The foods are awesome. Customer service is very poor, at least for 3x I have been there. I feel like they dont want customers. I want to back to eat their delicious foods but not sure if they hired customer friendly staff. I put 1 star on Atmosphere because of poor service - I didnt feel welcome.

Apart from buffet style places, this is the first Filipino restaurant Ive been to that is actually speedy especially when I have limited time for lunch. The food was good too, I got the pork skewers combo meal with rice, a sago gulaman, and dessert I forget the name of. The simple meal was delicious, the pork bits werent too fatty or tough to chew, rice is cooked well. The sago gulaman was a bit different than what I was used to, it had a green bit of drink in there. Overall, quick service, good food, will come again so I can take pictures this time.

First time visit, DISSAPOINTED! No warm welcome upon entering the restaurant. The lady in front looks in bad mood and very rude when taking orders. Didnt feel the typical Filipino vibe of hospitality and customer service. Even if the food is not exemplary customers will come back when they feel welcomed and appreciated. We wanted to help Filipino small business owners, but need to make improvements in taking care of your customers. Anyway, we appreciate the young man who served our food for being polite. Very unwelcoming vibe of the lady in front until we left, not to be back again.

I came here because I missed eating Filipino food and they did not disappoint. I ordered their sinigang ng Bangus, bbq skewers, pork sisig, lumpia Shanghai, and calamansi and pineapple juice. Everything was absolutely delicious paired with garlic rice and regular jasmine rice. Wait time was reasonable and the food came hot. Would definitely come back again!

They have variety of famous Filipino Dishes. I am just loving it. I ordered Fresh Vegetable Eggroll/Lumpiang Sariwa and Shrimp Chop Suey. Mouth watering! Come you all and have a taste of authentic Filipino Foods.

Went here for a late lunch, this is a hidden gem! Its small, not a complaint, their tables are spacious so I am happy they didnt sacrifice that for more dining space. They have a small convenience area that has some snacks like chips, sweets, noodles, & drinks that you can shop at too. Theres also a freezer by the register where you can buy somethings like siapao, lumpia, & a few other things. I didnt really shop, they probably have more but I will next time. We had fresh lumpia, milk fish, pork skewers, sisig, & beef soup. Fresh lumpia - probably the only thing I didnt take a picture of. Deliciously made with egg crepe, tofu, & veggies. Milk fish - I didnt eat any, but everyone else liked it. Complimenting the slaw/salsa on top. Huge serving! Pork skewers - definitely get these, not too sweet on the sauce & perfectly cooked. Sisig - my favorite, love that sizzle when it came out. Egg was cooked just right so I was able to break it & mix it in. Other places I have found the eggs to be overdone. Beef soup - excellent with cabbage, green beans, beef, potatoes, I cant remember what else... I liked that this was not salty. Also, you MUST have their calamansi juice. Its super refreshing! Clean restrooms, nice staff. We waited a little bit for the food but you can tell its because they made everything fresh. Cute decor of pictures on the wall. During our time there, one couple was leaving, one person came in to shop, & I think I saw someone do a pickup order. I hope they get a constant flow of business, its not like its in a busy shopping center or area with lots of restaurants where youd find it if you were just looking for a place to eat. Youd have to have the intention of going here to come across this place. Go support them & enjoy some wonderful food!

If I can give 0 stars, I would. Very disappointed. We had to wait to be seated then we have to wait to order. We ordered squid and it was soooo chewy it was like chewing ocean flavored bubble gum. It cost $19.99 which is NOT worth it. She brought us 2 orders of egg rolls which we thought was a side dish to the squid and Palabok . Upon checking the menu, we discovered that this is an extra charge. We told the lady we did not order egg rolls. She apologized and said that she made a mistake. The Palabok is mediocre and cost $12.99. It didn t taste authentic and it didn t have the fish flakes and chicharron but it sure did have a lot of green onions- yuk! The fried lumpia she gave us by mistake had so much onions, it felt like eating fried onions! We had to order rice as it didn t come with it. You would think at the price of the squid @ $19.99 that rice comes with it. The sago has so much ice, it was watered down and didn t taste like anything. The lady charged us for the egg rolls that she gave us by mistake! I pushed back and she took the other order of egg rolls off but I still had to pay for 1 order even though I didn t order. I shouldn t have been charged at all for the egg rolls. The total bill was $70 - it WAS NOT worth it. RUN! Do not eat here. It s pricey and you would be chewing for days, it s bland and ingredients are of poor quality including the service! I don t know how people can say that this place gives good service. Maybe they re friends of the owners. This place has below low standards - Gordon Ramsey would have a fit and throw all the food in the trash!

My first experience having filipino food in a filipino restaurant, and I cant say it was a good one. We ordered the pork adobo, grilled boneless milkfish at the recommendation of the server, and chicken skewers as an appetizer. You have to pay extra for both plain and garlic rice for any of the dishes. It doesnt come included. Not to mention, the rice serving sizes were small compared to the price. The price of the dishes were also exorbitant, and the portion size was quite small. The pork adobo tasted like pure soy sauce, incredibly salty. While I dont know what milkfish tastes like normally, the fish we got was very sour, chalky, and fishy in an almost spoiled way. The chicken skewers were generic chicken skewers, nothing to write home about, but definitely the best of the 3 entrees. The best tasting thing they had was a bottle of Tabasco Sriracha on the table, which is sad.

