This was the worst experience Ive had at this Texas roadhouse! We came here for our nieces birthday. We were a party of 22-23. They let the host make a reservation but then once we were all getting seated we were short one seat, the employees started getting mad and said that they dont accommodate big parties. And we ask if we could just add another chair to the end of the table and they say no, so we had to all get up and move to a different table. Then we start ordering and we ask the server if she would like to know who will be on each bill. (To help ease the process of separating and splitting the checks at the end of our dinner.) She refused. At the end of our dinner she said the bills would be split by table. Different families were mixed up within these different tables. So we had to stay about an extra hour after we had finished our meal to help the girl figure out who ordered what and who was with who. Oh and I also found a hair in my food. So needless to say dont waste your time coming here. The food was mediocre and the service WAS HORRIBLE!

So it was date night, my wife and I thought let s go to roadhouse, usually good. Not today, my steak was extremely overcooked, meanwhile my wife reluctantly ate her dinner. 45 minutes later, my dinner was ready, which at that point I was frustrated and ready to go home. So here we are 3 hours later still hungry and trying to figure out what I should eat, it is it too late???

This is my favorite Restaurant, and I hate to give it 1 star and willing to change it after but please assign another person to place customers at tables , the big girl that is there now forgot about us for a good 20min even after we reserved on the way there , patrón after patrón kept getting seated and when we asked she said yall are next , 10 minutes later, we asked again she got an attitude, printed the ticket and didnt say a word or even looked our direction. Please fix .

We had the best service experience ever tonight at the Texas RoadHouse in Mansfield with Casey as our waiter!! Seriously the best waiter I have ever had. He was so sweet and got to know us, checked on us regularly, what above and beyond to try to find me a menu item that he wasn t familiar with but that I had had at another Texas RoadHouse in a different state. I can t say enough good things to describe the experience I had tonight! Thank you so much, Casey! You were amazing and I really enjoyed meeting you!

Weve been going to Texas Roadhouse for about 15 years and this was by far the worst experience that weve had. The previous visit was almost as bad. If this had been the first time we went, we would never have returned. My husband always orders his New York Strip well done with a char. It usually comes out very tasty and tender. But this time it was neither. It was medium at best, with no char and flavor. It had lots of fat and gristle and was very tough. They offered to take it back and cook it longer, but that would only have made it tougher. We are normally not complainers about our food, but felt that this time we needed to speak up. We feel blessed to be able to have a meal out. But when you pay $60 for a meal (which is a lot for us), you expect to get a quality meal.

Im always happy with the location. Had a minor problem at my last visit. We were seated in a hot area, although it was just hot there, the waitress did indicate that the air conditioning was on and to be moved we had to wait 30min more (I wasnt the only one in that area to mention this). We stayed since we waited so long already but hope they fix the issue.

It was date night with my husband, we put ourselves on the wait list online and arrived in time to be seated within a few minutes of walking in. Not bad at all for a Saturday night! Waited for a table over an hour, kept being told we were next, as they kept seating large families who came in long after we did. Then, to top off our poor experience, a manager had the nerve to ask us to please move outside because we were blocking the rolls!!! After an hour of standing in the same spot! Ribeye steak had waaaaay too much fat, grizzly all over it, asked for it to be cooked medium rare came out nearly rare. Bbq chicken sandwich was very plain and sloppy for such a small bun. Horrible. Rude management that curses at customers when they tell them that there is poop and pee all over the restroom. Spoke to the owner, Casey, he didnt care at all just said how embarrassed his manager Kelsey was. As she should be for yelling amd cursing in my face. Never will we be back. There was no resolution, a half apology. Unacceptable. Not the first bad experience but Ive never been yelled at the way I was by the manager at this location.

Friend found a fingernail in his water that came with a lemon. The Blooming onion had hair in it. The Macaroni and cheese didnt have any cheese in it. It was just, like, heavy cream or something. The only reason we didnt complain to get different food or a free meal is because we assumed the rest of the food would be just as bad. I wonder what it looks like back in the kitchen?

