Im a wedding pet attendant for a wedding at Aristide Mansfield. I was super impressed with this venue. The staff were super friendly and attentive to the guests. The place is breathtakingly beautiful and lots of shade/greenery. Such a gem!

I visited this beautiful venue a couple of days ago for a tasting and the event was beautiful! Priscilla Yang is a coordinator who sets up events for them and she has done an amazing job in helping us to plan for our holiday party! Highly recommend!

We love the Aristide Mansfield! Our experience was absolutely amazing as they communicated with us throughout the planning process. From DJ Jamal to our Jenny Layne cake, every vendor exceeded our expectations and just made our daughter s wedding perfect! Sadé did a fantastic job with our rehearsal and wedding day coordination. Food was delicious, and every detail made it a very special event.

Our experience began with Sarah Lawson. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She got us through our first steps to getting the venue. She was pleasant. A few months before our set wedding date, Sadé stepped in and completely stepped up on areas that were lacking! I m mean she did her thing because things were not going well and Sadé came in a fixed and we had a perfect wedding. She was very responsive and knowledgeable. Her expertise was immaculate and my Husband and I were both pleased with the outcome of our wedding day. She even scheduled a last minute final call with me to ensure things were rocking. The day of the wedding Sadé did an absolute amazing job catering to the needs and wants of our wedding party and to us. We were about to get our plates in a courteous manner she was like No, we will do that! . And my Husband and I laughed said Ohk and sat down. lol. Her and Mirianda were both awesome. After the wedding some items were left behind and these two ladies made sure that our belongings made it back to us. Sadé is caring and compassionate and she has exceptional coordination skills. If we hosted a different event, we definitely would like for Sadé to be with us from beginning to end. No exceptions! And to DJ Daniel?! Your skills did not fail! We knew you would be perfect for our special day as to why we requested you as our DJ! Thank you for all you did Daniel! You Rock! The food and drinks were delicious and everything was just perfect. Thank you to all Walters Wedding Estate staff who played a role in creating a magical day for us! Sorry, I don t have very many photos of the venue as our photographer is currently doing edits. This venue was beautiful but the custom service and attention to detail was absolutely horrible. They messed up the part of the wedding that was meant to honor my mother that is no longer with me . The wedding coordinator the day of was someone my wife never talked to until the day of and she seemed very lost. At the reception they didn t even get us a chance to thank everyone for coming and we didn t get to do the bouquet or garter toss from lack of organization. I m not the type of person to make reviews and I wouldn t be making this one if they had reached back out to me when I tried communicate to them privately I was ignored which wasn t surprising. Again the venue itself is beautiful and regardless of all the bad me and my wife enjoyed the day but with no help to the people paid thousands of dollars to do so.

The Aristide Mansfield provided a stunning spring location for my daughters wedding. The venue is gorgeous, especially the lush green trees that provide a beautiful, natural canopy over the patio. If youre looking to have a garden wedding, then the Aristide Mansfield is the perfect location. Our coordinator was professional and a joy to work with. She communicated in a timely manner and even made sure the flowerbeds were freshly mulched and flowers were added before the wedding. It was a wonderful day thanks to her and her team. The food was excellent as well! We were told time and time again by our guests that it was the best wedding meal theyd ever had. The Aristide Mansfield is in Texas but you feel like youre in a villa in Tuscany. Well done! Five Stars all the way!

I recently attended a wedding at this venue, the appetizers were delicious and the setting itself was beautiful. However, I was disappointed with the main entrees. Although still acceptable, the salmon had a slightly fishy taste. The steaks were average, and is actually worst than the steaks found in popular franchise chains. The dessert table ran out of sweets before the dinner service was served, and was never refilled. I had family who couldn t make it due to an emergency, and the staff refused to provide us with those extra meals for them. Furthermore, there was a noticeable disparity in sound levels between the front and back of the ballroom. The front of the ballroom is louder than the back, pointing out a need for a more balanced sound setup. If mid food in a beautiful setting is your forte, then this is your place. I will not be having my wedding here.

Neither me nor my fiancé have ever planned a wedding and we have no idea what we re doing but Hailee has made the process so simple! We have been working with Aristide in Mansfield TX for 8 months and we have had a million questions along the way which have all been answered eagerly and thoroughly. Hailee also keeps us on track with what to tackle next without making us feel rushed or confused via emails and video calls since we are too far from the venue to have meetings in person most of the time. So far Aristide has taken the guess work out of the process which significantly reduces the stress of putting together a beautiful wedding with no past experience. We can t wait to see everything come together!

Our wedding hasnt happened yet, but we chose the venue of our dreams with the help of Nicholas Gauthier. He was so nice and made our experience picking this venue a breeze! He was helpful for weeks on end with everything and answered every question we had no matter what time of the day it was. We just had our wedding here this past weekend and everything was AMAZING! Our day of coordinator Miranda was so great to work with! She was so prompt to help with anything we asked and had the entire day planned out to perfectly! DJ James from co-host entertainment was a rockstar too! We had a fusion, Indian/American wedding, and he mixed all the music so incredibly well from both cultures and he kept the energy up all night! I would highly recommend using the vendor package they offer as it made our out-of-state planning SO much easier! Thank yall for making our day so perfect!