Poor service, poor business practices. Virtually empty restaurant, and they still managed to offer poor service. Water left unfilled, and ignored since we werent Filipino. The cherry that topped it all off, every price on the menu was wrong, and the owner gave us a long reason for why the prices werent accurate. The credit card company only charges 3% as a service fee. We should not have been charged an additional $20 on the meal. Sleezy business practices. Dont come here. Food was subpar.

Did an online search for Filipino restaurants and this came up. Unfortunately my experience was very poor. Service was not prompt at all. The first greeting was are you ready? . No introduction, no hello. I think the server hated being there. When the entree arrived I moved things around on my table so the area directly in front of me was clear. Yet, the server placed my entree on the other end of the table which I had to get up to go get it. I would have ordered dessert but I wasn t asked or offered. I really wanted and hoped for a great experience as there are no Filipino restaurants around where I live. Suggestion to the owners be welcoming to your customers. When they feel welcomed and appreciated, they will return often. Unless you are so successful that first time visitors don t matter to you. From the looks of the business flow, this is not the case.

I was not impressed by this place at all. When entering, it said wait to be seated, but we had to hunt a person down to be seated. There was packaging everywhere, making it just feal cheap and unorganized. When ordering, the staff just didnt care about us and just felt like they had complete disregard for us and only wanted us to not be there. We traveled over 3 hours to bring a large group (14) here. Most others were okay with it, but no one was impressed. The food looked good and the fish was flakey, but it seemed like nothing had any flavor. Or, if it had flavor, the only flavor was a sweet/vinegar flavor and it was not just enjoyable to me. Maybe I am thinking about the whole idea incorrectly, since how this place operated was very much how it felt in most places in the Philippines when we were there... so, I guess it was very authentic, but not what I want.

My honest review from multiple visits. Title Good food and poor customer experience . I want to support all small business owners but Dam LOL it s starts from the top! The owner or owners of this restaurant clearly do not care and the staff shows that in their behaviors. Very slow service, no sense of self awareness or urgency and they don t ask you how are you or how is the food Etc. You are better off just ordering to go food and that s it. To the owners or staff please make improvements since you have good food. I will not return and I will pass the word to my network. There are a lot more Filipino spots popping up all over DFW.

They have great filipino food here! Their sauces are amazing! My husband likes chicken bbq and I am so glad they have it. He said that out of all the filipino restaurant we ve been to, Inihaw s chicken bbq is the best. You gotta try their inihaw na bangus, it s so good. However, I didn t like their dessert, the halo halo was ok and the buko pandan taste more like the ice cream they put into it than the pandan itself. The woman there who I think is the owner/manager, she should smile more so the place would feel welcoming, I tried talking to her and she just gave me a straight face and an odd look, lol.. she s probably having a bad day idk.. but that s still part of the experience in the restaurants you know. When we went here it was kinda hot, I think they have problems with their AC and hopefully will get fix soon. All in all, I still recommend this place!

It was my first time eating here yesterday and was disappointed by the food. I ordered the crispy sisig for dine in and lechon kawali w/ garlic fried rice to go. On both dishes, the skin was both slightly crispy and hard on the inside which ruined it for me but being a filipino growing up we are told not to waste food so I just went with it. My to go order arrives towards the end of my dine in meal and I decided not to check since the bag was already double knotted. When I got home I decided to take a look and what do you know. No garlic fried rice. Just regular rice! I wouldve been fine with it if it was free of charge but no it was $3 extra AND I also drove 15 miles just to have a filipino meal. It wouldve made sense if they were extremely busy and the food was rushed but it wasnt busy at all. There was a family of 4 and myself in the restaurant. Lesson learned on my part and will not be returning to this place for ruining some of my favorite dishes.

This place has a lot of interesting food options. Im not well-versed in Filipino food, but enjoyed what I ordered. I will definitely need to come back and try some other options. Everything was delicious and flavorful. It became packed about 5 minutes after we got there, but the waitress apologized in advance for the wait, so it was fine. Next time, Ill also have to check out the mini convience stre they have at the entrance.

We were fishing in the area and wanted something refreshing. A local restaurant that is absolutely amazing! So good. We got chicken/pork skewers, crab fried rice, 2 orders of the garlic rice, and lemon grass chicken. Calamansi Juice was 10/10 very nice and refreshing. The atmosphere of the restaurant feels like I m at someone s house, I loved it. Very reasonably priced and the portions are huge! They also have a small store at the front with snacks and stuff. I would definitely come back when we are ever in the area. I highly recommend.

Spend over $90 on lunch. After being seated we weren t offered any refills, napkins. Weren t checked up on at all. We sat there with our plates stacked up for right at 24 minutes and nobody came to offer a check or check on my family and me. We ended up just walking to the front counter and paying. They were visibly confused but didn t seem to care. Food was great but we will not be back and cannot recommend them for more than take out.

