bad reviews but I didnt like it at all.

Asked for a raspberry slushie since I always get the cherry and wanted a change but the lady gave me cherry instead mind you there was absolutely nobody else in line it was the slower hours and there were also 4 employees chilling next to her, so it wasnt busy enough to get it wrong. Its alright, she looked tired and frustrated probably because her shift was ending soon. Relatable. When we went into the auditorium the floor was wet and sticky, maybe the person in front of us farted but it smelled like a sewer leak or a tossed pooped diaper. We looked around and checked our shoes, after a while the smell went away. Maybe it was the girls in front, we were watching demon slayer, understandable but damn.

This is usually our favorite theatre (best popcorn around!). But tonight was our worst experience at this location ever. If management doesnt get a handle on disrespectful kids running up & down the stairs, talking, hollering, & cutting up during the entire movie, intentionally distracting those who are actually interested in the movie they paid good money to see, theyre going to lose good customers.

Awesome location to watch a movie, great selection of snacks and drinks. This is a Cinemark theater, so those who have the movie pass will work awesomely! Also for those who want to enjoy a movie with Beer! Thats right Beer, this is the place, as the concession also sell various of alcoholic beverages and not just in a small cup, but the can itself *Drink responsibly* and they do ask for ID of course, freindly staff and good seats.

Mark was super helpful at the concession stand. He moved with a lot of urgency and genuinely cared about my customer experience. He was super polite, and even when he saw I was late for my movie when above and beyond to make sure that I got what I needed even though they were out of that product at the time. He Didn t have to go and hand-deliver it himself, but he did anyway, because he saw that I was already running late. There was another gentleman that also helped me at the concession stand right next to him and he was also very sweet and polite. Unfortunately, I did not catch his name, but he was also very helpful. Great service and outstanding Communication skills with each customer!

The staff were all very helpful and polite; however, the bathrooms were HORRENDOUS. Bodily fluids/feces/etc on the toilets, trash on the floors. Theater itself was pretty hot but not unbearable. It didn t get cleaned between previous showing and the show we arrived to watch but it wasn t terrible. Had some rude/inconsiderate guests down the aisle from us talking loudly and using their phone. Ushers did address it once but then left and they started talking again nonstop. Love that they have a lot of movies available. Will go again. But definitely needs to be cleaned in the bathrooms.

Last night I came here to watch the Metallica 72Seasons concert live from Cowboys Stadium in Arlington. The audio at the theatre was awful. I have watched many movies here with great sound but last night they decided to just use the front speakers with no bass or surround sound at all. Very upset and disappointed.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. On July 18 I went to go see the Barbie premiere since I had won a giveaway, I came 2 hours early yet, there was super long lines and they weren t letting anybody pass. One of the workers kept telling us that it was full and that in 30 minutes they would let us get in the theater. 1 hour passed and the same man told us that in 20 more minutes they would for sure let us in. Turns out that we waited for more than 20 minutes just to find out that it was full.. I can t believe this, We drove 2 hours just to find out that we weren t going to be let in. Many influencers were stuck waiting too. What a disappointment! Why would you give away tickets if you don t have enough seats. By the way, in the giveaway tickets they didn t have a seat number they just arrange you as you arrive. People that had bought food finished it while waiting, that s how long we waited. DONT COME HERE go to a different cinema. The only people they let in was the VIP and they let them cut in line. They then told us to leave the premises immediately and that they would call the police if we didn t. Wow, I cannot believe this, they didn t offer anything not even an APOLOGY!

Very disappointed on how they handled the Barbie advance screening today. Waited in line for 2 hours just to be told that the movie theater filled up with people who didn t wait as long as us because they were VIP , and to leave the premises immediately. They literally only let a handful of people who had waited 2+ hours while the rest were vip and then had the police tell them to leave the property. Why have people wait in line for hours if they were going to have people jump ahead of them then kick them out of the theater? They didn t even offer an apology, they just said they couldn t secure a second theater showing and to leave. It was very unprofessional; I will not recommend people to go for future advance showings at this location.

I saw a few negative comments such as It needs to be remodeled it looks really old . In my opinion, I like that they kept this one classic. It brings me childhood memories. I don t mind bringing the family to watch a movie here and then take them to a newer theater if they liked the movie to see it twice. We respect the establishments and enjoy the experience on both. Order your tickets and snacks through the Cinemark app! At this location, ice cold beers are available for sale...i had a cold Stella Artois. I pre ordered my popcorn, ice cold cherry coke and their infamous all beef hotdog! No need to stand in line to order...there is a designated area to pick up your pre ordered food off to the side of the snack right as you are fixing to walk towards the movie screens. We caught the latest Transformers and it was awesome. Plenty of well lit parking so check this location out!

Yea I do not recommend this theater. Go to Pharr town center or Mission locations. We saw Spider-Man Spiderverse last Friday and there were kids in the back being loud on purpose. We told the staff about it and just ignored it and brushed it off. It s like they didn t care at all. Nothing was done. Couldn t even enjoy the movie. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS THEATER WASTE OF MONEY.

I was AMAZED by how CLEAN the theater was. I felt COMFORTABLE and LOVED the PRICES from the CONCESSION STAND. Cant wait to GO Back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT
