Was here for an event that one of my friends was having, and this place was very nice and clean, and their staff was very friendly and attentive to everyone. And to what I was told, the price was good for what they offer.

Orchidee is by far a perfect 10!!! Our experience with Orchidee is beyond words. Thank you Mario, Carlos and staff for making our wedding day the most memorable. From our classy decor, the amazing tasteful food, to our jaw dropping cake that you created for us was outstanding. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!! Blessings to all you!!!

The planning process with them was very frustrating. Customer service is terrible. My wedding was in November 2023 and before, I didnt know what to expect. Fortunately, everything went well, the room was decorated as we requested, the food was very delicious and the service from the waiters was excellent. My husband and I asked for 2 additional waiters and that helped speed up table service a lot since the room never advised us to have extra waiters given that we had 100 guests (the package we chose only had 2 waiters). Besides, their options to pay those 2 waiters were very limited, since they only accepted Zelle and they refused to pay them in cash, they preferred that I pay them until the day of my wedding, adding more to my stress and pending. They lack a lot of tact when dealing with clients and making them feel comfortable and calm when planning such an important day. The table decoration sample was in the large room and the table was shown without chairs, leaving the client to imagine what everything would look like in the small room that my husband and I hired. We asked to be shown to the corresponding room and with its chairs but we were denied that option. However, there were other demonstrations for other clients and those tables were complete with their corresponding chairs. Our package also included a bartender. At first we were told that they could make simple drinks, then the owners changed their mind and limited our drink options. We asked for an additional bartender, but their response was only that they no longer had one. On the day of the event, everything went very well in the end. As I mentioned before, the room and the decoration are very nice, the food delicious, and the waiters with excellent service. I only wish I had felt calm, confident and de-stressed during planning with them.

Worked with my wife and I for our wedding. Food was amazing and they were very accommodating for our special day. Great price great service. Over all made our special day a wonderful stress free experience. I Whole heartily recommend them for any party or get together

This was by far the best celebration for my Nephews College Graduation. The Studio is absolutely beautiful and so well maintained and very clean. The staff that served us all night long went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met. I hope to attend a future celebration here. Such a great and fun experience!!!!

Probably up at the top for one of the worst event centers in McAllen. The entire place has a strong odor of of pickles like they use them as air fresheners. The dance floor was super sticky like youre walking on the sticky side of duct tape. Stand on it for 5 seconds and you literally stay stuck in place, not exaggerating a bit. The place is too dark and crowded and no signs anywhere to tell you where the restrooms are. The parking outside is also horrible. Its generally a bad location for an event center.

Stay away !!!! horrible place to do business with. my friend had paid them for their wedding, and had to postpone due to covid. Now that they are able to have their wedding, they want another $2500 due to inflation. We are not going to get the money back and looks like wedding is not gonna happen as planned . Worst place to do business with . STAY AWAAAAYYYY!!!! IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!!!!!!
