Affordable Family Fun! I had a blast with my family. I love the packaged options that are available to choose from and it is affordable. Bowling and Laser Tag were super fun. The foods were so yummy. The Super Nachos were really good it enough for 3 people to eat from. I will put Alley Cats in rotation for fun things to do. Highly recommend

bumping into each other as the staff goofed off and didnt take their jobs seriously. Unfortunately, I was soon about to become a victim of their carelessness.A Go-Cart suddenly came up from behind me, hitting me from behind. Frustrated, I approached the staff to report the accident, but to my disappointment, they did nothing. They didnt even apologize for the incident. But that wasnt all. After checking my account, I was shocked to see that I had received two Xs on my ticket.I was even more frustrated now. Not only had they ignored my accident, but they had also docked two Xs from my account. I tried to explain to them that I had been hit from behind and didnt do anything wrong, but they just shrugged and continued on, not taking any accountability for their carelessness. I was furious.I knew that I had to take matters into my own hands and speak to the manager. I made my way to the managers office, hoping that he could rectify the situation. I explained the entire situation, detailing how I had been struck from behind and how the staff had done nothing to address the issue, instead docking two Xs from my account.The manager listened patiently, nodding in understanding. However, to my disappointment, he didnt do anything about it either. He mumbled something about how it was policy and that there was nothing he could do. I was fed up with their lack of accountability and responsibility.

Nice inexpensive place to take the family or a quick date night, or even hang with a few friends. Bowling, mini golf, games, batting cages, etc., were all available, and we did it all. We ordered fried pickles, wings, and nachos, and they were all good. This was my family, and I 1st visit, and we will be back!!

I mean.. its a game room. Seems clean enough. I know all arcades use the digital cards.... But. That gives the kids NO SENSE of the amount of $$ they spend (the real reason)... if they had a bucket of tokens, theyd get an idea of the extent of money each different game costs, right ? Just like a Credit Card, swipe the magic card, that never ends ! Yes, us parents should limit and teach them (I do), about what each and Every swipe of that card means. Anyway. Nice place, they liked the rock wall and laser tag. Daughter actually won a Stanley Thermos on her 1st game. Well come back...

Ive had a company outing and had a birthday event for one of my children. Its got everything you would need for entertainment and everyone that works there is friendly. I would highly recommend if youre for something to do indoors during the summer heat.

Attended a birthday party for a young girl. The Hostess was fantastic and kept the kiddos going through their frames. Party rooms arnt the largest but provide plenty of room for a modestly sized group. The outside patio area provides a great place to relax and step away if needed. The arcade area was a great time and my daughter nearly exhausted herself zipping from one game to the next with friends or by herself. The prize attendants are exceptional and were happy to help correct a malfunction that could have otherwise soured her mood. Food prices are about what you expect from a Fun Center but they dont skimp on sharable portion size. All in all, a great afternoon! Sidenote: Know and keep an eye on your time slot in the party room. Nobody wants to have to rush out of a joint so it can be cleaned for the next batch of folks.

Get the Best Day Ever Pass and spend a few hours here - totally worth it. Having unlimited access the mini golf, bowling, laser tag (we didn t do test this out), and having a preloaded arcade card was a great way to spend 4ish hours for two of us. The place seems a lot bigger once you find the mini golf area (which was a little hard to find from the inside of the place). Also, the shareable snacks that they have are definitely shareable size. We got the loaded fries, and it was like a whole plate filled with fries, bacon, and cheese. The two of us made them our lunch for the day - that s how big the plate was. I would like to note that Alley Cats is more aimed towards families, so there are a lot more kid arcade games/prizes, so just a heads up for expectations rather than expecting a more Dave&Busters vibe. Other than a few small things, we had a great date on an early Saturday afternoon. It wasn t super packed, so there wasn t lines for anything. Still highly recommend checking out their deals/packages and planning to come to the venue a little earlier in afternoon!

This was our first time visiting Alley Cats in Arlington with our grandchildren. The experience with them was a good one. We enjoyed the arcade and the mini golf. However I ordered 2 pretzels with cinnamon... I was served burned pretzels covered in an abundance of cinnamon... I waited 10 minutes before getting the pretzels which were over cooked and too hard to pull apart and eat.

Loved the bowling alley when I went with just my daughter. We enjoyed bowling and the arcade. Went a recently again to go mini golfing with my daughter and husband. The courses were well kept. Our only complaint was other parents not watching their kids and allowing them to run all over the course and through peoples shots.

We had a wonderful time, but it is super pricey for a short amount of time playing bowling. $140-$180 for a group of eight people just for bowling. We only played like 30 minutes or less. In addition, I understand you got busy last night on 4/20. This is for the staff there is a more nicer way to tell others like sorry/excuse me we got busy could you please move out of the line for others to use instead of straightly saying MOVE we need to use this lane for other guests . The staff he was rude and should work on customer service.

Feel like I got ripped off at the prize counter. She kept telling me I had about 10 points less than the machines were telling me. Ten points doesnt seem like much, but it did put me in one higher level of prizes. I went ahead and got a prize at the amount she said, then went back to one of the reloading machines to see what the balance was. I should have had 1 point left from what she told me, but I had 11. I knew she was wrong by 10 points, but I couldnt convince her. I had fun playing with the machines, but that discrepancy bothers me.

This place seems to have had a recent staff upgrade. ALL of the people we came in contact with were pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. Nobody was on their phone or hiding from the customers. It was such a nice refreshing change from what seems to have become the norm. The rock climbing helper encouraged my grandchildren when one became frightened and she instructed them on how to maneuver. She was so kind. The night was fun for all four generations of gamers thanks to the staff.

I want to give a shout-out to someone who made my day. It was my wifes birthday, and i brought the rest of the family-12- to play some games. She wanted something from the bar. Papa Bear, thank you. You made her day. It might have been just a drink or two, maybe four, but your friendly and happy attitude went a long way. You gave her a great 50th birthday. When we go out, we notice that some employees go to work and look like they hate their job. They make us feel we are not welcome, and we dont come back. We will be back.

My granddaughter had her birthday party there...what a horrible experience!! The pizza was half cooked, the staff was lazy, and continued to lean over the tables doing nothing. They were NOT organized and CHUCK E. CHEESE would have been better. For $300+, the kids had to eat on the freaking floor because there was A/C in the damn rooms!! We are from out of town, recently visited family out there, on our last day we had about 4 hours to kill before going to the airport, you can easily kill alot more than that here.... was a wonderful place to kill the time with my kiddo and a grown man who acts like a kid lol ... also definitely check out their website deals ontop of the deals inside,
