manager mad because i immediately returned a appetizer tom yum soup that wasnt filled all the way to the top i said can you fill it up! she said i dont want to serve you and dont do that no more! The heck she think she talking to first of all and secondly you dont half ah serve somebody charging full price. my children and i just came last week and i got the same thing and the bowl was a decent size! bet she wouldn t talk and treat another nationality in that manner! You mad because i came back and asked why, people got a lot of nerve! definitely wont spend another dime there!

Been here a few times, were repeat customers so Im going to tell you already that Id suggest going here. Food recommendations: Beef Meatball Pho - any pho bowl, the small is plenty! The broth is clear & is delicious! Grilled Pork Spring Rolls - favorite, we love how the wrapper never seems dried out. Had this issue at other places. Banh Mi - both the grilled pork or chicken are a good choice. Good amount of filling protein & veggies where its not just veggies or all bread. Food comes out quickly. Service is hit & miss where they are attentive & other times they are okay, Ive even tried to see if the less attentive times where when they were busy but that wasnt the case. On more than one occasion weve had to ask for water refills. Also, sometimes we come to dirty/sticky menus. Not sure whats going on there. Overall, still a good place. Most of my experiences have been pleasant but just trying to be fair & pointing out some things that could be better if more consistent.

The girl with the glasses was rude. It started off ok at first. She kept coming over repeatedly asking me if I was ready to order, right after I had ordered my appetizer. I became stern with her and told her I would let her know when I was ready. She gave me to another server as if I was in the wrong. The next server was sweet. But I will never come back here again.

They have the busboy serving the food. I ordered the pho, which was bland. Spilled the hot pho broth down my leg. The busboy didn t apologize. When telling the waiter to get a wet paper towel or cloth to wipe my leg, she tended to clean the table first. Then apologized. Worst experience ever and the food isn t that great. It s ok at best.

Wouldnt recommend dining here. The attitude of the male waiter is really bad! Even though we were still looking at the menu, he kept urging us to order. While still eating, he asked us if we wanted a box to to go. Everything was rushed and the experience was really bad. The food here is still very different from the original one, with smaller portions and more expensive prices. If you really want to eat pho, I suggest you go to the original one. Good service, fast and cheaper than here.

This was a nice experience. We were welcomed & seated immediately, even during lunch. Our waitress made sure to wipe off our table before we sat down. The food came out in a timely manner. The decor was very nice also. Our appetizer came out at the same time as our food, but it was still fast. The only complaint is that my beef & broccoli. The broccoli was streaming hot, but my beef was cold. I dont know how that happens. But she corrected it. Everything was well seasoned. Well be back to try more things on the menu.

The food was GREAT. They leave you alone while you are eating and if you need them super easy to get their attention. The food came out very quick and was delicious. I definitely recommend this place for a date, nice get together, meeting place, or even just to dine by yourself. The atmosphere was AMAZING. Super calm and waitresses were very nice. If you ever have the chance you must come here. I would have taken a picture but I have already ate everything. It is VERY FILLING. Parking: The parking lot was super easy to get to and was free. Kid-friendliness: Nothing bad in there I would take kids in there all the time.

Doors locked and staff only look at me from inside. They don t signal that they closed early. Another customer arrives, too, expecting they re open. Their edited door sign for open times Clearly say closed at 8:30p but it was 8:15p when I arrived at their establishment. I ll take down this review if they can explain themselves.

I thought I would give them a 2nd try.....I should have followed my first mind. I cant believe the underlying racism from the ViNamese culture that I received. I am African American and I had to ask for EVERYTHING. They didnt bother to even offer me water until I asked. The chicken in the Pho was so tuff and they didnt even understand what I said when I mentioned it. After paying for my food the lady wouldnt even put it in a bag for me but she bagged the young white ladies food that was behind me. She had the nerve to tell me no asked her to. I told her the young lady didnt ask you and you did it. Needless to say the service was AWFUL and the food was sub-par. NEVER GOING BACK. Say it loud IM BLACK AND IM PROUD

Will never be back here . Placed an order then had a serious emergency where I had to deal with in that exact moment ..went past the time to pick it up bc I hadn t had time to cancel and got harassed with phone calls back to back, answered to say I m sorry and had to cancel and the lady on the phone starts yelling at me to come pick it up when I just explained I couldn t because I m at the hospital ! I have had PLENTY Pho places, but with this 1, 1st: the atmosphere is cozy. 2: Family oriented and kid friendly. Staff was being them usual staff as Asians ( working hard ), some, NOT ALL friendly, but they greet & welcome u in. 3: we went there for Pho, which NEVER disappoints! 4: I WONT get the shrimp tempura again, NO can do! NOT your normal tempura ( straight & devained ). 5: FYI: the chicken dumplings WEREN T pan seared ENOUGH for me. TBH, I think they were freezer burnt (see pics) & there mixed with veggies in the inside. I ve had BETTER. They WERENT nasty, just WASNT what I was expecting, compared to my past experiences other places. I wanted to try a fresh smoothie, but it s cold, so I just drinked my juice from Pho. Overall, it was good experience, but I just what NOT to get next time. GREAT location & PLENTY parking. Medium size place and clean.