We toured this venue to potentially host our April wedding at. It is a gorgeous building and the outdoor setting is beautiful as well (and surprisingly quiet for being in the city). The bridal suite is one of the nicest Ive seen of all the venues we toured. Would definitely be a gorgeous choice!

About a year ago I was looking for the perfect venue. As a Spaniard , I was looking for more European style. My husband and I went to multiples places until we went to this venue. We both agreed that we didn t have to look more. This one was what we were looking for. My wedding day was last week, I had so much anxiety that day but everyone were so nice and helpful and made me feel better. I want to mentioned Payton my planner, even that we had to change planner couples times, she did amazing to adapt my wedding view and everything was perfect. Miranda our coordinator who was supper sweet and helped us to go through the ceremony and other important moments perfectly. Alexis our photographer who her charming and bubble personality made me laugh during all the hard times and Carlos our dj who adapted to all our requests. Because, no everything can be perfect, I will mention the only downside that I had on my wedding day. All our guests mentioned that they couldn t try the cakes at all. Because, apparently as soon they put the cakes on the table, the dance floor opened and when they came back to the table to sit the cakes were gone. My recommendation for walters team is to enquirer the staff members to keep cakes for longer time so that way not all the cakes ends in the trash. But other than that we couldn t choose a better venue

Be careful the venue looks really nice but the staff is very rude. They were cleaning our table and threw something away of a very high value, being very expensive. We had to go look for it in the trash, and then the manager got mad at us for taking things from the trash when there is evidence of them throwing something of high value into the trash. The manager gets mad very easily and gives an attitude when people try to talk to her and tell her about what is going on, she did not even apologize for her mistakes. The security officer is great, very kind person.

Overall 5-stars, this venue is GORGEOUS and we are so happy we went with this location. If you are looking for a quaint venue that is different from most that you will find in DFW - something like out of a fairytale - this was perfect. We got so many compliments from our guests! Additionally, the venue was VERY well managed and our night went so smoothly - any hiccups that did occur were not even noticed because everything else was great. Just to sum up everything: PROS: -Beautiful Italian style exterior and romantic, cozy interior with plenty of opportunities for photos. Great lounge space both inside and outside. -Venue rental itself is affordable (especially if done on a day that isnt Saturday!) -Food was great. -Service was amazing, lots of compliments on bartenders especially. The day-of-coordinator was very helpful in making the day go smoothly and responding to my last-minute requests. -Again, great management, everything was very well organized. It rained the day of my wedding and the front entrance was very slippery and wet, my mother in-law brought this to the staffs attention and they had the floor cleaned soon after! -Plenty of hotels to stay at in the area and near major highways for easy access to transportation. CONS: -If you are trying to save money for your wedding, having to use their in-house caterer + bar/bartender package really makes things very expensive, especially if you re having a large wedding. If you want appetizers to be served for cocktail hour, that is an additional charge per head per appetizer. So yeah, for food and drink alone it adds up real fast so that may be something you want to seriously take into consideration. This goes for all Walters Wedding venues though! -The only form of communication with the venue I ve successfully had is via email or talking to them in person (and Ive only seen them twice in person). I tried calling a few times but never was able to get ahold of anyone. They thankfully respond on the portal usually within a day or two, but it s inconvenient when you have a time-sensitive question, or if you have a lot of questions sometimes it s difficult to get answers to all of them (which means asking the same question multiple times sometimes). -While a day-of coordinator is provided by the venue and one of their duties is to coordinate the entrance processional for the ceremony, I was not informed until a couple of weeks before the wedding that they do not coordinate ceremonies that take place outside of the Aristide. Basically its just assumed everyone is getting married at the Aristide which I thought was not very inclusive to those of us who are of certain religions and have to get married at religious institutions. With not much time left until the wedding, this left me out of a coordinator for the actual ceremony and the processional was *almost* a trainwreck because we didnt have any guidance and were left to figure out timing on our own. Thankfully it was mostly fine, but if this was made clear to me well in advance I would have made proper arrangements to find someone to coordinate our ceremony processional to save the unnecessary stress this caused me at the rehearsal and leading up to the ceremony. The cons weren t enough to outweigh the pros in my opinion, it was still the most perfect day ever. I just want to make future brides aware of these few things! Otherwise, I highly recommend this venue!!

We have no regrets about booking here for our wedding. Their all inclusive packaging was a great investment and took a lot of stress off our plates. The day of coordinator and food and drink coordinator (Libby and Mikah) were amazing and everything went smoothly. We booked intending on an outdoor ceremony but had move inside due to weather. However, everything was set up beautifully inside and we didn t feel like we missed out with this change. They were able to flip the room quickly and everything looked flawless. If we had to say anything that could be improved is we wish we had a phone call meeting in addition to the on-site meeting for organization questions and progress with associated vendors. Some details we did miss like if the Photo Booth photos were being printed and if props were provided. We received many compliments on the wedding venue, the florals, the desserts, and the DJ. Nolan with Co-Host did an amazing job. Everything was perfect and we could not have asked for anything more.

