I have a temp copy of my ID (which literally got me all the way through TSA) and the bartender would not except my ID. I understand that they have every right to deny me and that s fine ,but it just seemed a bit ridiculous. I would understand if i had ever been denied with a paper copy before but seeing as its a legal form of identification and i have several other forms with a matching name I was truly shocked and disappointed.

I was really surprised by the quality of the food. Service was very friendly but she was by herself and there were way too many people for one person to serve, but she did as good of a job as anyone could ask and stayed friendly. Highly recommend the chicken sandwich!

I ordered the roasted chicken salad and French onion soup. The salad came with a good vinaigrette and the chicken was tender. I would pass on the French onion soup. It had a small piece of sourdough bread and even smaller amount of cheese on the top. There were 4 beers on tap and I ordered a shiner bock for $10. Good beer but pricey. The food came quickly and the server was attentive. I would recommend for a quick bite to eat with different food options compared to most airport restaurants

I ordered at the bar and never received my drink. The bartender proceeded to serve everyone around me and continued to ignore me. It felt intentional. I left after about 15mins

Got there towards closing but Matthew was still super nice, accommodating, and made excellent recommendations. Made my night after a horrible day of delayed and canceled flights.

The night bartender, his name is Gilbert, was aggressive, unprofessional, and childish. This was easily the worst customer service I ve ever had.

I personally saw the bartender, in the previous reviews showing pictures, chase my brother aggressively for 30 yards. Completely unprovoked. This man is unhinged.

The bartender at this place treated our family with absolute disrespect. I have no idea how this guy can hold down a job. You must be able to get a job here just from having a pulse

Bottom Line: I would recommend this establishment. Great service, good food, and reasonable prices. Atmosphere: Bright atmosphere with enough space between tables to have your privacy and not feel crowded(it is a small area so this only applies when its not busy which it was not for my visit). Contemporary jazz music overhead was relaxing. The standing menu at the entrance does not have prices, but the menus at the bar do. They also have power outlets near their tables for you to charge your electronics while you dine. Food: I got the $10 Arugula Salad and a couple of $13 Bloody Maries while I was waiting for my flight during a 3 hour layover. Both had great flavor and the salad was very well portioned. Service: My bartender was fantastic. He brought my orders out very quickly and kept an eye on my drink to know when to come over to offer a new one. I could have given him more of a challenge with drinks, but he said I could get as creative as I wanted to with my drinks and he would make it happen. Very friendly without being too intrusive. He also didnt make me feel rushed in any way to clear my table despite me hanging out there for almost two hours. Overall: I would come back here if I had some time to kill before my flight. Good food, good service, reasonable prices, and nice atmosphere.

I had a long layover and wanted somewhere to go with healthier food options. The server was amazing and knew the wine list and the food options personally. He directed me to great choices. I picked the single cheese plate with the Manchego, Humboldt Fog, and brie. The brie was a little disappointing compared to the other two cheeses, but the Fog stole the show. The Traditional bruschetta was excellent! The bread was perfectly light but sturdy enough to hold the toppings. I read my book and relaxed with amazing food and actually enjoyed my layover. I highly recommend this place if you have the time.

I get that the airport charges an up fee but $20 for one glass of wine is CRAZY, not to mention the server expected a tip on top of that. Wow! Service

Who leaves reviews for an airport bar? I didn t think I would since these places are usually non-descript and easily forgettable. This one is different. Staff are awesome, drinks are reasonable (for an airport), and the food, while simple, is actually good and reasonably priced considering the quality. I ve been coming through DFW often and this has become a regular stop.

Your server spot on me and threw my card at me, personally horrible human being, I have been to this establishment several times and because I was on the phone with American on canceled flights this bartender had an attitude. I hope people get better service than I did in a horrible day. Not that this establishment worries about one patrons bill over years it s sad to see they support bully s and

I really enjoyed this wine bar. I stopped by while waiting for a flight, and wanted a glass of wine to decompress. Im a big fan of pinot noir, and they had three good options. I went with the Siduri Pinot Noir from Oregon. It was very nice! The ambiance wad good, the bartenders were friendly and accommodating. Lots of plugs everywhere, so I was able to charge my phone. I think I came during a shift change, and Gil waited on me and recommended some food. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich, and it was fantastic! Very juicy, flavorful, and a substantial portion. I ate half and took the rest of it with me. The menu doesnt mention it, but the sandwich comes with kettle chips! Super satisfied with my meal and wine was superb. Highly recommend this place if youre in the DFW airport and need to unwind.

Looked great, grilled cheese and tomato soup and wine. Bar tender came out and gave me the sandwich telling me it would be another 30 min for the soup and asked if I would like some chips. The whole reason I got the grilled cheese and soup was to have the grilled cheese and soup. This was after waiting 30 min for the grilled cheese and they weren t terribly busy. Grilled cheese and chips is terrible. No thanks.

The food is all organic and amazing! My favorite thing about Decanted is having a wholesome healthy meal in the airport without feeling like I m missing out! The Arugula Salad and BBQ Chicken Skewers are delicious! If you want something more savory and cheesy, the Gourmet Grilled Cheese and Tomato Basil soup is to die for!

I was catching a morning flight so I didnt have the wine. However, they do have drinkable coffee (for a non-coffeehouse place). They also have a small breakfast menu. Their wines are mostly from Napa and Texas. If youre an old world fan, it wont be your kind of wine bar. They also have cocktails, if wine isnt your thing. A little pricey, but this is inside of an airport, so its to be expected.

I ll be honest. I didn t get any wine here. But their selection was incredible. The reason I m reviewing this is because of the 10/10 service I got from the server. He was SO helpful. I am visiting Dallas and completely lost. I asked where the rail station was located. DFW can be overwhelming. He took his time to give me super detailed directions during a busy lunch shift. Didn t get his name. But on my way out of DFW I ll definitely stop by. Thanks!!
