Refused to give me my jack in the box app order through the drive through even though the app lets you choose drive thru or pick up inside. I chose drive thru. They refused. I showed her in the app I chose drive thru She just kept saying Nope and pointing at the inside pick up sign. Terrible service. I told her Ive been here many times before and picked up at the drive thru why is today different? She just walked away.

Bum laying on the sidewalk right in front of the door. He didnt say anything walking into the restaurant but asked for change when I came out. Management should be aware of this and help prevent patrons from being harassed. Employers inside were kind and doing their jobs appropriately and efficiently. The place was clean.

The nuggets were good but the service was terrible. The guy working the window was so rude!! He had a nasty expression and never said anything except, declined (I forgot Id locked my card)despite me being nice to him. When he opened the window to return my card he practically shoved it into my hand. When I took the bag from him I said thank you but he never heard me because he slammed the window shut. 16 year old male at the window could just not get our order correct, did no ask what we would like to drink, or if we needed anything else. When we got to the window asked him to please repeat our order to confirm he had got everything, when we told him half our order was missing and what we wanted to drink he said we had to go back around because we were interfering with his time. Which makes no sense because it is his fault he did not get our order correctly when we first ordered or the second time when we told him at the pay window again. Called and asked to speak to or get info for the GM he refused to give us that Information and stated there was no manager working with them today. After asking for his name he proceeded to hang up my call and not answer again when I called. Not sure if that is true or not but working in a customer service job for years I hope that is not the case. Employees name is on receipt as Israel. Young employee or not there is no reason for him to be as disrespectful as he was.

Did delivery order, they told driver couldnt find the order then brought out another order and told the driver it was my order......IT WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE to what I ordered or the money I spent . Then I tried calling for 2 days now and the phone is busy, so its either off the hook or a broken phone (I think its the first). I did the feedback stuff and just got the run around... Now Im out 40 bucks. Will not be returning to this Jack in Box. Yall need to hire more people to work. If slow they can clean and reclean, a restaurant can never be to clean inside or outside. My wife and I went to this location this morning and had a bad experience. We could not understand the employee talking to us when we were making our order. When we asked questions, we could not understand their English. When we started to eat at the parking lot, the hash browns were dark brown (over cooked and greasy), so we went inside and told them about it. They put new hash browns in the oil and took them out dripping with lots of oil and handed them to us , all oily drenched. We will never go back to this Jack. We understand that something like this can happen, but the attitude is non excusable.

Do not give your card to their drive thru staff. They will steal your information. How do I know? I started going there between the hours of 4pm and 6pm, ordering from the drive thru. This was the only new behavior in my daily routine. Not long after that, I started seeing GRUBHUB orders on my statements. $40-$80 orders. I seem to recall on one visit, it took longer than usual to get my card back. I just thought they were busy. Sure, shame on me. But u wouldnt trust them again... nor should you.

My husband went to go get us dinner. He order 2 of the grilled cheese burger late night meals. When he got home we opened our burger and found 3 pieces of hard bread, 1 piece of meat and a small amount of lettuce.....it made absolutely no sense. There was not cheese.....there where literally 2 slices of dry bread on top of eachother and then meat, lettuce and the 3rd piece of dry bread. My husband took both burgers back and asked for a manager. He was told there isnt one, so my husband pulled up the menu on his phone and told the 2 young boys what is supposed to be on the burgers....they proceeded to tell him we dont have that cheese and we were told that we cant make it that way..... My husband clarified and asked you were told that you cant make the burger the way the menu says? They said yes. Then we asked for a refund and were told we cant do that, only a manager can. Youll have to deal.....at that point my husband tossed the burgers inside and we left. I am seriously amazed at this. Id like our money back and Id like to understand why in the world yall can hand food out like that? The disrespect I can get over, they were like 16 years old and I have younger brothers......I get it. But the incompetence and the refusing a refund is an issue. Fix it please!

I like Jack in the box its just right up the street from my house so its easy late night fast food one of my favorite things are there tacos I love the curly fries and they have some really good hamburgers