My wife and I s friends just got married here and we were in their wedding! Just wanted to share how the day went! The staff was friendly and helpful! Mykah and Libbie really know what they are doing and went the extra mile to make sure the day ran smoothly! The grounds are beautiful and well kept! Every detail the bride and groom had the were on top of it ready to make it happen! It was a rainy day so my friends were not able to get married out side like they had hoped to. So Mykah and Libbie went the extra mile helping to make the inside even more beautiful than already was you could tell it really lifted my friends spirits ! If I could do it over, I wouldn t choose Aristide Mansfield. For what they charged, we could have had a more lavish wedding elsewhere and probably saved some money. The grounds are beautiful but that s about it. It seemed like they put on this big show on how your wedding will be so seamless if you go with Aristide and you won t have to worry about anything and that is not the case. Thank goodness I had an amazing wedding planner because she s the real one who got things done. The staff is just there for the ride. We expressed to the planning representative our concern about the dirty chairs and grounds that we had seen upon visiting multiple times and they assured us it would be taken care of. Day of comes around and the chairs are filthy and leaves are everywhere. My aunt had to go clean them herself because we asked day of and nothing got done. Plus there were still cups from the night before outside. Our package came with a champagne toast so you would think that the staff would come around and give the guest champagne for the toast...nope not even that. My wedding planner was told that guest have to go to the bar and get it themselves. Im convinced that if my wedding planner didnt ask that they probably wouldnt have said anything to my DJ to make an announcement. The food was good. You have to go to multiple open houses to try the food, and even then you probably wont end up picking what you tasted. Our package came with a DJ, but we ended up choosing another DJ because the one associated with the venue wanted us to basically make the playlist so that was a hard pass. We only used the photo booth with them. Cake was great...no issues there! Floral...what is included in the package will not get you far. You will most likely have to pay more out of pocket to make the venue look nice. Something that bugged me was when I heard that one of the bartenders was dancing on the dance floor. That is not acceptable! I dont care if you are on your break. You are not a guest at my wedding. It also seemed like my wedding planner ran the venues staff. The representative for the venue was in the office the whole time. So imagine if you dont have a wedding planner... So thank you So Chic Events for making our wedding fabulous! Natasha, you truly made it possible to enjoy the wedding despite all the negative things that happened day of.

I absolutely love this venue! We had our engagement party/proposal here and it goes down in history as one of the most memorable days in my life! I don t normally rate things 5 stars, rarely do I find perfection attainable. (Outside of my wife ) However, I cannot speak highly enough about our experience here. From start to finish, the staff was absolutely excellent. Our wedding was around Covid, so I just expected to have to settle on things to a certain extent. However, that was not the case. They helped to find us catering, dj s, and all the other planning items needed to make a memorable time. Our guests had a great time, it was a beautiful wedding and an unforgettable memory. I dont recommend it at all. We just had an event at this place and it was the worst. We paid too much $ and they didnt give us what they promised. The staff all the time had a bad attitude, so dont waste your money here. I dont recommend the salon. Its nice but the garden chairs were too dirty that some guests clothes were damaged when they entered the room, the weeding planer had a bad attitude and the food, not to mention, a reservation was made for 100 people, which was not 100 people and the The food was finished, the last guests had very little food because it was finished DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY AND THIS PLACE

Definitely the worst place to celebrate a day as important as your wedding, terrible service and everything they told us they would do, we ended up doing. The guests ended up with their dirty suits since the chairs in the garden were dirty. They told us they were going to clean them and they didnt. They ruined the most important moment in our family and on top of that I am embarrassed with my guests since the Venue staff treated them very badly.

I would never recommend this specific location to anyone. It is a beautiful location which is why we picked it but there were serval hidden costs and fees. They changed managers during the course of our planning and it wasn t a smooth transition at all due to communication. They try to get more money in anyway they possibly can. I was told my rehearsal was at 6 when we got there even though we clearly agreed for 7. So there was a hint of attitude and me and my wedding party felt like we were being rushed so that she could get to her other event. The day of the wedding the colors of the chargers were completely wrong even though I was told by the manager that it would be fixed when I already told her previously about it. The bartender and the manager from I believe Colleyville were amazing! She took the time to immediately fix the issues we had, and made sure that everyone was good. If I had to do it all over again I would honestly pick a different location.