This pho place is really good, compared to all the pho places in arlington this one is hands down the best. Their meatballs are fresh and not hard or rubbery like other places. The broth comes hot and the portions are nice and big for the price! Their sweet tea is also really good btw. 10/10

They dont have a published menu with prices online and Im guessing its because of the prices. I had the noodles and sliced beef and a drink, and total was $21 (to go). I dont mind paying this much if there is something extraordinary about the food, but this was simply okay. The meat was really thin and not much of it and the noodles tasted like panda express which I dont even like. I wont be returning or recommending. They need to realistically reprice their menu if they want to stay in business.

Have been going for months and at one point would come in with my boyfriend and eat once to twice a week food has went downhill meat especially seafood taste and feels frozen service was terrible even though we tip high every-time the whole staff was rude and refused to make a new bowl for my partner and I after we noticed it had pork and did not want pork added in our pho bowl. The response to our request and issue was handled very rudely and was no help we were told that we needed to buy what we got and if we wanted the correct bowl it would be an extra charge for a whole brand new order on top of the already $45 tab. We weren t checked on and very negative body language and looks were given amongst others in the restaurant being treated differently these people are RACIST! Was not happy at all to be treated the way we did while seeing the other people of Asian descent being accommodated and checked frequently throughout their visit yet not given the same care and attention even being regulars. Do not recommend this place is on the decline find BETTER!

Went to Pho Palace 2 for the first time today for a team lunch; It was great! Service was nice, fast, and attentive. I d never had the Shrimp Tum Yum (pho) dish before but the broth was packed with flavor! Egg rolls were fresh and crispy; the dipping sauce made it even better. I had the #31 on their fresh Fruit blends - not bad, but different. I will definitely be back to try a few more of their menu items.

Was a regular here but will never go again. My usual order is the spicy basil flat noodle and this time it was incredibly bland. Which is fine things happen but when complaining about it the lady came out and started berating us about how it s always been that way and they simply cannot do anything about it. We asked them to at least re make it but they refused saying that there was no point since that s how they always make it. We asked for at least an exchange if possible which they did but still charged us for the noodle. Judging by their other reviews customer service (especially from the lady) is not their strong suit. Their mediocre food doesn t make up for how bad their customer service is.

My family and I absolutely love this place. The food is always so fresh and delicious. It s a healthier option to (most) places. The staff is friendly! I believe it is Vietnamese culture to not bother you during your meal as much as possible. (That s at least my knowledge from visiting Japan which I know is completely different but maybe have this in common?) So don t expect to be checked on 100 times, I personally appreciate this. If you do need something it is easy to get their attention and they are very sweet whenever you do need anything. We have never had a bad experience and have been coming often ever since they opened a location in Mansfield. Before that we always went to their Arlington location.

Rude as hell... Definitely some racial discrimination. I walked in an hour prior to closing and the lady upfront made me well aware of that. My guest asked a question about the menu and the waitress smirked and flipped her menu over. We asked for mkre time and she just walked off. I am torn. On one hand the food is great, pho made fresh with rich soup and amazing taste. On the other hand, the service is non-existent. Maybe the waitress is having a bad day, but she barely spoke to us during the order, gave us 2 water for 3 people, didn t provide straws, didn t check in us at all during the meal. Matter of fact she never came back to the table again. Gentlemen from the kitchen brought us food, which again is fabulous. To be fair the owner did come check on our table once. So yeah I m torn.

Terrible service, I m astonished by how they handled a simple error in ordering since they have two shrimp spring rolls, one has pork and For religious reasons I don t eat that. When I brought this to the waiter s attention her reaction was livid. I repeated what I ordered and literally showed them the menu. She had lots of back talk for something so simple. They made this mistake twice and then while taking my little girl to the bathroom really quickly they cleared out table. Then they took 45 min to give me my last order which I paid for. I was so frustrated that when the lady at the register Rudely asked me if I would like a refund I was relieved. What a disappointment.

