i use to like to bring my daughter to this place but not anymore first of all the guy wanted to overprice one pizza and wings 90 dollars so i told him it was so over price for only a pizza and wings and plus they gave me the pizza super burn and super hard even my daughter couldnt eat it never again coming to these chuck cheese place worst experience ever

It might not be the best place to eat ,but to have a great time with your family and kids to play games,game videos.The service is okay but they need more employees to take care of the customers when you order food.Theres only one employee or the manager doing everything in front.Also the prices are very high for the pizzas and wings .

We had such a great experience here. Pizza is good, everything was clean, it didnt have that pizza-arcade smell... you know like the smell of cheesy carpet and ball pit? None of that. I didnt think it was possible for a pizza arcade to not smell like that. They clearly clean thoroughly and often! Management was taking care of her employees and her customers at all times - she had eyes like a hawk! All of the employees were so sweet and seemed to enjoy working there, which I think is also a testament to management. Thank you for helping make our sons birthday party special! Kid-friendliness: Most of the arcade games are sized and geared for smaller children, which is such a bonus. All the kids ages 1-5 were very entertained.

Absolutely amazing service from the manager Karleigh and all her staff. They are so helpful and friendly. All of our guest were greeted with a smile. Karleigh came over to the table and helped us cut the cake and constantly checking if we needed anything. Thank you so much for everything Karleigh and all of Chuck E. Cheese staff.

We hosted our daughters birthday party at the establishment, and we loved the atmosphere and service provided. The birthday package was really a great deal. I recommend getting rsvp to determine how many to purchase. I was just concerned about the pizza, which came out burnt. I understand the reason trying to get the food out but not at the cost of burnt crust.

The food is expensive. Almost 10 dollars for a personal pizza. Which tasted like a frozen pizza not made fresh. The wings were $17 for 8 of them which were bonesless and they were tiny af. The drinks were expensive and everything tasted flat. The game card for unlimited play for an hour is pretty cool. But its expensive if you have more than one child.

Chuck E. Cheese has an excellent location since it is located a few meters from the Sunrise Mall. This establishment is completely family-friendly. Something that I loved was the safety towards children since at the entrance they put a number with phosphorescent ink on your hand Just like your companions and when you leave they check you to know that you are all going out together as a family, it was something that left me with a feeling of tranquility. As for the Menu there is Pizza, Wings and Salad Bar and an area for refillable drinks. For the Video Games Area you need a card to which you can add credits or the Unlimited Games Mode for time is the best choice for me. In conclusion, it is an extremely fun place to spend time with the family, I think it needs more video games and service is extremely good, I hope to visit this place again. Kid-friendliness: Something that I loved was the safety towards the children since when you enter they put a number with phosphorescent ink on your hand and when you leave they check you to know that you are all leaving together as a family, it was something that left me with a good feeling.

Went today as per my sons bday request. Never again will we go back. Unlimited gameplay led to two ignorant parents hogging a game for their kid, while my son waited and ultimately never had the chance to play. As parents, they should have had the decency to give a turn to someone else. It was a horrible display of selfishness and it was even worse to have chuck e cheese back that kind of behavior. I get it, you cant tell someone to stop playing a game but DONT BACK UP THAT BEHAVIOR. Put up signs..BE COURTEOUS..SHARE YOUR TIME..LET EVERYONE ENJOY THE GAMES. Excellent pizza and wings . Some of the games need maintenance but are still very fun for the children. It is nice to find beer but the limit is not very pleasant (1 per hour), although it is understood that it is a childrens environment. Clean and pleasant place. And always very good attention.
