I finally found a place with lots of cookie variety for all my friends tastes. So I stop in, point at this and that in the display cases, they box them or bag them and BAM. Done. Very affordable and easy thing to do to put smiles on faces. So glad I found this long time Arlington bakery.

I needed a cake on a short notice and they TRULY DELIVERED!!! I sent them a picture and she guided me on how to get the toppers and decor for the cake i brought it to her. They didnt charge to put them on either!!!! The cake was reasonably priced and the woman were off the charts incredible!!!! I will be back for all of my grandbabies cakes and my vow renewal!! Thanks Cooper Street for an amazing stress-free experience!!!

Never going back again!!! Ordered a cake for a gender reveal. Sent them a pic of exactly what i wanted and they just did whatever they liked!!! It felt like they didn t put any effort into it!! I was so specific to what i wanted and i kept saying i want it exactly like the picture and the lady said yes she can do it! And when i called about it the lady on the phone didn t sound pleasing at all! I literally had to ask for an apology! To be honest it didn t seem like she cared! why do you ask for a pic and agree that you can make it like that for you not to do it right? I ll show a pic of what i wanted first and then what they gave me.

I was looking for a Reeses Peanut Butter Birthday cake and all I could find elsewhere was a frozen ice cream cake. I found Cooper Street Bakery on line and asked if they could make a Reeses style cake. They exceeded my expectations! It looked amazing and tasted fantastic! It was a hit and the BIRTHDAY girl was super happy with it as were the family and friends that had a slice. Thanks for you creativity and attention to detail!

Cooper Street Bakery made the most incredible wedding cake! My husband and I struggled to find a good baker who had a superb product but didnt break the bank. We looked at several big name bakeries in DFW but found many of them to be overpriced and too moist or dry in texture. My mom luckily found Cooper Street Bakery after our 4th tasting that failed to deliver in taste and price. Cooper Street made us a lemon cake with raspberry preserve filling that was one of the best things Ive ever tasted. Not only that, we only paid $200 for a cake to feed 80-100 people. My husband and I couldnt believe the price for the value!!

Absolutely love Cooper Street Bakery. Not only is the customer service outstanding, but the flavors are SO GOOD. 10/10 recommendation. Wow this place is AMAZING!!!! I just got Married and chose them because they are closer to me and the cake tasting was very good!!! They gave us everything we were expecting and both cakes were Absolutely Delicious!!!! My Wedding Party is still bragging about how good it was!!!! They are also very reasonable. We had Strawberry, Lemon, and Italian Crème Cake. Go ahead and choose this one. You will be so glad you did!!!! All of my future cakes will definitely be coming from here.

I needed a custom heart cake for my sister s birthday. I initially tried another bakery but they said I needed to order at least a week ahead and that I might have a hard time finding a bakery that could make the cake in less time. Cooper st. Bakery was able to make the cake in a few days. My sister absolutely loved it and got so many compliments on the cake. The service was good as well. I highly recommend this bakery.

Had an emergency and needed to find a new place to get a Wedding Cake at a weeks notice. We were blown away by the service and quality of the cakes we received for my sons wedding. It was far better than we were dreaming and they were so happy!!!! We had odd requests and gave her items she had never worked with and she made all our dreams come true. Every time we get a cake from here it s a great experience. The ordering process is always so simple and the customer service is top notch. But LAST weekend, 3/2 our cake was so spectacular it surpassed the rest, we had a 2- tier cake and everything from the flavor (top- red velvet bottom- classic white) to the design was executed to perfection the birthday girl was just blown away!! Anyway.. use this bakery! their prices can t be beat anywhere else in town, and the cakes are way worth their cost and more!!