Went here before our 6 hr drive back home. Food was ok, squid didnt seem like it was cooked thoroughly. The server was not friendly at all. Rushing us to give our order and did not even ask us if we needed anything in between. Very disappointing to be in a filipino restaurant, but treated rudely.

Jocelyn is always sweet, pleasant, friendly, and inviting!!! The food is the best Ive had outside of my moms. You cant go wrong with the sinigang, fried milkfish, lumpia, tofu and fried pork belly, chicken skewers, sisig, adobo, Pancit, grilled pork belly, garlic fried rice....all super yummy!!! Worst service ever! Food is good but the staff-cum-owner is terrible with customer service. They need to do better on that if they want to keep their customers. We ve been to this place a few times because of the good food even if it takes time for them to prepare the food. Waiting is fine with us. But we can not put up with their lack of politeness and hospitality which are traits we Filipinos are proud of. Also the owner seems to choose only the people she likes to speak with. She passed our table a few times but never even say how s the food or something like that whereas the table next to us she would constantly ask them the usual questions restaurant staff ask their customers. Smiles, polite gestures and courtesy are lacking at this restaurant. We will never go back to this place and we will never recommend this restaurant to the Filipino community.

Inihaw is an authentic Filipino restaurant for me. I ve been here many times since I moved in Dallas. I already know the people who run the restaurant, their food were always delicious. The main reason I always bring my friends and dates here. Inihaw is my home cooking away from home. I can t wait to go back.

I am so glad my wife found this place on FB postings. The garlic rice hit the spot. Especially with the pork skewer and pork belly. The lumpia was perfectly fried and very tasty. Then to wash the food down with their signature drink with shaved ice made the whole meal worth the drive. Cant wait to go back to try more dishes.

Really legit Filipino place. Pork BBQ is basically crack. Prices are a little steep, but you pay for quality. Ive had most of the dishes, theyre well made for what they are, it is Filipino food so the dishes are unusual if youve got a domestic palate. Still very tasty though.

Probably my fifth time eating here, and we always end up ordering enough for 10 people when there s only 3 of us. The place is packed with mostly kabayans, plus a sprinkling of non-Filipinos that enjoy Pinoy food. We ordered lumpia and barbecue skewers for starters, which did not really wow my son, who loves those and said that the lumpia was not crispy enough and the BBQ too dry. The rest of the food was awesome as usual , the Grilled Jumbo Squid was perfectly seasoned, Crispy Pata and Crispy Sisig were yummy too. The Pancit Bihon was also good, was not overloaded with too many flavors, Crab Fried Rice was uhm-kay too, a tad on the oily side though. We washed that down with some Mango and Calamansi Juices, plus Halo-halo! It wasn t the usual Ube Halo-halo, though. I think 4-stars is just right. With some tweaks (always have backup Ube ice cream, crispy lumpia, juicier BBQ), they ll bring this fave joint back to its original glory. BTW, they have a snack area where you can buy your fave papak!

Pretty decent food but terrible customer service. It wasnt all bubbly when it first opened either as I remember approx. 2-3 years ago but it wasnt this bad. I returned for the first time after pandemic but we were not attended in timely manner and also was not advised with food limitation in advance with all the waiting etc. From us entering the restaurant to being seated, it took 10 min when there was no line or crowd when we arrived. Then another 15 min to place an order even after we advised the lady that we were ready to order immediately. When we tried to order more later since there were more company to join us, we were warned that it will take 30 min+ to get the food then. (WTH?) Just not so accommodating for lunch hour crowd for locating in an office area since people have limited lunch break. Overall bitter and disappointing experience. Sometimes good food can mitigate ok customer service but this is not the case with this restaurant. Hope this review can help some of the consumers for being taken for granted for our hard working earned money during the difficult time. As much as restaurant owners go through during pandemic, I hope they acknowledge that consumers also earned the money in not an easy way.

Id rate the place a 4-star and a 3-star for the food that I tried - Pork Sisig and the Fried Squid (pusit). Albeit, the Super Lomein was good, worthy of a 4-star. I felt there was symmetry within the dining area. The tables were well-spaced and arrangements gave off a polished look. Theres a tiny grocery section off to the side near the cashiers counter - Filipino snacks, canned goods were modest, no frozen goods though. Id be interested to give this spot another try if Im in the area.

Service: As soon you enter the restaurant you will see that they have small Filipino store on the side where you can see a lot of Philippine Products. No one was on the lobby so we waited for a little bit before someone approached us. There was no customers yet when the time we went so it seems like they just opened. During the taking of orders and serving of food it felt like they are rushing us and no warm welcome for customers. It was kind of disappointment as we were with friends that first time to have Filipino dishes in a Restaurant setup. Place: The place looks clean and amplifying Filipino culture through the frames hanging on the wall. Food: It was fine. Its presented very well with the plating but the taste seems like lacking. The lumpia and sisig tho was good.