The food was on point but I didnt feel welcomed or appreciated as a customer. I ordered X29 and asked if it could be made into a combination plate (adding chicken and shrimp) The gentleman who took my order was great and initially he wasnt sure so he wanted to check which I had no problem with. He goes and brings back a lady Im assuming to be the manager and I tell her what I want. She says no me dont have combination and say Ill pay the upcharge for the additional. She looks confused at first and then tells me that its going to be Expensive Ok, so it ends up being $5 for each addition. That was the 1st hurdle. 2nd hurdle I come back to pick up my food and I ask if they added fish sauce for the egg rolls the gentleman showed me it was added in to the container holding my egg rolls I starting to say thank you and the manager interjects and says no and looking at him in her language Im assuming that there is a charge for the fish sauce. Im already aggreviated and the gentleman stepped in and said something to her in their language No leave it again assuming but that was the just. The thing is if someone is willing to pay for good food presented the way they want, Why would you try to make them feel bad about ordering it Im paying for it. Ill end with this. If I were someone else would she have acted that way... Hmmm I wonder

My pho was pretty good. Nice savory broth and tender meat. They only give you one lime wedge, 4 jalapeno coins and thats about it. My wifes shrimp fried rice and egg rolls were at best, pedestrian. The thing that does this place in however is their ugly attitude. I told the waitress I needed about an extra minute and i got an ugly look and she just turned and walked away. Then as I ordered, I wanted to place an order for take out as well and before I could even tell her this, she already was starting to walk away, With that sour look on her face. No smiles, they didnt even ask me how my meal was upon paying. That ugliness doesnt change the taste of the food, but it does change the mood of me eating there.

Been here several times and never really liked this place much. Unfortunately, Mansfield is very limited in terms of decent, healthy restaurants, so we go back once in a while. We will not return here again after our experience today. Ordered a rice/veggie dish and asked for less sauce. After the dish was brought out waiter apologized that this did not happen and said sorry, next time. There was a hair found in the soup ordered. Notified the lady at the register who said ok. Never offered to re-make the bowl or discount. Very unfriendly staff. Customer service is definitely low on their priority.

I would give a very fair review of our experience after eating here about 5+ times. The service from the initial staff you encounter who take the order is very concerning. There seems to be a racial discrimination and behaviour towards people of colour at this place which needs to be brought to the attention of agencies regulating Food service in Texas. It is very unacceptable considering how tasty most of their foods are but how unacceptable their service is..the lady that took our order on Sunday August 7th at 12:55pm was the last straw that broke the camels back. She was harsh, impatient and almost felt bothered that our amily of 5 came to eat there..she used an inappropriate tonation, essentially just took away the menu and walked off. If she was having a bad day, I can understand but considering this has happened to us several times while their service to other people( upon observation) is more courteous. Our next concern will be escalated up for a review of the discriminatory practices at this place of business . I would sincerely hope they do better

Got to-go order last weekend and it was an awful experience. The lady was rudeeee. For to-go order when I did not tip, she saw that and gave me that look. I mean I know I am not a great fan of tipping. When I drive down and walk in to a restaurant to pick up a product I ordered why should I tip. Are you opening a restaurant to sell your food or live on tips? This is just crazy. Food quantity was also not that great for a 17$ dinner dish. Quality was okay and not exceptional. I dont get the hype for a 15-20$ dinner dish for a noodle place. And did I say the lady was rude and unfriendly.. yes I did. I know some people will say that Im misconstruding and that is their culture. But Ive lived enough to see and know a couple of things to dobut Ive lived enough to know a couple of things to two. Personally, not worth my money for pho bc I enjoy veggie pho with no tofu, mushrooms or the other veggie meat offered. I requested extra veggies but did not receive them. So I paid regular price $16 for noodles & 4-5 pieces of broccoli & shredded carrots. I know a place in Bedford that I love love love but no longer live in that area so still searching for a replacement.

The pho soup was good, I wish it had more flavor to it. The wontons were smaller than I have seen at other places. The banh mi was real good and Id give that a 4. Id likely go back for that, but not for soup.

Best Vietnamese food I ve ever had at a restaurant. Went with a Vietnamese friend who makes the best spring rolls and these were very close. Had Pho and a few appetizers and it was all very good. They were closing when we came in but the service and food was still excellent. Definitely going back.

My wife and I attempted to try out this restaurant. We waited for 10 to 15 minutes before anybody came to our table. We had a couple questions regarding the menu. The server who was an older lady gave us a short rude answer and immediately left our table to go help another customer. We walked out. Really poor service.

I felt like the menu is slightly changed to cater to taste of non asian customers which is sad. Its a pho restaurant and food should remain authentic to its culture. Service was quick. Food was decent. Clean and sanitized. Reasonable prices. I prefer the original location to this one in Mansfield, even though sometimes it is not consistent enough for me.

The pho was awesome sorry for no pics but once it got to the table I started eating because it smelled so good and the fried egg rolls were great as well and the service was superb. Overall this place is great wish I had a pic to show but everything looked and smelled so good I pigged out.

