Overall, my experience at Guadalajara Mariscos Mexican was disappointing. The ambiance felt outdated and somewhat uncomfortable, and the cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired. While the service provided by the Hispanic staff was lacking, the employees of Indian descent stood out positively with their attentiveness and professionalism. One major drawback was the exorbitant prices, particularly for something as basic as a beer. The restaurants practice of including the tip in the bill, especially for a single beer priced at $8.00, felt unnecessary and off-putting. Considering the high cost and subpar experience, I would prefer to spend my money elsewhere, perhaps at Texas Live, where I can get better value for my money.

I am a driver for door dash and Uber. Do not accept orders no matter how high the pay. 1st time 2 weeks ago literally empty yet had to wait 20 mins. Last night went back and 12 people eating there, the host told me 3 minutes. After 30 minutes of being ignored I left, also 2 other Ubers. Waste of time no pay!! Stay away you can get more money with $2.50 orders from McDees. Not exaggerating I will not go back even with a $100 tip. I think being ignored is inexcusable, 4 waiters doing nothing, here is an idea, teach them how to cook!!! Minus 5 stars for the lack of service. Other drivers equally upset and left. MY NEW FAVORITE PLACE!!!! Decided to go here after passing by so many times. Was a bit apprehensive because the outside looks sketch. This place is huge! Has pool tables and arcades. When we got there it was one table diagonal to us and then about 15 mins later a guy and three other people sat down, the owner/manager brought out tequila shots to the first 6 people (Hispanic)for (free) i seen my waiter ask what about my table and he said something in Spanish and walked off. I definitely dont recommend this place, the meat they served us was very hard, thick and charred, we ordered 5 dishes that had meat and all with the same hard and charred meat, dry without juice I could almost think that they just reheated it on the grill, very bad experience paying almost 200 dollars for meat that was not on point, and they still added 23 dollars as a tip, how can they think that that is what I wanted to leave as if I had been satisfied with what I ate, and yes, I had I had to eat because I was very hungry, and with hunger one eats stones, as the saying goes, but what I paid was not worth what I consumed. 0 recommended unless you like hard, thick and charred meat

If I could give zero stars I would. I went to this restaurant with a few coworkers for dinner, the service was insanely slow and there was only one other table there besides us. We ordered our drinks, the waitress brought all of them except for mine, and one of the drinks was incorrect. Micheladas tasted like tomato juice. I asked for my drink, the waitress said okay. Then another person came over and asked what I had ordered, I told them for the third time (it was just a shiner). Finally brought it over. After a long wait our food came out, delivered the wrong fajitas to one of us, the oysters were not shucked correctly as there was shell throughout. After all of this, i go home feeling okay at first but after a couple of hours I m hit with what I m assuming was food poisoning. I was up until 3:30am throwing up and had terrible stomach cramps. I DO NOT recommend this place to ANYONE.

I was excited to try this place out and watch the soccer game. The ceviche tostadas were good, but overpriced. My wife and I ordered Margaritas. When we got them, they tasted like lemonade from the soda machine (I honestly think they were). We told the waitress that they didnt seem to have any tequila in them, and she brought us half a shot to split among the two large margaritas. Very bad service, they take a long time to serve you, I had a waiter who did not want to speak Spanish, only English, and then it took another waitress a while to come and take a long time to place my order, about an hour and 20 minutes, to bring the food. I do not recommend it.

The food was ok. We had a torta ahogada and tacos. The tacos were good, the torta was ok. One thing I think its very important to highlight its the experience you will have there. Honestly I dont know of this is an everyday thing or just the weekends. They have a live show with a comedian and guys imitating popular female singers. If you like that you will love it. We didnt know. I can see that being shocking for some people, so just be ready or call in advance.

Last Saturday we when to see the show and ordered seafood soup and my wife a Torta with French fríes and michelada. At the end of the order we got charged 2.75 for 8oz of salsa. I asked the waitress what was that. She when back to the kitchen and she told me that was the ketchup we asked for the fries .. really. I m disappointed with this place. I know is only $2.75 but if they sell 10 plate with fries it s $27.75 a day. No so good for them chicken nuggets.

The service is slow. There were few people in the restaurant and it took them a while to bring the food. They charge you 15% tip even if there are no more than 5 people. They charge you for the rooms they give you when you start with the chips.