Our wedding day came and went so quick it was hard to wrap our heads around it. But one thing is for sure, Aristide Mansfield and their lovely staff, specially Mykah and Libbie, made sure that our day was magical. Melanie, the venue s planner, was communicative and understanding. Mykah and Libbie, the general manager and our coordinators, were accommodating, responsive, and proactive. I couldn t have asked for a better duo supporting us on our special day. So much so that I was let down by so many vendors but they handled it with grace and efficiency. The florist vendor, which sadly I wont recommend which is a whole other long story, charged me $235 for a sparse blue and purple bridal bouquet after it was agreed that I wanted all white. Libbie saved the day and used her magic to create an all white bouquet that was so beautiful I forgot about what could ve been a horrible situation. Mykah and Libbie are 10/10. Aside from a mishap during the timing in my ceremony, the venue was gorgeous and accommodated all my guests nicely. For my wedding I chose the exceptional package, out of the vendors included I would only recommend the DJ, Miranda from Cohost, for the event and Jenny Layne Bakery for the cake and desserts from the vendors suggested within the package. The desserts were perfection!! Miranda was so sweet and great to work with. The bartender, Kaci, was fabulous as well!! I attended a wedding at Aristide as a guest. The first thing I noticed is that it is quite cute. The grounds are nice, the building is good, but when I walked in, one of the bar height tables was dirty. Ok, not a big deal (it is a big deal but I would have forgotten that if everything else was great). The servers bringing around hors doeuvres were all nice and polite. At this point people are gathering for drinks at the bar. Only one bar tender is tending to 100 guests, leaving long lines and long waits for wine and drinks. When it is time to go outside for the actual wedding, I see people wiping their seats off. When I get to mine I can see why. The seats were filthy. So filthy that the dirt couldn t just be brushed away. This needed to be washed away. We pulled off dead leaves, dusted what we could, then just had to deal with it. Chair covers or a quick washing before the event would have been fantastic. During the dinner service, it was buffet style which was fine, but at the end there was only one gentleman available to distribute the two different main courses. Having 2 people here and 2 at the bar would have helped this event run so much smoother. At the end of the night we were trying to find the cake that was missing; apparently some guests didn t get cake. At one point a box was near the entrance and no one knew what it was, I checked and it was the cake. Just taped up and sat on a table. No one knew that was the cake. The staff were all cleaning up at this point and we were left to search for any left behind items, search and clear out the bride/groom area, any level of service to the guests or hosts had pretty much stopped. This felt like a rush to get us out of their place so they could go home. The venue was booked to a later time; our plan was to have everyone hard stop and out at 11:00. The bride was texting me from the limo at 10:40 asking if they could go somewhere for food. So even the bride and groom were rushed to leave before our scheduled end time and stopped at a second location on the way home to get food. I manage many corporate multi day meetings and the looks of this place make me want to consider using them for an event. But the dirty tables, dirty chairs, lack of planning for the appropriate number of staff; this all makes me doubt they can handle an executive level offsite function .

I was a guest attending a wedding in August and felt compelled to provide my comments on the venue. The grounds are very attractive and the shade from all the trees was very picturesque and a wonderful setting for a wedding and photos. The building architecture style fits nicely with the grounds; the interior is spacious and easily accommodates large groups. Unfortunately, that s as far as I can go with the favorable comments. Based on my experience and observations and after reviewing the Ratings, I see a similar theme in prior comments. The staff was friendly; however, the overall service was poor. The white chairs (outdoor) for guests were dirty and every guest had to wipe off their chair the clear the dirt and leaf debris before seating; there was not enough service staff to handle the number of guests; there was only 1 person tending the beverage station so there was always a long line for the entire after-ceremony reception; the facility manager(?) passed quickly behind the beverage bar but made no attempt to help the overwhelmed beverage server; and, rather than wait for the guests to leave at the scheduled time, the staff was doing closing prep work 30 minutes before the event was booked to end. Lastly, for the benefit of the owners: my comments are not just my own as I heard others talking about the same service issues. If you re seeking a wedding venue based solely on the grounds and building, Aristide is a good choice. If you also desire to have an organization who is committed to delivering detailed, personalized and memorable service for the guests, from my perspective as a guest, there must be better choices.

My wedding was a BREEZE from start to finish! I always hear how stressful planning is and I can happily say that is not what I experienced at Aristide Mansfield. The packages are an incredible value and the venue is just stunning. I didnt feel like I had to spend a fortune on decor to make it pretty. Everyone was so complimentary of the food (we did a plated service) and it was served quickly. The bartenders were quick too, I never saw a line. Mykah was always checking on me. I didnt have to think about a thing!

We knew from the second we drove up to the venue that this was where we wanted to get married. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and they even had upgrades done to make it even more beautiful. The ceremony space is to die for and I loved that all our guests could see us because of the staircase. The indoor space had plenty of room for our almost 200 guests and there was enough space for the dance floor. Something so unique about this venue is the buffet room that was out of sight and wasn t in our pictures. You could take a picture almost anywhere in this venue and it would be stunning. The customer service we received from Kaci was outstanding. She is a busy lady but was always prompt and willing to respond to our questions and let us come by to look at the venue whenever we needed. Her and our day of coordinator from the venue were so helpful throughout the whole day and everything ran so smoothly. Even after the day of our wedding the were so helpful when we left some important items at the venue. The bartenders that worked our wedding were also amazing and kept the drinks flowing for our guests. I would not have changed a single thing about our day. I am still getting compliments about how well organized and beautiful our wedding was. I totally attribute that to Kaci and her awesome team!