Came here to celebrate a birthday. Wait time was 45 minutes to an hour. This place is loud and crowded. Over 100 degrees today and the air conditioning was not operating at 100 percent. We left the establishment. The host was rude Lied about our name on the list. And when confronted denied the allegation. When we asked for the manager they hesitated and went to talking with each other. This is by far the worse customer service ever experienced. Daniela is not the first person you should see when walking in the restaurant. This is not the first time weve had issues at this restaurant. Guaranteed. U cant make reservation. But you can call in 2 hrs in advance and put your name on the list. But it does not guarantee the time to be seated that you wish. Direct quote. Id have to say common sense isnt common. I wish I had taken pictures of how dry and unappetizing my food looked and was, but this was my first time eating here for my god sons birthday. Initially we wanted to go to the one in grand prairie, but the wait time was too long. First, I called and asked them how long was the wait they said 30 mins so Im thinking cool by the time we get there we can all be seated because the drive was about 30 mins and we made reservations over the phone. We get there just to wait a whole hour. Then someone kept calling to ask if everyone has arrived, once everyone arrived, we still werent seated. After we finally were seated at 10 30 ish when we got there at 8 something, we ordered and waited on our food. My god children and I got the same exact thing the steak with shrimp and baked potato etc. All of our steak was dry had no flavor, it was the worst steak I have ever had in my life. I tried to put some steak sauce on it, but the steak sauce tasted outdated, yuck. My god son ended up throwing up his food later that night after complaining of a stomachache after consuming his food. The food was just flat out horrible, whoever is back there cooking didnt want to be back there by the taste of the food. The only thing that was good was the shrimp and of course the rolls, thats it. Then I asked them to do something special for my god sons birthday, all the staff that came had no enthusiasm, you can tell they didnt want to do it and that really pissed me off. Because regardless of how tired you are or ready to go dont wear it on your face in front of my god child this was an exciting moment for him. Then I asked if they gave out dessert for someones birthday, they said no they dont do that. It mightve been true or maybe she lied idk, but if it is true that just goes to show you what type of establishment texas roadhouse is. I for sure wont be going back that was my first and last time going here as an adult. Whole experience was a -10 out of 10, do better Mansfield location and if not please find a job that you enjoy doing <3

I came in today with my sister,we got there around 4:15,the hostess are super friendly,got sat in the back.our server approached the table and looked like she didn t want to be there,we felt rushed,we got one meal to share,she brought us our drinks and took our order,the food came out and she didn t check on us for over 15 minutes,till the manager looked over at us and she went to the back and the server brought us a refill of sweet tea,but when she did I asked for a togo box,then came back and told us the kiosk was there to pay,and my sister was still eating off her plate and she asked are you done with this in a snarky way. Went for birthday dinner with our family of 4. We were seated quickly, however our initial basket of rolls only had 3 rolls. We did get more quickly and our waitress was attentive to taking our order and refilling drinks. However when our food came out both the filet medallions and the roadkill were well done when they were ordered medium and medium rare. We did say they were over cooked and a manager came to check on us and take the steaks back to be refired. We ate our sides while that was happening and our kids ate their food. The steaks came out much better but by that time both kids were done eating. Also after sending the steaks back, our waitress was way less attentive to our table and drink refills. We were there for a birthday as well which was mentioned and they did not even ask of we wanted to order a dessert. We ended up taking the steaks to go and settling our bill. The steaks were corrected but the overall experience seemed to go downhill once those needed refired.

$60 for cafeteria quality food. Steak fries were soggy and in pieces. The pickles were sticky with raw batter on top of the potatoes and hot wings, they were thrown in one container making everything taste like pickles and Buffalo sauce... the mac and cheese had no cheese , was dry and gummy . I woke up sick this morning and I only ate one rib , a couple fries and a roll because everything else was so bad. Do what you will with that info.... but dont waste money here.

We were at Roadhouse in Mansfield when a storm hit last night. Power off and on smoke everywhere my son with asthma had to go to car. My other son s steak was too raw. The mgr came to table named Julie was very rude. You may not be able to control weather, but you can control your rude behavior. We took our meal to go. Bill was $230 and 4/8 people had vomiting and diarrhea. Do not eat at Mansfield Roadhouse they have gone way downhill.

Used the app for waiting list. My friend uses a wheelchair, so I marked wheelchair on the app. Got there and it was busy. Told the lady up in front that we didnt need a table for a wheelchair. So after 30 minutes go by plus people with 6 or more parties were seating before us. Finally after 26 minutes we got a table. Service was really good. But the food was not. Potatoes were cold the fries was cold and asked for new ones and got burnt fries. Asked for manager apparently the manager had no problem with my fries being over cooked. And didnt care about our party. Being going to Texas Roadhouse for many years. But in Mansfield Tx Roadhouse has NO customer service. Food was 1 star. Serive was great 3 stars. Management 1 star.