I went a week and a half early to order my 21st birthday cake. My order was super clear as I had written everything down and spent 30 minutes at the shop explaining to the lady what I wanted. My order: chocolate sheet cake with white fondant covering the outside completely. On the white fondant on top I wanted in black icing: happy 21st (name). I also wanted white pearls randomly all over the cake and different colored swirls on the top surrounding the writing. I was assured that the baker and decorator will have everything done and ready just as I wanted it. The day I had to pick up the cake was the day of the party. I went and there were other customers at the store waiting to pick up their orders. The lady who took my cake order was there. They brought my cake out and it was NOTHING like I had said how I wanted it. There was no white fondant. The entire cake was just chocolate. There were no pearls because they ran out and when I asked why my cake looked like this, the lady said our decorator was so busy . Here I am spending almost $200 on this cake for probably the last birthday party I will ever have in my life and they re giving me all these excuses. There was a couple next to me picking up a cake for their child s party and the lady checking them out placed the cake on the edge of the counter, dropped it all, and RAN OUT yelling I can t do this anymore . Then she came back and told the couple who were already in a rush that they would have to remake the cake from scratch. As for my situation, I was told that they d take off $50 from my order. I paid and left with my cake before they dropped it too. Never ever getting my bakery done at this place again. They are not flexible and they can t control the amount of orders coming in and how much they have to do to fulfill those orders. I wasn t even contacted by them. If they had just called me and explained the situation, I would have probably been more understanding. Their recipe was also not that great, way too sweet.

I usually like cooper street bakery but this past Saturday 3/2 we got a red velvet cake for a bday and some cookies, it was the worst cake ever I have tasted for some reason and the cookies were as hard as a rock. This is my bakery now!!! I ve been in the Dallas metro area for almost 11 years and I have been looking for a great white cake with white real buttercream icing. After many disappointments, I googled again, read reviews and decided to google directions to this bakery. Best bakery I ve found since I ve been here! It s 40 minutes from my residence, but well worth the drive. Owner was very nice and helpful. I bought the white cake with white buttercream icing. She told me I am going to love it. Well, I did! The cake is light, moist and real buttercream icing between layers! Remind me of McKenzie bakery- NOLA! I ve been there 4 times in 1.5 months. Brownies are made with real fudge. The carrot cake is excellent as well. The cake balls are great too! I m hooked!

I ll start by saying all worked out in the end! Beautiful and delicious 10in layered cake for a small family wedding. The only reason for the 4 is the order was lost and the cake wasn t ready when we showed up for it, BUT with that said, Cooper St Bakery was able to get our cake ready, same style, same flavor in about 30 minutes and all worked out, minus a little stress. I ll use this bakery again in a heartbeat, and a lesson learned to confirm the order a few days ahead

I fell in love with this place from the very first conversation during the easiest process of ordering anything. Everyone that I had an interaction with were so warm and attentive. Now onto the cake. Cooper Street Bakery made a gorgeous cake for me and my husband for our anniversary. I originally asked for a succulent or two to be drawn on the cake and they gave me a beautiful, full cluster of both cacti and succulents! Not to mention that the cake itself was delicious. I stopped in and got 4 cupcakes (weve already eaten two and they were amazing), around a dozen cookies, and a raspberry loaf cake. It was extremely inexpensive compared to other bakeries around Arlington and extremely tasty. The person who took my order was very friendly and knowledgeable. Ordered a graduation cake a month in advance. The cake was not ready by the scheduled pick up time, and I had to wait an extra 40 minutes for the decorator to finish. Thankfully pick up was early in the day, so this was not an issue. Some details on the cake looked rushed. For example, I asked for longhorns going around the middle tier. Two were overlapping because they were not spaced out well enough. Cake tasted amazing otherwise. Highly recommend the Italian cream.

I had forgotten how much we love Cooper Street Bakery. I needed some simple cupcakes for a St. Patricks Day party. They were under $2 per cupcake, compared to other local bakeries that were $4-$5 each! I also picked up some cute decorated sugar cookies. My adult kids took one bite of the cupcakes and said Is where you used to get our birthday cakes when we were little? Their childhood memories came flooding back. Sooo Good!

I am really disappointed by their service. We ordered an custom cake and they did not make it to our description. They said they will make it closer but i dont think its close enough et all. On top of that they deliver this an hour later and looks like they just made it hastily without giving enough time and thought that demanded for the premium price they charged us. The taste was also very ordinary and too sweet. So my conclusion its not taste good and neither looks good. Never going back.