We had our wedding/reception at Aristide Mansfield on Saturday, April 3, 2021. We had approximately 280 guests in attendance. While we had turnover in the staff during our 15 months of planning, our final contact (Kaci) was a blessing from her organization and responsive communication skills. The venue is beautiful. The general housekeeping could be improved. We had to dust the bar area and steps before our event. They had recent renovations that I know contributed to that. However, there is no one to take care of general housekeeping, even throughout the event. Trash cans were overflowing and empty soap dispensers in the restrooms were just two of the issues we encountered. We had the venue from 11 am until 12:30 am. Our ceremony was at 6 pm and the grand exit at 11:45 pm. Based on this, we purchased an additional hour of bar service, so our guests were accommodated throughout the evening. In our planning meeting, our major concern was having sufficient supply of beer and wine. We knew our group, and this was one an area that we could not manage as the bar was handled by the venue. WE DID NOT RECEIVE THE 4 HOURS OF BAR SERVICE FOR WHICH WE PAID. We were told that every bottle and can of alcohol in the venue had been consumed. WHAT S EVEN WORSE, finding out after the event that that statement was a TOTAL LIE, as Management confirmed they still had beer in their inventory after our event! We are embarrassed that guests were turned away from the bar with no beer or seltzers for close to an hour FOR NO REASON OTHER THAN THE COORDINATOR (KAYLA) DID NOT WANT TO BE THERE. In addition, the bartender had an attitude problem all night and responded well to those guests stuffing money in her tip jar or her hand. The next issue is the wedding coordinator (Kayla) making decision on our behalf to the detriment of our guests. I was told the cakes were too big for us to cut. She would take care. There were not enough pieces of cake cut to accommodate our guests, only find out that portions of the cake that were too difficult to cut were SIMPLY THROWN AWAY! My caterer informed me that his staff pleaded to take the trash pieces home with them. Our cake stand was thrown away as part of the cake cutting fiasco lead by the venue s wedding coordinator, Kayla. While the bouquet and garter tosses are happening, the wedding coordinator (Kayla) and security decided to begin cleaning the bridal suite cleaning. Upon walking into this and inquiring why, we were informed that she did not want to be there at 2 am cleaning. We now had bridal party members cleaning rather than witnessing fun parts of the evening. It really makes no sense as the bride s family had paid for the additional time after the exit to thoroughly remove all personal items from the venue. Again, though, she was not interested to be there that night and made the evening hard on anyone around her. Secondly, security should have been with the guests and not cleaning the bridal suite. Something just wasn t adding up. Further, our caterer and photographer made similar statements to us about her lack of interest in our event. The things she should have attended to (bar service, dimming of lights during dancing, access lighting, etc.) were ignored to not be there all-night cleaning. I lay awake at night angry and embarrassed. I have tried to talk through the issues with the venue staff and regional manager. They acknowledge things were handled poorly and lies were told. I just want those considering Walter s Wedding Estates to do their homework and beware based on our recent experience. I don t want anyone to feel the way I do after so much time, money and effort has been invested in one of the most important days for families.

We started looking for a venue for my daughters XV almost two years in advance. We saw many venues all throughout the metroplex but my daughter fell in love with this one. The venue is super clean, its spacious, it has a beautiful suite for the girls to get ready as well as a suite for boys. The landscape throughout the property is very well kept and it makes it special for wonderful pictures. While the venue is as nice as it can be, it is really the attention you will receive from the coordinator that will make your event unforgettable. We had the pleasure to work with Kaci B and she was so awesome with the whole process, answering all the questions and holding hands with us throughout the process. There wasnt an obstacle she couldnt overcome or a request she wouldnt fulfill, her attention to all the details made my daughters special day a magical one. Kaci, my wife and I both thank you so much for your hard work and for always having a positive response to everything we threw at you. I booked my wedding here for 11/23/2020 and the venue was booked in mid-July 2020. My original plan was to have a wedding in Mexico during this period but those plans fell through and I looked for local venues to plan a micro-wedding because by my sheer will it was still going to happen this year. I would say, overall, the experience with Aristide Mansfield was good, but not great. Everything leading up to the wedding date was perfect until the actual day of the wedding when the venue staff dropped the ball on me. Booking the venue: We toured quite a few venues around town and worked with Andrew Dalton for Walters Wedding Estates to see what kind of venues we would like with their group. Andrew was very responsive (9/10 would respond within an hour) and I really appreciated that kind of detail when reaching out to multiple vendors. We ended up signing the contract for Aristide Mansfield because the venue provided the most scenic look that matched our updated wedding vision. Working with the venue: Once we were booked with the venue, Andrew was hands off and Samantha was introduced as our event manager. When I had questions regarding the event, Samantha was very accommodating and assisted us timely. Come the day of the details meeting, Samantha informs me that she will not be assisting us the day of as she will be transitioning to a different role and she would be succeeded by Kayla. Kayla led the meeting and was nice but a bit all over the place so I was not confident but I had faith in my interactions with Samantha thus far that she would be trained by the day of the wedding. Day of event: This is where things go downhill (a day you don t want it to go downhill). We arrive at the venue and nothing has been prepped for our event. Things we requested: ceremony seats for 30 guests, long table set up for our guests, and furniture moved. Things we saw when we got there: ceremony seats set up for about 100 guests, long table set up with skinny tables (really awkward for guest seating), and no furniture moved as we had discussed. Not only that, the event manager who was supposed to be there (Kayla) was no where to be seen (with no notice given either so this was quite upsetting). Really the star of turning this whole situation around was Daniel. My team was upset and we needed things to get turned around ASAP because there was less than 3 hrs to the event starting and lots of changes needed to be made. We had the groomsmen assist him on putting down chairs but he gave us access to tables and chairs as we needed to make sure the area was set up to how we had discussed in our details meeting. Overall, I want to give thanks and props to the Aristide staff that was assisting us that day for their positive, can-do attitudes in getting things done effectively and efficiently and for saving the day for us on the venue side. Daniel (real venue MVP staff) was integral in turning it all around for us and had he not been there I probably would ve been raising hell right now with these people. Not only that the bartender (Aaron, I think?) and waitstaff (Adrianna) were phenomenal! Not only did Daniel help us out with fixing things, he constantly made sure that I was attended to (as the bride) and that any issues I had were resolved ASAP. I ve heard from my photographer (who works with this venue frequently) that they have high turnover rate resulting in some of these scenarios and I truly hope for future brides that they have a Daniel on staff for their big day. I really wish I could get them 5 stars but can t help but feel that I was a bit shafted as a micro-wedding bride celebrating on a Monday, but it is what it is and we still ended up having a good day despite the mishap so 4 stars it is because it was good but not excellent.

