I would proudly always say I love my HEB, HEB is my go to store for my everyday needs for our home, however Elena who works at the fuel store located on the corner of Conway & Griffin pkwy in Mission ,Tx has been extremely rude to paying customers who choose to go to this store for the convenience of the parking and specifically to grab a iced cold Mr.Pibb since this location offers it . My husband and his partner drive a Utility bucket truck for their line of work and work 12 hours out in the hot sun to provide for our family just as anyone else does. Elena has made it a point to harass my husband and his partner out of the HEB parking lot for no reason. They do not block anything and park away from traffic. I will no longer be giving HEB business if this is the kind of people they employ that harass honest working men who are just trying to get a cold drink and snack to continue their day out in the 100 degree weather outside. Today 7/25/2024 Elena had the audacity to tell my husband I ve already notified my manager. HEB please do better on your customer service training.

Fantastic employees!!!! Today I had help from several wonderful women employees when my baby had a major BLOWOUT. Seriously, it was pretty bad, but with their help it wasn t a completely bad experience. Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you so, much for your help. I really appreciated it :)

Grocery manager. You need to stay on top of your vendors and make you the priority there for your customers. I go by their daily to buy fresh produce and rotisserie chicken. Specially bread, Pepperidge farm vendors and Orowheat vendors are always out of stock you need to give them a call and have them deliver. Your bread aisle at 1:00 p.m. on a weekday should not look like this.

So I Show Up To Pick Up My Wifes Blood Pressure Medication, A Day After The Dr. Send In The RX. And Miss Navid, Stated, Theyll Be In Tmrw. Fine, I Go Home. My Wife Proceeds To Call Becuase Evidently, Its Not The First Time They Delay Her Medication. They Were Ready In Half An Hour, After Their Conversation. Terrible, Inconsiderate Service.

Spoke to Adriana at this heb. My friend has 2 lipsticks missing. They could of been given to person next. Cameras dont show that it was given to her in her specific bag. That is what she told me. This lady is very honest and no need to lie. She needs to be listened to and treated Ike a valued customer. She deserves to be given what she paid for. Adriana wasnt to nice to me either when I spoke to her. We love heb and it has the reputation of treating. People with respect. Male manager treated Ike garbage, like he could care less if she was a customer.

Store very cleaned organized. Employees pleasant and willing to help at all times. Besides the prices going sky high, I dont have any issues with store or staff. I do however suggest they put letters or numbers outside parking lot. They restored the parking lot, but forgot to put #s and/or letters. Not all of us can remember where we parked once were outside of the store.

Eddie, who was the supervisor at this H E B did a horrible job assisting my mother during her trip to get groceries. Being a customer for more than 20 years, this is the first time we ve had such horrible customer service. He failed to provide H E B s own motto and providing the best service for it s customers. I m disgusted and furious at the outright disrespect he and the cashier showed my disabled and elderly mother. I hope some sort of disciplinary action is made in order for this not to happen to another family during these trying times.

Decent store, it obviously lacks the selection of the larger HEB locations but serves the area quite well for any grocery stops and is reasonably safe( although I highly encourage everyone to carry) Also, Prices seem to go up every year but in todays economy what do you expect right?

Im never disappointed. 1st choice for reasonably priced higher quality produce. Store brands are as good as name brands and cost MUCH less. This crazy economy has me focusing on costs more than at any other time in my life. I dont drive my car any more than necessary. I am finding the only time I do grocery shopping at Walmart is when I have to go there for a bunch of Walmart stuff and will do all my shopping in one stop. Some of the upscale HEBs, we call them Gucci B are a joy to wander through... tortilla machine in the bakery, huge fresh fish and meat departments BBQ grills cooking up a storm, fresh sushi guys doing their thing and sooo much more. Im a foodie (love to cook and share) yes, Sprouts has some nice stuff if you have money to burn but HEB is my kinda place!

I was visiting my aunt in my home town in mission tx, after 20 years, well my experience was awful when it came to customer service there was this tall gray hair guy behind the window and my aunt was trying to send money to her niece for a funeral, that just happened, I was trying to help her cuz she never done the western union thing, this man was ignoring me and asking her the questions my aunt is old so she kept telling me what did he said and I kept repeating everything, I kept telling him she doesnt understand you and he kept ignoring me and talking to her, I have never sent money either so I was in the blank too...but if you put someone behind a counter, let them be more polite to someone that never done something in their inter life..this is going to be a bad experience in my home town after returning in 20 years..smh

A nice and clean HEB grocery store to come by and get your groceries. They have a a lot of products to choose from. They have a car wash too with a gas station too. The staff was very friendly and helpful too
