The food was decent but the atmosphere wasn t all that great, the service was awful, one waiter sat us, never returned, had to ask another waiter to take our order, another waitress finally brought our drinks and then we got our food, then no one ever checked on us again. Had to wave down a different waitress to get our check. Very disorganized.

I walked in to order to go. I sit down order to wait for my food (2 orders of tacos, an agua Fresca, and a Mexican coke). As Im waiting for my food the waiter brings me my check. I check the price which was $39.31, I place my card and the waiter takes it. When he brings back my receipt to sign I noticed that they were now charging me $41.70. I wave down the waiter and he said Ill be right with you and Ill fix it. Mind you I hadnt told him what the problem was (which was odd). As he comes to see what the issue was he go to fix it. Not to charging me the right thing but charging me the same and bringing $2 cash saying that was the difference. ( which was not). The difference was $4.39. So they added their own tip AND expected me to add more to the tip. I am very disappointed because this was my first time there and they thought they could pull a fast one on me. Never again will I go there again. I DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND!!!

Hidden gem! I had been craving huevo rancheros for some time so I Googled places near me. My wife and I were close by and found two really close to each other. We parked and I said, left or right door to my wife. She chose the left door, even tho she was not going to be eating. Walking in, I immediately liked the ambiance. I already knew what I wanted so we ordered and it didnt disappoint. The waitress comes by with some samples of their Oatmeal in small cups ( And its so good) and chips and salsa. 3 different salsas and a refried beans cup accompany this finger food starter for many. Lechera and their way of preparing the oatmeal was similar to mine and RIGHT AWAY my wife said Im taking some home! Tasted it and was really impressed that mine was along the same line as this one. Great flavor (I didnt need to add ANY salt to anything) and presentation. (And I know, I need to start posting pics ). Decided that I wanted some orange juice and called the waitress over. My wife asked how the OJ was and if it was sweet. To my surprise, she said that it all depends on the oranges and a HUGE light bulb went off in my head but I stayed quiet. Since my beautiful wife was facing the bar, she tells me...shes squeezing it fresh and I was floored! That sealed the deal with me... well be back!! Great place to try for yourself. Great service, great tasting food, and nice atmosphere. Thanks to everyone there for a really pleasurable dining experience!

It was absolutely delicious! The server recommended the Kissi Roll said it was the popular sushi item. It didnt disappoint Hands down the best sushi Ive ever had in my life. It was crispy from the outside and everything inside it was creamy and full of flavor My mom decided for una torta and although I didnt take a picture of it, I got to try it and it was really good as well. Would come back again!

Upon arriving, we immediately sensed the atmosphere was uncomfortably warm due to a malfunctioning air conditioning system. Although the staff kindly suggested an outdoor seating option, this was disrupted by an issue with ants, prompting us to move once more. We decided on a modest order of a small shrimp cocktail and two drinks for our group of four. The quality of the Birra fell short of our expectations; it lacked authenticity and the appearance was misleading, resembling chicken instead of the anticipated beef due to what seemed like a rushed preparation process. However, the chicken nuggets and fries were satisfactory, while the shrimp cocktail stood out for its delicious taste and generous portion. When settling the bill, we were surprised to discover that the small shrimp cocktail we ordered was actually a larger size, resulting in a higher cost. Although it was delectable, this discrepancy was noteworthy. Furthermore, the Birra quesadilla, priced at $13.99, failed to meet the standards of a traditional Birra place, offering four average Birra tacos with the less than desirable meat. If youre looking for a Birria place, this unfortunately aint it.

When we first got there the restaurant was really nice inside and very clean. Very welcoming. The customer service was poor over all. We didn t get checked up on once until we paid our check. Ordered tripa tacos with side of rice. Excellent flavor and no complaints, service was friendly and awesome. Finished it with a Mexican coke. Same as the Laredo chain but the level of service little better. And always smiling, cant remember the server but she was awesome. Chips, different salsas and beaners oh yeah. I ordered 1 order of tacos, it came with charro beans and mash potatoes,the tacos were good but lacked seasoning, the mash potato was good ,but the charro beans . They need to be ashamed of them selves, I counted 9 beans in the charro bean serving . The date was 06/23/23 and I payed $16.79 and left a $3.00 tip . I stopped by kissi at around 9:45 pm about an hour before closing, so I will probably have to re-review and try to go at a prime hour, that being said. I ordered the asada sincronizada, flavor was great but it was too greasy. The oil seeped through the tortilla and all over the plate. One of the messiest for sure but again the flavor was good. Their beans were great too. I will stop by again and see maybe the quality suffered because of the time I arrived.

This is the same franchise as the one in Laredo, the place has better attention from the staff in my experience and the food is as good as there. Terrible place to enjoy a breakfast with your family. The waitress didnt know anything about the drinks or food on the menu as well as getting our order wrong 3 times.. most of the time the waitresses are eating and not attending. Very friendly staff and clean facilities. However, the tables/booths looked cramped. The food starting from the complementary chips with salsas were good but heavy on the salt. The chips and salsa starter included chorizo beans which were not salty, they were delicious. We had 2 orders of flautas de ternera and 1 order of quesadillas. All of which was very heavy on salt. Setting that aside there were 3 flautas per order, tripple stuffed from what other restaurants normally fill a flauta. They are topped with mashed avocado and lettuce. I wish they came with crumbled cheese and cream on top. The plates did include rice which we wished would have been beans instead. We didnt try the rice because it was looking like it was the lunch rice and this was dinner time so we all passed on that. The quesadillas were okay but nothing to write home about.