We are getting married here next weekend and I seriously cannot wait!! The whole staff at Aristide Mansfield has been so wonderful, helpful, kind and accommodating in every way. We were originally supposed to get married in April, and when the pandemic hit we were very upset and stressed. The venue stepped in and helped me immediately postpone my date so we didnt have to worry about a thing! We were able to move all our vendors to this date too, and are so excited it is almost here! The venue is taking precautions to put health of their guests first such as sanitizer, staff wearing masks, eliminating self serving buffets, and helping with social distancing as much as possible. Samantha has answered all my calls and emails so quickly and is an absolute GEM. She has helped me with all of my changes and adjustments, and has the most positive and professional attitude at all times. My sister got married at a Walters Wedding Estates venue last year, and it was wonderful. Thank you to all the staff at all the venues for being so helpful, taking care of your clients, and making us feel so special on the most important day of our lives.

If youre considering this venue I highly recommend you keep looking. Theyve made whats supposed to be one of my daughters happiest days of her life a nightmare during this pandemic. Refusing to reschedule their special day until A WEEK before their date causing all kinds of last minute issues with guests coming from out of state, not to mention stressing the bride and groom out beyond what anyone should have to deal with during this time. It seems to be all about the money with them. Now, theyve agreed to reschedule but their original date was set for Sunday August 2nd, but only allowing them to pick a date in 2021 on a Monday through Thursday which is $1,500 less than a Sunday and refusing to refund the difference. My niece has been absolutely heartbroken over this venues unprofessional and inconsistent response to COVID19. Out of a guest list of over 100 people, less than half of her guests are currently going to be able to make it to her wedding because of travel quarantines, as well as the obvious safety issues. I saw in a previous review that Aristide chose to let another couple reschedule but are standing their ground on not letting my niece reschedule. How can that be excused? Why one couple and not another?! Not only does their refusal to reschedule show an inability to empathize with my niece and her entire family, it also clearly shows that Aristide doesnt care for the health and safety of their own staff. Whoever is making these decisions really needs to come to grips with todays reality, which is that its currently not safe to hold an event of over 100 people from all over the country during a global pandemic.

My best friends s daughter Nikki is getting married August 2nd. Due to Covid, I won t be able to make it and alot of people can t either. Lots stay out of state, and for me, I would have to make sure I self quarantine from work and my family after out of state trip for two weeks. That s why we were hoping the venue can reschedule where everyone can make it to a special day and be safe. It breaks my heart that the venue can t be rescheduled and I won t be able to make it. This place care more about the money they will make then the safety for everyone... My daughters wedding is scheduled for August 2 2020 for Gallegos party which was rescheduled from March due to covid 19 and now they are refusing to reschedule and it s I Humane for a bride and groom to have pain and suffering dealing with this stress of a venue when it s suppose to be the happiest day and enjoyable now it s horrid. What kind of greedy people are you that will allow such barbaric times! In Texas the numbers have been at the all time highest and is considered a hot spot and yet you see nothing wrong with this! Such outrage and humiliating in your part such greed as I mentioned prior. How are you ok with yourself does money mean more to you than good manners and value and doing the right thing? Apparently so it s just shocking for our family to see what is happening with the mental stability of everyone stressing out due to your negligence

We had our wedding moved from May 1st to July 24th because of COVID 19. We agreed and now fast forward we have half of our guest count not coming due to rising cases of Covid 19. The venue is money hungry and will not offer a full/partial refund or a date switch to our choosing to 2021. Horrible management and you can tell they are out for money and could care less about our wedding and the safety of the guests. We will be reporting to BBB and if so going to court because this is our hard earned money being stolen.