Cooper Street bakery is so delicious, that they made my daughters wedding cake! Buuutttt ..today I bought a cookie cake for g-son s bday party and it looked awesome! Buuutttt ..while in there picking up cake, I got a whim for peanut butter cookie! It was awful!!!!! So kind, and the cake was fabulous! My husband is a plumber and was working to get water back up and running and shared with Cooper Street Bakery that it was our daughters first birthday and he was not going to be able to celebrate with us and with our own water shut off by the city I was not going to be able to bake her a cake as planned. They did an amazing job with my wedding cake! Very affordable and other cakes just cant compare when it comes to taste. I gave them swatches of our wedding colors (sage green and dusty blue) for the icing and the colors matched exactly! Had a few issues that Mrs Tammy Quickly fixed for me. She made sure I was happy and if I could give her and the team more stars I would. To be honest I wasnt happy with my cake at 1st sight and Tammy made sure I was before I left she took the time to touch up my cake and even blessed me after a lil hiccup. I wont go into details but she was Amazing and to Top if off the cake was Amazing the flavor of my top layer vanilla with almond was so decadent and delicious the homemade red velvet bottom cakes was to die for.. I had a Rapunzel cake done for my 5 year old daughter. I am not from the area so I called around asking if they could make a birthday cake for my 5 year old daughter. I wanted A two-tier Rapunzel cake. They lady that I talked to said yes they could do what I asked for because they have been in business for 20 plus years. So I placed my order. My husband and I picked up before heading to my daughters birthday party. When we arrived the guy shows us the cake and we were shocked. It looked like it was done by a five year old and we couldn t make out what the cake was suppose to be. The work was so sloppy and were not happy customers. The baker/owner I m assuming came out and said it s suppose to be a rustic castle all I seen was a prison cell. we were upset but had to take the cake because we didn t have time to get another one. We arrived at my daughters party and everyone made fun of the cake because they thought it was sloppy and looked like someone threw up on it. They thought the work looked horrible. We posted pictures on our fb and not one person knew what the cake was suppose to be. To top it all off the cake tasted nasty like weeks old. We wouldn t recommend this place to anyone. Please do not get your kids birthday cakes here. Very disappointing and just ruined the whole day. I would add a photo but the site won t allow it

Since I found this gem in 1997, my family has come back again and again for cakes. Their flavor and artistry is fantastic. Ordered a cake for my moms birthday, royal blue icing with a gold drip and a WHITE ( light vanilla) cake and they gave us a berry/ almond cake. Good thing no one was allergic to nuts. The icing stained our mouths for 2 days, no matter how much we scrubbed and rinsed our mouths and the icing tastes like you might as well have been eating the food coloring. Ive heard nothing but good about this place but unfortunately it wasnt the best experience.

I have had very mixed experiences with Cooper Street bakery. The first time I had their cake was at a family gathering where CSB provided a German chocolate cake and one of their basic 8 inch two layer white cakes with extra flower designs on the top. These cakes were both absolutely delicious and lovely. I loved the white cake so much that I looked up the bakery online to see how much the prices were so that I could get it for my own children s birthday parties. I was very happy to see the prices were reasonable as well. Positive experience so far. Now starts the negative experiences... I go in for a white stock cake for my child s birthday, my first visit to the store. First of all, I get to the store and see that they only take cash, so I have to leave go to an ATM and come back. They really should have that listed on their website if they re not going to change the policy. I would ve given myself time to get cash and come ready... There was a young boy working the counter at the time. He didn t look at me once or interact with me even though I tried to talk to him in a friendly manner and tell him how awesome the store was. He didn t do anything at all until I was ready to hand him $$. Oh well, you never know what kind of day someone is having, I thought. I took the cake home and we all enjoyed it very much. It was fresh, it tasted great, very moist and everything. Loved it. The second time I came in was a couple months later for another white stock cake for my child s birthday party. A woman was working behind the counter who ignored me completely. It wasn t until I had picked out a cake and was standing there waiting for someone to take my money they she finally looked up, gruffly acknowledged my presence, and asked if I was ready to check out with a huffy tone. That s when I started to feel like my business was unwanted, but still made an effort to be friendly. I tried to make friendly conversation and then I asked a question, which she ignored. When I repeated my question, she was more irritable with me. I was not hostile at all, just curious about why they only took cash. She answered in a defensive way, as though I were attacking their choices, when in reality I was just ignorant and hoping that she could educate me. She seemed to be in a very bad mood and didn t want to look at me either. I thought to myself oh well, at least the cake is delicious even though I have to deal with these rude people. I left thinking I might not give them my business anymore, but looked forward to enjoying the cake. I took that white stock cake home for the birthday party, and it was *incredibly* disappointing. It was *clearly* a few days old, the icing was hardening, not fresh at all, and was very dry inside. It felt like a slap in the face after going to the store and being treated so rudely, to go ahead and purchase their cake which I really enjoyed in the past, and to have it be disgusting. To top it off, my other family members had been complaining about their white cakes at these birthday parties because they don t like the almond extract taste that it has. SO when I brought home this cake that was actually bad, they were more than happy to pile on the bandwagon of never buying these cakes again. Ugh. Well, they got their wish! We have been and will only be buying Costco cakes from now on. They cost less, include more cake, and they re always incredibly delicious. To top it off, they have great customer service and are never rude. I truly hope the people at Cooper Street bakery are feeling better now, because they were clearly not very happy people when I visited. I hope that you treat all of the other customers better than you treated me, because I know I certainly deserved to be treated better than that.

