We came here because they are dog- friendly and discovered the food was delicious. It was a bit too humid on the patio but the fans made it tolerable for a couple of dry-heat Tucsonans! And the best treat was a former student recognizing me after 35 years!!! We had a wonderful time chatting!

I try to come to the jazz event stuff. Its really nice listening to the live music in the outside area. The burgers we had here were great. The chips with cheese on the other hand werent that good. I wouldnt get those again for sure. Last time we were here I got a fly in my beer still full glass. And the manager said that if I wanted a new one, that I would have to pay for a new one. Which dulled the experience a bit not gonna lie but the server was so nice for giving us coasters to cover the drinks after that. That was pretty sweet of her. Her service was the best.

I went there for lunch on April 3, 2024, with reviews of 4.5. I thought I was safe... wrong. The food made me sick, not just sick but violently Ill. I had the Rubin sandwich with potato chips, a pickle, and water. I also had the chips and queso. The chips and queso were the worst I even had, and Im from Austin. I worked in a restaurant another lifetime ago. I know my chips and queso. I can make better queso with velveta and a can of rotel. On top of all this, when you call and get their outgoing message, it never identifies this as Roosevelts 7. We were told that the name Steve on the outgoing message was a manager who worked there 5 months ago. Basil is the general manager who didnt seem to care much. Nobody seems to care.

I had the Roosevelt Club and it was delicious. The service was friendly and fast. There is a ton of cozy outdoor seating. We held a small event here and everyone enjoyed it. Parking: There are a limited number of spots in front of the restaurant but nearby street parking is free

Horrible customer service. The waitress had just finished taking our order and we asked if we can change one item to another. She immediately told us NO! I cant change it because the kitchen staff will get mad at me!! I cant have them get mad at me for this. Seems like a toxic work environment if you cannot work as a team to meet customer needs on a simple request. 0/5 . Dont recommend this restaurant.

Enjoyed a chill night here with a friend. Tried Chicken Quesadilla w/ grilled onions, serrano peppers, diced tomatos, mozzarella served in a cucumber wrap. It was served with a house made Chipotle Sauce. Drank Wine (Pinot Grigio).. it was perfect. I sat outside and the vibe was perfect. Service wasn t great, but I don t think it was as bad as many reviews would have you believe. Ordered chicken Alfredo which is billed as Frank Sinatra Spring Alfredo. Every dish has some type of famous Italian person s name in front of it. It seems like for no other reason than to be clever. I can t think of any Italian who was known for their love of hummus. Back to the food. My meal was pretty solid. Nothing mind blowing, but still a solid meal. Pasta had a good flavor with the sauce and the chicken was not dry at all. A co-worker says they make great pizza, so I may need to try that next time. $19 for pasta and chicken with no sides or drinks seems a little steep, but I left satisfied.

One of my all time favorite places to go for a great beverage and delicious food! Everything on the menu is made with fresh ingredients and the selection of craft beer rocks. Im into ciders and highly recommend going to Roosevelts, which is the only place I know of (in the city), to have their Austin Pear Cider on draft! Love, love, love this place. And Rosie! One of our first dates, i proposed to my wife here, and now back from the army and we had lunch with my toddler son. So full circle in a way and we shall continue to come here! The portions are on the smaller side. The prices are on the higher side. But everything was well worth it. I had the Cuban AND a pasta.