Aristide Mansfield is a part of the Walters wedding estates. This venue is very nice to you till you write them a check!!!! The coordinators are hard to get hold of/ they will never return your phone calls until your payment is due. First of all, covid-19 is a global pandemic. EVERYONE is affected! This is an emotional period in all of our lives. My sister is getting married at Aristide Mansfield.She was hoping the venue will be kind and caring just like they were acting when we toured the venue but nope they are unwilling to work with her with postponing our events because my sister and her fiancé have paid the venue in full. The options they were given were to either have their 300 guest wedding; putting all their guests at risk or walk away loosing thousands of dollars for an event they were not rendered any services to. Just because they signed a CONTRACT!! Friends, if you want to be treated like a person and not a contract please do not book this venue. They are cheats, they only care about themselves and not even their workers. The management are willing to put their workers at risk with no problems. Aristide Mansfield, your workers have family and loved ones too. My sister and her fiancé will just have to wait and have their wedding ruined by Aristide Mansfield. They are forced to have their wedding in a few weeks because they signed a contract. Meaning half of our family members coming from all around the world will be missing an event they have been looking forward to their whole lives. There are a lot of venues out there in the dfw metroplex that are willing to work with you. Other venues are rescheduling brides in 2021 with no extra charges, as they should during these hard and trying times. Aristide Mansfield/ Walters Wedding Estates is not the venue for you. Beware!! Beware!!

I would NEVER recommend this place! A friend of mine is due to get married at the end of May, just after the expected peak of COVID19 in Texas. Her wedding has 250 guests invited, and most of them (including her bridal party which includes myself, and immediate family members) are all from New York or overseas. It is very obvious that no matter what happens regarding social distancing regulations, it would be extremely wreckless (if even legally allowed) for anyone to host a 250 person event that soon. This venue has allowed brides having events up to May 20th to reschedule their events without issue. Given that her wedding is only 10 days later, she simply wants to change the date, and that nearly ALL of her guests have to travel from high-risk places, one would think that this venue would be considerate of the circumstances and allow her to reschedule. However, they refuse. They clearly only care about money and themselves. They are willing to not only put 250 guests at risk (let s be honest if 25% of them even showed up it would be shocking), but also the well being of their staff members and vendors who would have to work the wedding. As a professional in the service industry, I have never in my life experienced working with anyone who cares this little about their client relationships. It is absolutely sickening that these people are happy to ruin what should be the best day of someone s life, and not even offer them a single dime of their money back. I can only imagine how many couples have been affected by this irresponsible service from this venue. Do yourself a favor and book your wedding at a venue who truly cares about you.

***LONG REVIEW ALERT*** Aristide Mansfield was hands down the best decision I made (right behind my groom and dress choice) throughout the whole wedding/wedding planning experience! It was the first and ONLY venue tour I booked! I knew right away, this was it! They absolutely did not disappoint! The first half of my experience I was working with Audra, a true gem! That woman is so amazing, so down to Earth, shes real with you, no pitch or salesman vibe, she was laid back but at the same time definitely had her stuff together and was on top of it all. Its hard to put into words, just know shes the bomb! The second half of my experience (and actual wedding day) I worked with Karissa. I cannot even type out all of the amazing comments and feedback I got from not just my family and wedding party, but the guests even noticed how wonderful she was! I could never thank her enough for everything she did! The food was amazing, we chose to do the buffet style with Milestone. The bar package was perfect. We opted for an inside wedding even though it was a very tough decision because of the drop dead gorgeous landscaping and outside. You just never know with Texas weather! The room flip went flawlessly. The bridal suite is a dream! The groom suite is a little on the smaller side so if you have a big wedding party keep that in mind but guys usually dont need a ton of room anyway! I also chose to have my bridal portrait photo shoot session at the venue 6 weeks prior to my wedding day. They completely shut it down for me so there were not any tours or anyone there to worry about, without me even asking! We had the whole place to ourselves and it made the photo shoot that much more enjoyable, fun, stress free and memorable. I do have to mention, one of my favorite aspects was the communication. I called, I emailed, and I even texted (a lot) all with immediate and helpful responses. You can really tell the staff up there is like a little family and they are so down to Earth and really make you feel like youre apart of the family too. I would book with Aristide Mansfield 1,000 times over again. Im actually going to miss working with them! It makes me sad! Theyre amazing! If youre engaged and planning your wedding (or other event), dont stress yourself out! Aristide Mansfield was my one-and-done so check them out! I bet theyll be your one-and-done too!

I love this venue. Our wedding was on 4.26.19 and all of our guests were amazed that this gem is hidden in Mansfield. We received so many compliments on this venue! Our day of coordinator Annabelle and her team were amazing! If my husband and I could get married again I would choose this place over and over.

Aristide Mansfield was absolutely amazing!!! From the first moment I stepped into the beautiful venue, I fell in love with it! Their staff is the best ever, especially Audra Richardson. She ran my wedding and was so insanely helpful!!!! All the girls there were!!! I am a little detailed oriented and like to be very organized. I emailed them probably at least 3 times a week with various questions. They always responded asap and answered everything thoroughly. Audra and her assistant even saved my dress that night! I had a zipper malfunction but they worked together and managed to come up with a plan to fix it promptly. <3 We decided to use the in house catering, which turned out great! It was all very delicious and the chefs were extremely kind. Everyone had a great time. Our 1 and only complaint about it all was the left over policy... Which is a pretty common policy but I still feel it is a little unfair... If there is left over food, you are not allowed to take it home due to a liability issue. I personally think that is ridiculous. If I paid for it, I should get to take it home. And if they are worried about people leaving the food out too long and getting sick and trying to sue, they should have a waiver to sign stating they cant sue, and to at least let the bride and groom take all the left overs. However, I feel like I would have ran into this same issue no matter what caterer we went with, so its whatever. I just strongly encourage everyone who is trying to decide on the catering to ask their candidates lots and lots of questions about their policies. Their pricing is a little higher than some other venues, but it is a BEAUTIFUL VENUE! And the amazing staff totally makes it worth the little bit extra you pay!! I highly, highly recommend this venue to everyone! Theyre extremely helpful and made the planning process easy, its absolutely gorgeous venue, and it is super easy to get to off of Hwy 287! If you are planning a wedding, definitely go check them out, you wont regret it!!!!