We learned a valuable lesson today. Stick to what they are known for. Steaks, and rolls. This is our go to for gathering with folks and eating steaks. Today we ventured out with the fried catfish with fries. Not their Best meal. Fish was under done, and fries were over done and not hot at all. The waitress apologized to us and was intent on making it right. No hard feelings at all. Weve returned several times since then. Take advantage of the app. To check in.

Took over 45 minutes to get our food. When we got it steaks were all wrong. We sent one back and ended up getting it to take home. Lost our appetite by then. Waiter was basically non existent. Second time weve had bad experience at this location. Never had an issue in the past, not sure what changed.

Another influenced experience. To be fair we only ordered the awesome blossom and infamous rolls. Thanks a lot Tiktok! A dozen rolls with cinnamon butter for about $5, cant beat that! The Onion blossom never disappoints. We didnt dine in but used the TO GO window to pick up our order. I would highly encourage you to order online, skip the waiting, so they can text you when its hot and ready. We will definitely return to try other items on the menu.

I have been a regular at this location in Mansfield for over 15 years. I have ordered the same steak every time that Ive went in there out of the glass container that sits right by the front door. The most expensive steaks they offer!!! I asked for a particular type of steak which is called a Pittsburgh which everybody in the whole restaurant servers, cooks ,and everyone know exactly what Im talking about. Three times in a row now I have went there and and specifically asked like I have before every single time that Ive been there for a medium steak. And all three times they have came back ultra ultra medium rare!!! Even my wifes steak that was supposed to be medium came back medium rare. I asked for a manager. When the manager came to my table she was very abrasive. She acted like me having a problem with my steak being not cooked right bothered her. Im a very calm and chill person. She asked me if I would like her to throw it back on the grill so I handed it to her. Obviously Im upset because my wife and my son are both eating their food and I knew I was going to have to wait. Well she left and no one ever came back to bring me my food. She assumed that I didnt want anything to eat and never asked me if I did or otherwise. I talked to another manager. Her name was Julie she was very nice and helpful! She herself couldnt even believe that the lady just walked away never offered me another option and never brought me my steak back that she went to put back on the grill! The first manager also told me that most people there dont even know what a Pittsburgh is. My waiter that had been only working there for a few months told me that he actually knew what a Pittsburgh was that they were trained on people asking for that steak. Julie took over the situation and went and put me a new steak on the grill brought me some food to go and told me that I was going to get a voucher for a dinner FOR TWO After over an hour of waiting she brings me my food to go with a $30 gift certificate. Mind you the steaks that I get every time are over $30 by themselves. My 15-year-old sons meal was over $15 by itself for chicken critters. I have religiously spent at least $100 every couple months at this establishment for over 15 years. Now I will take my business to LongHorn steakhouse. Its an ultimate smack in the face to be told that youre going to get a dinner for two for free on them because of the problems and then they come and bring me a $30 gift certificate. CASEY is a waiter at this establishment and is a awesome person so if you go to this restaurant make sure to ask for him! Sayonara Texas Roadhouse!!!

You for what I paid for this meal the side portions were totally disappointing. I wish I could complain about the taste or appearance of the food sadly I can not the food was wonder just doesnt feed four. It was plenty of meat though. We had to each chose one small side each so I had mashed potatoes but no veggies another person had the opposite. I have to say this was my first time ever eating at Texas Roadhouse if I ever eat with you again Ill be a dine in patron, maybe the side portions are different. However, I will not be buying takeout again for you, for that price, I could have went to Lisas got two dark chicken family meals(10pc chicken 2lg sides rolls in each)and and fish meal with large sides 3x your size and two bottles of 2 liter drinks with change left. Again the food was great your side size just unacceptable for that price.

After my daughter drank down her soda.. there was a fly in the ice. Also, tiny bugs all over the table. I m sicked out. I already ate half of my food and today I feel so sick. I told the manager about the fly in the drink and he only took off $20 of a $70 meal for two. I don t even care about that, why is there small bugs crawling all over your tables??? I just paid the remainder and GOT OUT! You are warned about the bugs all over the table!

Food was good, but not great (great bang for the buck though). Restaurant was super packed when we visited, the wait was really long! We ended up ordering take out. The atmosphere was loud and buzzing with activity. That can be a good or bad thing depending on what you re looking for.