I have been to this location before and had an ok experience. I actually liked the food ... This time was different!!! I invited a friend to try the place out and I was embarrassed that I even recommended that we go there ! The waiter was so rude he did not want to answer any questions. Something was not cooked properly so we asked for it to be taken back and was told we still had to pay for it even though we obviously did not eat it !! Please don t get me started on the older lady at the register! She looked as if she was already annoyed as we walked up and mumbled something. We noticed the young guy had went back to her several times when we discussed the food being on the ticket still so we figured it was because of that. We were never rude to anyone regardless of the service we received but the two people we came in contact with made sure we will never return!!!

The food was great, but the service was not. I had went there with my friend and I noticed that the waitress was more interactive with her than myself. I brushed it off, but it s very hard supporting businesses where you re treated like you re less than the moment you walk in. It s clear that this establishment isn t fond of African Americans, but I guess there s no surprise there.

Its sad that after all the years of supporting this restaurant I will no longer be eating here because of the rude older woman that works the front. Everything was always great until she started working with customers. Regardless, I had kept coming here because my daughter loves their smoothies and fried rice. (But lately the fried rice has become very oily) The treatment I get by this woman is straight up awful and has been consistent. At first I thought she was having a bad day, and then I thought maybe it was a language barrier. But I have been in there countless times and she still proceeds to give me trouble and is extremely rude when I order fried rice with tofu. Ive tried several times to understand how she wants me to order it. She acts offended every time I try to order. One time I took some guests with us to dine in and this woman was rude because we wanted to order our drinks first while they browsed the menu. Its sad that I can no longer support this place because of how this woman treats customers. Its 2021 and this behavior is no longer acceptable.

I dont normally leave reviews but I have to alert others of the inconsistency and treatment that I have received recently. Up until yesterday, I was a regular at this restaurant for 5 years but within the last three weeks my treatment at this restaurant drastically changed. Even though I order the same meal off the menu for years, they purposely started messing with my order, the menu does not specifically state how items will be prepped and its often confusing but that as practical as I am it never bothered me. The older lady who works behind the counter has evolved into a extremely rude and tacky person, I dont speak Vietnamese but the last few weeks when I enter she screams something out to the staff and then walks away from behind the counter, refusing to speak to me, because I have been visiting this restaurant for 5 years, I just thought that maybe she was just having a few bad days but yesterday when I entered, she let out an exasperated sigh and screamed something out again. When another gentlemen walked in she purposely looked over me and asked him what he would like to order. I then looked at her and asked did she not see me standing there for about 3 minutes? She then summoned another person to take my order but I just walked out. It was not the guys fault by any means but he was of a different gender/skin color. Despite my loyalty to this restaurant for years, they will never get another dime from me and I truly hope that others are treated kindly, and fairly if they choose to visit this establishment.

Good service and great food. First time eating at this restaurant. We tried 5 different dishes off the menu and they all surpassed our expectations. Lots of vegetarian options and my 9 year old like the kids menu and the food. This was a walk-in once and youll be back experience. We will be going back.

The food is incredible. I had the PI (a meat pho) and it rocked. They had so many different options -- rice plates, noodle dishes, etc. We all (6 of us) had something different and we were all blown away. And the price was beyond reasonable.

The last 3 visits have been so bad. The fried rice was saturated with grease. I was spooning it into a pool at the bottom. The A6 spring rolls are now half the size they used to be but twice the regular price. $5.00 for juice that was sour. So over $20.00 just for juice that was bad. Then the wall at our booth all up and down was greasy. They did not clean it. Service however is great, but I will not return.

I LOVE this place!! I actually ate there once a day one week. Vietnamese is my favorite food. Every time I feel less than amazing, this food uplifts me. It tastes great and is served with a hidden smile. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good Asian food, especially someone who has wanted to try Vietnamese food. I particularly enjoy the Pork Noodle Soup with Wontons. Yum!!!

I discovered this place stopping by Kroger on my way home from work and when I exited my car, I smelled something delightful. Made a mental note to check it out before I left. I was hungry so I decided to stop in. I was not disappointed. I ordered the avocado spring rolls with peanut sauce and wasnt sure what to expect but they were yummy. The eggplant dish was also very flavorful and everything tastes so fresh. Ive been back many times and introduced my hubby and hes also a fan.

I have eaten at less expensive pho restaurants before, and I have eaten at more expensive one, but this one provides an acceptable price without sacrificing QUALITY. In the middle of the day the Pho broth is full flavored with great depth. First time eating here, and I will try to wait until next week before coming back. Wish me luck.

This place always serves up fresh, delicious food. A good variety of appetizer rolls, soups and stir fry dishes. The soups are the specialty, but everything is fabulous. The place is clean and the service is on point. Perfect place for couples or families.