Our son had his Prom through school at this facility. Unfortunately he has to eat gluten free. I called the facility and explained our situation that he couldn t have the Parmesan chicken and asked if they could allow us to drop off grilled chicken for him. They were not willing to accommodate us at all. If you have food allergies do not use this place or expect any help from them.

I was hesitant to share, but I feel that other couples should be well aware of the condition of the venue before taking the time to visit. Yes, on pictures it is beautiful, however after a quick tour, we eliminated this as a venue option. I was really excited to tour Aristide as I thought that this would be our place. We had tried several times over the course of a few weeks to schedule an appointment, but finally the day of our tour came. Immediately upon arrival, I noticed my first red flag that caught my attention before entering the building, the wood fence enclosure intended to hide the garbage was broken and leaning outwards; defeating the whole purpose of hiding unsightly items. It appears that it has been that way a while. I shrugged it off and thought, If thats going to be my only complaint, thats not so bad. Once we stepped inside, our noses were immediately assaulted with a sewage odor. I initially assumed that I was just being overly sensitive, but when my fiance leaned in and asked me if I was smelling what he was smelling, I knew it had to be just as bad as I thought it was. I started to immediately think how my guests would have reacted walking into the venue, and how if we chose this place, we would forever be associated with that smelly wedding. There were snacks available on the welcome table, but I couldnt even bring myself to taste one with the odor in my nose. Walking around the venue, the location appeared to be lacking in maintenance. Amongst many other details that caught my eye, there was the dirty mirror in the hall, non-functioning light bulbs in the bathroom, a non-functional fountain outside, faded wicker furniture by the fireplace. Re-entering the building from outside, we were bombarded with that sewage odor again. We didnt even make it to the ball room before we had seen enough. My conclusion after this visit was, if its like this during a tour, when a venue is supposed to be putting their best foot forward, I cannot image what it would be like on the day of our special event. Details speak so loudly about an individual or entity. I dont really want to take the risk of setting myself up for disappointment on a once-in-a-lifetime event, especially after seeing the additional reviews critiquing communication, service, and rigid set of rules.

The venue was beautiful inside and out! You get the entire building and the grounds to yourself when you rent. Everything was carefully maintained and kept up to date. There are a few restrictions (like the time to enter venue and catering), but everything is laid out in the contract and the coordinators made sure to go over it all before you sign. Both Annabelle and Janelle were amazing in how responsive they were in communication, keeping me updated with everything going on during the wedding, and keeping my nerves at bay!

The venue is beautiful and the food is delicious. But please make sure that you are getting married for certain. Because if you for any reason need to cancel they will not refund any of your money back to you. So, the catering they will not give you and service or provide any food and still require you to pay. The venue will not be used and they will still require you to pay. Complete rip off and no compromise. Horrible customer service, I would not recommend to anyone.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE ARISTIDE MANSFIELD VENUE. It is a breathtaking venue. My husband and I got married there 3/15/18 and everyone loved the beauty this venue obtains. I searched all across DFW area to find an affordable (BOOK ON A WEEKDAY) and beautiful venue that would enhance our dream wedding and Aristide Mansfield was the place! From the beginning, we were always well accommodated and taken care of. The day of the wedding Audra and Courtney were the MVPs! They went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding went smoothly! Audra and Courtney knew exactly what they were doing and got everyone on the same page. The venue itself fit our huge wedding party so well also. I had 13 bridesmaids and my husband had 13 groomsmen. The suites for our wedding parties were a perfect size! I would pick them again if I had to do it all over again. LOVE THIS PLACE.

Bad impression before I even got to view the place! I am on WeddingWire, where I have talk to many wedding vendors. All have gotten back to me in a timely manner and have followed up with me. I even got a kind good luck on my engagement and marriage from vendors when I told them they were out of budget for me. But Aristide reads my messages and has yet to respond. Poor communication before even viewing the venue is ridiculous. Yeah it s pretty, I drive past it everyday but after reading the reviews, I am glad I didn t even waste my time setting up a tour. If you can t do your job, get another one! Weddings are supposed to be special and it sounds like y all just ruin it for a handful of brides. All your replies back to people are snarky and rude and you try to hide bad reviews. But I will make sure I tell every soon to be bride I know not to book here. Find a new career- rent the space out to a wedding venue that is actually going to do their job!

My best friend had her wedding planned here but they weren t willing to take off enhancements on the contact and there s nothing against enhancements originally on the contact so they are holding her deposit and won t give it back. Definitely won t recommend this place to anyone. Sorry Aristide
