I don t wanna say it, but I m going to say it. This is my favorite Walmart in the whole valley. I don t know why, but I always find everything that I need in this one. It s full of clothes and full of groceries. Everything it s always available here and on top of it, they have yuca, green plantains and Ñames. What happened? Is that now? I move north to Edinburg and now it s closer to us the one in Trenton so that s our Walmart now but they are fixing it like the one on Jackson so I am very happy and excited now.

Be warned when placing your curbside pickup order!! Picked up my curbside pickup on 8/31/24. You couldnt imagine the number of people that parked in the designated Curbside Pickup parking spots and went to shop in store. UNREAL! And theres no consequence, of course. Luckily I found an available spot and the team brought out my groceries in a timely manner. No issues with their service.

Nothing against the store itself or its workers. This store is almost super crowded and from people that dont really shop anything, and if they make a purchase, its 1 or 2 small items on their big old shopping cart. Just taking up space in the store and using up a parking spot when someone thats there for true shopping cant find a spot sometimes.

Disappointed with the customer service in the makeup department. They didnt want to help me with waiting 15-20 minutes for some acrylic nails that you can take easily 2 minutes to take out. The ladies were rude and disrespectful with helping me.

Disappointed with the employee/lady located on the west side self-checkout. I was scanning my items on a register that had the green light on. Before paying, I heard someone saying THE SELF CHECK-OUT WAS CLOSED!, in a very rude manner. I turned around and noticed she was talking to me. I told her the light was green and that was why I scanned my items. She said NO, THE BLUE BAG WAS ON THE SCREEN. THIS IS WHY I PLACED IT THERE!. I told her there was no bag on the screen and she insisted YES, YOU REMOVED IT!. I replied I didnt remove anything. I couldnt believe she was talking to me that way, and especially in front of other customers. I told her politely, Im not wasting my time arguing with you. I just want to pay. She has no right to speak to no one with that tone of voice. Before I payed, she was also getting after the customers next to me for not scanning items correctly. FIRST, DONT ASSUME WE KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON. SECOND, SPEAK TO THE CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT IF THEY HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING WRONG OR TO YOU. LEARN HOW TO SPEAK EFFECTIVELY INSTEAD OF SPEAKING DOWN TO THEM. THIRD, HER JOB IS TO HELP/ASSIST THE CUSTOMER INSTEAD OF ARGUING WITH THEM. I understand we get tired, but your customer service and communication represents Wal-Mart. It bothered me because I am one who always watches my tone of voice and choices of words when speaking with oyher people. At the end of your shift, reflect how you could have handled things better. Make your days better instead of demonstrating your frustration.

We had to observe how an elderly person asked the checkout manager for help because she didnt know how to register the fruit and the person in charge (also an elderly person) arrogantly told her that she couldnt help her and that she should do it alone, we thought of helping her but the poor thing He put his groceries in the cart and left...its through the grocery entrance. Walmart is my second home, I love how you can find everything for your house, your car, your birthday parties, not to mention electronics, toys, it would be an endless list of products that you can find here and of very good quality, no It is surprising how there are clothes that are very economical but that last even longer than clothes from another more recognized brand. In short, Walmart does not have everything.