Terrible! I bought a graduation cake for my twins. The cake tasted spoiled or like it was made with buttermilk. It clearly was not fresh...tasted like they had made it days before pick up. Everybody threw the cake in the trash after one bite. Glad I bought pies from someplace else to fill in the cake gap.

I got married on 05/04/2019 and the wedding cake they created for me was not only beautiful but was absolutely delicious! We had a three tier cake with red velvet and Italian cream and piped purple flowers. All of our guests complimented the flavor and said it s one of the best wedding cakes they ve had. It was a beautiful looking cake and they were easy to work with and showed up on time. Very friendly people. My problem was that when I had tasted the original cake in the tasting, it was delicious and moist and amazing. But on my actual wedding day it was very dry and we had multiple people tell us so. And when you pay that much for a cake you dont want a dry cake that people dont want to eat.

Ordered my daughters 13th Birthday cake here, and they did an amazing job. Everything was perfect and my daughter was in tears, she loved the design so much. The cake tasted amazing and the staff was so friendly. Worked with us on the design, made sure her name was correct and even went above and beyond to get the perfect shade of purple. We were just going to get the cake for our 25th Wedding Vow Renewal from Sams Club 3 tierred cake selection but they wouldnt even accomodate our request to place a topper on the cake. I decided to call Cooper Street Bakery and it was one month prior to our event just to inquire even though I had hesitations because of the bad reviews but their prices were within our budget so I did, and to my surprise, they accomodated my date even though they require at least 4 months out to order a wedding cake. I was suggested to come in so we could talk about the design in details which I did. I had a photo of the cake design I wanted plus all of my personal prefences in mind. I talked to the Tammy and she gave me suggestions and ideas which I liked and agreed on. I provided the ribbons, topper, and flowers I wanted on our cake which I already bought and brought in when I came in. They even delivered the cake for a reasonable price on a Sunday when they usually dont deliver. The cake was gorgeous when I saw it and boy it was delicious! It was exactly what we talked about!

They made a special cake for our wedding! We had a book and movie themed wedding. We wanted one cake instead of two. One that showed both of our personalities, not just the grooms. So we had a VCR as the bottom layer (My husband collects VHS tapes), and we had books as the center layers (because I enjoy reading) and a VHS tape as the top with our wedding hashtag in place of the movie title. One layer was chocolate, another red velvet and I believe another was a vanilla flavor. Overall, it was a big hit and the price was 1/3 of the cost anywhere else in town. Ive had 3 friends who have used this place for their wedding cakes and they always look and taste amazing. My favorite cake place by far!

Went in there cause I was craving some chocolate chips cookies. I asked the lady if they were fresh, to which she responded yep, theyre fresh. I dont how what their definition of fresh is but the cookies were stale and could definitely have used more chocolate chips. Never going back there again, the only reason this is not a 1 star is because their brownies are decent. If you want good fresh cookies then Paris Bakery is still the top place in Arlington.

I have been using Cooper Street Bakery for years. My family has had probably every kind of cake they make several times over and we have never gotten anything buy delicious cakes each time. Their brownies are also scrumptious! Anytime I take a Cooper Street cake to a party I always have several people ask me where I got the cake because it is so wonderful. I hardly ever write reviews but when I googled their number to place an order and read some of the other reviews I felt like I needed to offer my two cents. I ordered a cake for my daughters 16th birthday this past Saturday. I only used them because my sister speaks so highly of them. This is the 3rd and last time that I use them.
