We were there and the waiter not sure what happened but we got a different one randomly and not sure why. All we did was ask for napkins and plates because we were eatting literally on the table.. We were ordering food and she didnt even let us finish ordering when she turned around and left... not sure what the issue was. But at the end the waiter they gave us was bad ass and very badass. Tall waitress with 2 pony tails by the name of Destinee...

We always have trouble with this one hostess who refuses to let us sit in the table we want. I get y all have a system, but there was plenty of tables available. She always gives us a hard time. I believe in satisfying the guest, I guess that doesn t apply to all locations. It honestly upsets me everytime I see her, and she works there quiet often. Will not be returning to this location, and will let others know of how stuck up she can be to guests

Very disappointed on this place. Service really sucked. Food took forever and the drinks were not great at all. I have been at the other oak locations and everything has been great except this location. Fire alarm went off and no one was evacuated. Hire more attentive waitresses and better managers. I will not be returning to this restaurant. The other two bar and grills next door have much better service and food.

Another 20min passed, and he kept just passing back and forth, so I asked for my tab. Then I was charged and he realized he forgot to give me my card back another 5 minutes later. Stopped in on a Sunday about 4pm. Ordered Fajigringas, and although they were good there was barely any meat in the taco. One strip and a half in one taco! I would have preferred to pay more to get some extra meat. The music was also obnoxiously loud. Too loud for a Sunday afternoon in my opinion. I had to scream to the person sitting next to me to speak with them. On a good note, Server was attentive.

Well after waiting to be served which took me asking the hostess to send a server to our table, the manager Crystal came to take our order. Since we had already waited a good twenty minutes we placed our drink and meal order with her, because apparently no one was assigned to our table. She was apologetic and gave us a discount, which I appreciated very much. Four meals and only 2 were brought out quickly the other two came out twenty minutes later. The potatoes were obviously reheated from days before. No salsa was offered but when I asked Crystal for some, she had the cooks make some for us. Wasnt the greatest first impression, but also wasnt the worst. Id give this place a second chance.... In the future

Not the greatest experience, place looked nice. Liked the decor of the restaurant. Got sat down at 6:46 15min later no wait staff. I saw them just standing there chatting it up. One of the waitress walked by the table and acted like she didn t even see is there. We just left, got tired of waiting for them to just take a drink order. If you got eternity to kill this your spot, if you show up with 6 deep ready to dine might wanna look elsewhere. Won t be coming back. Terrible service. The waitress ignored us the entire time because she already had her 20% gratuity included!!!! We asked to speak with the Manager and the lady with the same attitude as their waitresses, now you understand why the leader is like that and his team cares about the customer. Ordered a dinner tray of street beef tacos with all the trimming along with 4 bone-in chicken wings and veggies with ranch dressing. The dinner plate was outstanding. Definitely a sports bar venue. The bar was fully stocked with a large variety of adult beverages and lots of beer choices. The staff was courteous and professional. The local Tejano music playing added to the mist excellent experience. The housekeeping and tables were kept cleaned and discards remove quickly. Highly recommend this venue for adult entertainment, good eats and wide variety of adult beverages!

I come here every so often but earlier in the day to avoid the loud crowd. It s nice but nothing special, turns into a club at night so I know where to go when I want that. Food is mid. $5 Tacos, for being the valley it s a no for me. Meat is either way too fatty, too dry or lacks flavor but it s not a frequent occurrence! Also a hit and miss with any food really.

Bad attitude and discrimination from the security guy in denim since we arrived, he did not receive or give a table to my partner or friends because we are gay, we have been coming to Oaks for years and they had never been like that with us until we spoke to the police when we were never aggressive or anything with them, their attitude was so personal, they cant have people like that in their business when more than half of their clients are LGBT, just because I go to the bathroom with my partner doesnt mean anything, thats discrimination

Great customer service, our server in the other hand never helped Us Properly we never found him, so we asked Manager for help which he did great customer service. Sadly, he refused to take a tip.

LET ME TELL YOU. WHERE DO I START. We had the WORST service and guess who was our server? The effing manager, his names Rene and he s a real AHole. Not only did it take forever to get water, oh wait we never got our water, I had to go to the bar to get it. And then, he made fun of my friend who has a speech impediment. THEN, he brought out the wrong order and tried to blame my friend so said he would be right back . Never came back, so my friend who was starving ate the one egg that was on top of the wrong order and they never brought out the correct order so he said just to forget about it. THEN THEY TRIED TK CHARGE HIM FOR IT. so the manager literally came up and just stared at us and said hello? Did you not want to pay for the skillet? DAWG WHAT SKILLET HE NEVER GOT HIS FOOD! So he effing charged him for the eggs *rolls eyes* The manager Rene is the WORST. don t go to this location.

i honestly love going there and having a good time with friends. i m a regular there, but this new manager with glasses ain t it. he accused me of being drunk when i had just gotten out of work and went for one drink. when the bartender asked me what i wanted to drink i responded with my regular drink, and he told me if i could walk to the restroom and i did and then the manager asked me to do a 4 as if he was a cop performing a sobriety test on me. all while customers watched and the staff laughed at me. very humiliating experience and will definitely think twice about going again. and the girls restrooms are disgusting.

Its everything you expect for a bar & grill. The bar is prominent, and there is plenty of table seating too. There is an outdoor patio where I ate. I ordered the wings and tacos. The wings were good, and the tacos came with avocado and queso fresco. Its a good place to hang out with friends. Not too loud, not too quiet. I would come here again.
